Firstly we’d like to thank you for dropping by. Over the years, at Gini, we’ve been involved in many

prestigious projects. And after the success of both Sanskruti and Gini Bellisimo in Pune, to say the

least, we’ve honestly been humbled by the goodwill we’ve amassed. When we look back, we do

understand that it ’s not just a stroke of good luck. Other than our buildings and amenities being

nothing short of top-class, it ’s a lot to do with the thought and dedication that we’ve put into

each endeavour, and the extra mile that we’ve gone which today de�nes and describes Gini. And

that, we believe, is exactly the way forward too.

A simple thought called Gini Lake Gardenz.

Gini Lake Gardenz culminated from one single thought – the per fect blend of luxury and nature.

We believed it was time to give back to society and mother earth what was so lovingly given to

us. This simple thought today brings to you one of Ahmedabad’s most prestigious residential

complexes in the ever buzzing Makarba area adjacent to the proposed AUDA lake. Right next to

Prahlad Nagar and overlooking the SG highway, waking up at Gini Lake Gardenz is truly a

pleasurable experience. Each apartment opens to beautifully landscaped lush green gardens that

are truly a treat for your eyes. As you walk around, you’ll feel engulfed in a sea of green, and one

with nature almost instantly. Consisting of four twelve storied towers, every �oor has only two

apartments, not to forget four penthouses in the complex. Keeping our oneness with nature

intact, we’re one of the few to have our own Rainwater Harvesting and Water Softening plants

within the premises. That ’s not all. Walk in through our double heighted porch and you’ll �nd that

Like we mentioned, at Gini Lake Gardenz, we’ve put our heart and soul into �nding out and bringing

to you thoughtful luxuries, rather than just making brick structures. Here are some of them.

A birth, a wedding, a pooja, a festival… In our society, being as a�ectionate and close knit that we are,

we often have guests over. More often than not, putting them up becomes a problem. Either they have

to get cramped up and adjust with di�culty, or book a hotel or lodge close by. At Gini Lake Gardenz,

we’ve got a solution. Unlike any other residential complex, we’ve got two luxurious guest rooms with

attached bathrooms in the premises. This ensures that your guests need not travel to reach your home,

and of course don’t have to compromise in an overcrowded house.

Foyer.

The entrance to every building is through a majestic double heighted foyer. These foyers have been

beautifully designed to look both imperial and welcoming at the same time.

Your own elevator.

A moment lost can mean a lot. Especially when you have to reach someplace in a hurry. Just the

reason why we’ve got a one-elevator-per-apartment facility. Every �oor in Gini Lake Gardenz has two

apartments. And every building has two elevators. Which means waiting for an elevator will never be

another reason to slow you down.

Walking Ramp.

Many times the older folk or those who are physically challenged would want to venture out but are

not con�dent enough to go alone without support. More often than not, they would rather sit at

home than ask a daughter-in-law or grandson to accompany them. Not anymore. We’ve made ramps

which run across the entire complex, which makes it easy to walk con�dently without having to have

someone for support. There is also a Senior Citizens’ sit-out that we’ve carefully constructed.

The state-of-the-art Club house is the perfect way to unwind, or tone-up. It houses a luxurious

swimming pool with a classy wooden deck on top, a well equipped Gymnasium, pool table,

table tennis equipment and luxurious guest rooms. The special Jogging track that goes around the

complex can keep you �t with a disciplined jog every day.
