SYNERGY AWARD- this award is presented on behalf of the best team e�ort for NACE. The team can be made up of any combination of individuals or from the same company that provided an e�ort on behalf of NACE in 2010This “team of awardees” is nominated by any member and voted on by the membership. CRITERIASynergy Award All individuals included in the award submission must be NACE members in good standingAll individuals included in the award submission must have attended a minimum of 1 NACE meeting in 2010Nomination can be submitted on behalf of individuals from a variety of companies or multiple persons from the same company working on a NACE project at any level (local or national) for a speci�c discipline*Speci�c examples of each nominee’s role in the project must be included in the nomination. (EXCLUDING the student chapter president) This awardee is nominated and voted on by the NACE Board and Erin (student faculty Advisor) and the Student Chapter president.

CriteriaStudent member of the YearCandidates will have been a student member for at least 1 year, currently in good standing.Student must have good academic standing.Attendance to at least 1 NACE Houston monthly meeting is required, and multiple Student Chapter meetingsMust have earned at least 25 NACE points during the year being recognized.

Can’t Live Without You award- this award represents the “go to” person that works in front or behind the scenes to ensure the success of NACE meetings. The award is nominated by the board and voted on by the advisory committee. AWARDS ROSTER - HOUSTON CHAPTER

BAUMANN/REINHEARDT CHAPTER MEMBER OF THE YEAR

Named in honor of Gary Baumann and Margery Reinheardt for their years of dedication, leadership, and commitment to the Houston Chapter, this award will be given to the members of the chapter who have demonstrated those same attributes: Dedication, Leadership and Commitment to the Mission Statement of NACE.

Up to three chapter members can receive this award.

Candidates should be a member of NACE in good standing for a minimum of two years.Attendance and participation in chapter monthly meetings is also important.

RISING STAR AWARD

Candidates for this Houston Chapter of NACE award should be a member in good standing for at least one year, but no more than three years.

Candidates will have demonstrated chapter involvement through service to the chapter on a committee or the Board, and shown great initiative in these endeavors.Attendance and participation in chapter monthly meetings is also important.

SPIRIT OF NACE AWARD

This award recognizes the chapter member whose commitment to the Houston community personi�es the ideals of humanitarianism. Candidates should be a member of NACE in good standing for any length of time. Attendance and participation in chapter monthly meetings is also important.
