Operator consoles etc.) Installation and Testing of Earthing System for PLC . Instruments Installation, Calibration & Configuration, Loop Checking and Logic Testing. Coordination EPC Contractors, Package suppliers.

Maintenance

6 X 660 MW Thermal Power Plant – Reliance Power, Sasan(UMPP),M.P.(Ongoing) Preventive & Breakdown maintenance & fault trouble shooting of Rockwell PLC system installed

and Remote I/O s. Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of 1250 TPH Weigh Feeders & Belt weigher of capacity

up to 4500 TPH. Calibration of Instruments such as Belt weighers , weigh feeders, transmitter for hopper level. Maintenance of field instruments such as load cell , speed sensors, vibration sensors, Zero speed

sensors, limit switches, RTD, proximity type sensors , field controllers Maintenance of Belt Protection Switches such as Pull cord switch, belt sway switch, Under belt

switch, Chute blockage switch and zero speed switch, Coal flow switch. Shift management and preparation of various reports such as shift work log book, faults reports,

contractual manpower management in shift.

Manage Shift responsibilities by effective coordination with unit shift Engineers. Maintain Log of defects and Logic’s bypassed during shifts Attending day to day defects for notification raised by Operation. Maintain LLF (internal system) during shift Preventative Maintenance.
