Congratulations to all finalists for entering the final round of Mandiri Young Leaders
You are one of Top 20 teams who made it to this round. Now in this round you have to
say thank you & goodbye to your business case team in level 1 and say hello to your
new team moving forwards in this journey. Your team will be a mix of gender
universities, and background of studies. You will also be partnering with our interna
employees.
Through this journey, we want you to extract the very best out of this experience; learn
from prominent business leaders, develop your leadership skills, build you professiona
business acumen, network with other top profile students, and experience the real work
environment.
In the next 2 months you will experience more challenges in the form of project
assignment (internships), leaderships bootcamp, and challenge session by Board of
Directors panel. It will be challenging yet rewarding experience.
You will be equipped with our top performer and high potential Mandirians who will be
your project sponsors and your mentors during this journey. You will also entitled for
program allowance and some of you will get accommodations subject to you
universities location.

Preparation prior the internships
Please prepare your personal belongings for your Internship program:
Work stuff:
Bring your own laptop. If you do not have any laptop, please inform us.
Do not forget to bring notes and stationaries.
You will get communication allowance. Please prepare your own tools to be
connected to the internet such as modem or mobile phone tethering.
Personal stuff:
Don’t forget to bring clothes (follow dress code).
Please bring your own medicines and any other personal kit that you may need
during your stay.
For your convenience, please bring cable extension.
Program Allowance
All finalists must open Bank Mandiri account before 9th January 2016. Programallowance will be transferred to your Mandiri bank accounts. Below are the details:
1. Fly-back Transport allowance
Subject to university location (full payment will be received latest by 12th Jan
2016)
2. Program allowance :
• Rp175.000/day or Rp3.500.000/month (1st payment will be received latest by 8th
February 2016, 2nd payment will be received latest by 8th March 2016)
3. Communication and transport allowance :
• Rp500.000/month (1st payment will be received at kick off on January 9th 2016,
2nd payment will be received together with 1st month program allowance
payment)
