ABOUT THE PLAY: Who doesn’t love a good mystery comedy? The kids at Saint Nicholas Academy are atit again! Someone wants to tear down the old movie house in town and turn it into a parking deck. The

drama club has been using the old theatre for their productions since their drama program wascancelled due to lack of funds. In an old volume of Shakespeare discovered in the school library

they find a piece of parchment with, what they believe, is a clue to a treasure hidden somewhere inthe old theatre. They decide to sneak into the building after midnight, find the treasure, save the

theatre and their drama club. BUT…is the theatre haunted? Is that really a body in the costume shop?And who told the girls soccer team, the 4-H club and just about everybody else in the school

about their secret plan? There are lots of secrets, twists, turns and laughs as they all search for thetreasure. As always there are a plethora of characters providing roles for all campers. So, join us for

this scary (but not really that scary) Mystery @ Sunset camp. And one more thing…BOO!

Location/Dates/Times: Camp will be held at the Sunset Theatre, Asheboro NC. Camp Dates: June 15 - 27 Monday - Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm

Performance Dates: Friday June 26 at 7 pm, Saturday June 27 at 10:30 am & 3 pm. 

Tuition: Cost is $285 per camper for 2 week camp. Tuition must be paid in full by June 1.

*Partial scholarships may be available based on need. 

Early Registration Special $225 if you pay before April 1st

Mystery @ SunsetABOUT THE CAMP: The Adventures in Theatre Summer Camp Experience, in it's 4th season, is

designed to involve young actors in all aspects of theatre production. Working with localprofessional directors, music directors, choreographers, costumers, and scenic artists the camperswill learn basic theatre skills, how to audition, stage movement and character development. After

two weeks of theatre games, workshops, a few dance classes and some serious rehearsing,campers will be ready to show their hard work with a complete production including sets,

costumes, lights and props on the Sunset Theatre Stage. (ages 8-18)
