GREEN FUTURE IS REBORN THE TWO JOIN FORCES IN 2005 AND REVIVE, GREEN FUTURE LTD, A COMPANY ESTABLISHED IN 1969 BY THEIR LATE FATHER SERVING REMOTE VILLAGES IN COLUMBIA WITH SOLAR PV SYSTEMS, A SPACE TECHNOLOGY THEN

GREEN FUTURE STARTS EVALUATING OPPORTUNITIES IN LEBANON BY FUNDING A SERIES OF MARKET RESEARCHES IN THE WASTE, ENERGY AND WATER SECTORS IN CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH THE UNDP AND WB. MARKET FINDINGS WERE ANALYZED AND A 10 YEAR PLAN WAS FORMULATED WITH THE ENDORSEMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, BDL AND THE EIB. THE PLAN WAS INITIATIED THROUGH SEVERAL MINISTERIAL DECREES AND BDL CIRCULARS:

BDL CIRCULAIRE 236 (2012)

BDL CIRCULAIRE 313 (2013)

WOOD AS AN ALTERNATIVE BUILDING MATERIAL

• One Cubic meter of wood can sequester one ton of CO2 eq. emissions

• An average UK dwelling will need four cubic meters of wood of which are soft timber, plywood and OSB

• Wood can replace brick, mortar, plaster and steel in the construction process thus further reducing emissions by another 24 tons of CO2 eq.

Page 12: NAGEEB (National Action for Green Energy Efficient Buildings) meeting UK 2016 FEES and Building Standard

EMISSIONS DUE TO RESIDENTIAL ENERGY USE • Gas and other fuels used in residences

result in 3.58 tons of CO2 eq/ average household

• Electricity consumption represents another 3.27 tons CO2 eq/ average household

• Green Future Ltd. Provides a zero carbon solution for each of its dwellings by reducing demand and providing alternative energy sources thus offsetting another 6.85 tons CO2 eq yearly/ average household

Page 13: NAGEEB (National Action for Green Energy Efficient Buildings) meeting UK 2016 FEES and Building Standard

STRATEGY Capitalize on low carbon grants and clean tech

subsidized financing to reduce end user price and offer ZERO CARBON housing at an affordable price (i.e. the monthly installment is equivalent to the household rent cost and energy cost)

Positioning: premium quality housing solution at a Zero Net Cost

Consumer Promise: Financing model such that monthly installment is less than rent and

energy cost

Premium quality product with 25 years warranty

Advanced technology and High performance guaranteed by regular maintenance and monitoring
