DO NOT (unless licensed to practice law) determine the type of notarial
certificate a document requires if the document lacks a certificate.
DO NOT sign a notarial certificate under any other name than the one
under which the notary was commissioned.
DO NOT complete a certificate indicating performance of any function
other than those outlined in Government Code 406.016.
DO NOT execute any certificate containing a statement known to be
false.
