1. About the system

1.1. General information my.bancaintesa e-banking is a simple, convenient and secure way to manage your finances at a distance in the real-time mode.

With my.bancaintesa e-banking you can:

- transfer in roubles; - transfer in a foreign currency; - credit accounts (transfer funds between accounts of the same customer opened with Banca

Intesa in the same currency); - exchange currency (transfer funds between accounts of the same customer opened with

Banca Intesa in different currencies with automatic conversion at the Bank’s exchange rate);

- pay for utility and other services with immediate transfer to a personal account at the service provider;

- pay the bills of e-shops through the Robokassa system; - cancel orders (for situations where the order processing status allows such operations).

Benefits of my.bancaintesa e-banking:

- easy, instantaneous connection that does not require anything more than just one visit to our office;

- simple and convenient user interface; - real-time financial transactions; - freedom of choice: to confirm the payments in my.bancaintesa e-banking, customers can

use either sms-passwords received on your mobile phones or tokens - miniature key which represent a password generator, which are issued to a user when he/she is connected to the system;

- mobile apps for iPhone and Android.

Depending on your needs, it is possible to get a basic or full access to my.bancaintesa e-banking.

1.1.1. Basic Access Basic Access allows you to:

- analyse the history of your Banca Intesa plastic card expenditure; - make sure that the salary is transferred to your plastic card; - find out the amount of the current loan debt, data and amount of next payment; - view the history of the credit payments, schedule of future payments; - carefully consider what and how much you pay on a loan: principal debt, interest, fees,

penalties and fines; learn about your account and deposit balance, account statements.

1.1.2. Full Access Full Access opens all capabilities of my.bancaintesa e-banking. With Full Access you can:

- pay for utility services, cell phones, Internet, TV, taxes and fines, as well as a number of other services (more than 6000 in total) without queuing, in the real-time 24/7 mode;

- pay the bills (invoices) of e-shops; - transfer the funds between your accounts opened with Banca Intesa; - repay the credits, replenish the deposit accounts, transfer the money to the cards; - change the currency; - transfer the roubles or any foreign currency to accounts of individuals or organizations

with Banca Intesa or any other bank.

1.2. Terms of Use Workplace requirements for work with the “my.bancaintesa e-banking” system:

- PC with OS MS Windows Vista, MS Windows 7, MS Windows 8, MS Windows 8.1; permanent connection to the Internet; - Internet browser (see Table 1)

In most cases the correct operation of my.bancaintesa e-banking is possible when using default settings of a browser. Basic settings that affect operation of the system are as follows:

- activated JavaScript and Java; - enabled downloading of files and fonts; - activated application of ActiveX controls.

Detailed information on settings of frequently used by the web browsers can be found on the website of Banca Intesa in the section E-banking – Help.

1.3. How to Gain Access

1.3.1. Basic Access

For the Basic Access you need to have a Banca Intesa plastic card. The access is provided after registration on my.bancaintesa.ru.

Successful registration requires entering of the following data:

- Your credit card number whose length may vary from 16 to 10 digits, depending on the card type. The card number shall be entered without spaces;

- the code word of your credit card (often the mother’s maiden name is used as a code word); - Mobile phone number; desired login; - desired password. The password shall meet the information security requirements.

The minimum password length is 6 characters, but it shall not be more than 10 characters;

You can start using my.bancaintesa e-banking immediately after successful registration, which will take not more than 2...3 minutes.

Registration form for basic access:

1.3.2. Full Access Full Access can be unlocked in Banca Intesa offices.

When registering the full access you will be offered to sign an application for setting of connection settings for the “my.bancaintesa e-banking” system and will be provided with a username and password (unless you already have the basic access).

You will also need to choose the most appropriate method of obtaining the session key in order to confirm an operation:

- SMS password (a password is sent to your mobile phone in the form of a text message,

there is no fee for connection / service, i.e. it is free);

- or token (miniature key, which will require a one-time commission in accordance with the set tariffs);

- You can also simultaneously connect the SMS-password and token services in order to use the method that is suitable to you in a particular situation further.

You can start using my.bancaintesa e-banking immediately after connection.

2. Security

2.1. General Rules - It shall be prohibited to use the session key for any action other than verification of your

procedures on the my.bancaintesa.ru site or in my.bancaintesa mobile applications. Avoid situations in which you feel that the Bank asks you to enter a key in another program / website or a person representing a bank employee, asks to provide a key in order to perform any technical activities. In the event of such circumstances immediately contact the bank by phone +7 (495) 967-30-60.

- Regularly update your AV Software. - Do not use any pirated software. - Keep your operating system and Internet browser up to date by installing service packs

and patches issued by developers. Update my.bancaintesa mobile applications when new versions are released.

- Bring caution when installing all kinds of apps of an unknown origin, do not download suspicious files from the Internet. Do not keep Bluetooth turned on unnecessarily.

- Avoid access of outsiders to your computer, smartphone, mobile phone, including by means of remote access via TeamViewer or other similar programs.

- Use a personal firewall on the PC. - Keep the number of your bank card, code word, login and password in a secret. If your

card number and code word became known to third parties, please contact Banca Intesa, calling +7 (495) 967-30-60, and report about the situation.

- If you have reason to believe that your username and password have become known to outsiders, change the password in the “Change Password” section.

- Follow the rules of safe use of Wi-Fi networks in relation to devices used for communication with the Bank: Do not allow automatic connection to Wi-Fi networks. Use only reliable Wi-Fi networks. Do not use public Wi-Fi networks.

- Regularly change your password, even if you have no reason to believe that it has become known to unauthorized persons.

- Do not give your token – generator of session keys to anybody. In case of a lost or stolen token – immediately contact the Bank.

2.2. Token Application Do not press the button on your token without any corresponding necessity. Generation of multiple new keys in succession without their entering in my.bancaintesa e-banking can lead to the server becoming unable to verify correctness of the entered key and approve your electronic orders for processing. If you fall into this situation, please contact the Bank by phone +7 (495) 967-30-60.

2.3. Using SMS Passwords Protect your mobile phone/smartphone by means of password input. Avoid getting your phone/SIM-card/RUIM-card to other people.

Install a mobile antivirus if you receive an SMS to the phone with the operating system (for example, Android, iOS, Symbian, Windows Mobile).

In case of a loss or a theft of your phone/SIM/RUIM-card contact the bank immediately for blocking of your phone number in the “Electronic Bank” system.

Protect your SIM card against fraud. Do not use the Bank SIM card for receipt of SMS-messages obtained from dubious sources. The SIM-card must be issued in your name. Contact your bank immediately if there is evidence of loss of efficiency (no connection), as well as in case of a lost or stolen SIM card.

Carefully check payment details specified in the SMS message. In the event of discrepancies between the details of an order created by you and details provided in the SMS message, please refrain from using the session key and immediately contact the bank by phone +7 (495) 967-30-60.

2.4. Limits on Amounts of Transactions Transactions have limits in order to reduce the amount of risk if they are conducted through my.bancaintesa e-banking. Limits on the amount of a transfer, total amount of money transfers per day and per month are established by the Bank and are published on the Bank’s website.

2.5. Operation with a Browser Avoid operating the electronic bank from guest workplaces (Internet café, etc.). This is due to the increased risk of a theft and further misuse of passwords and session keys.

Before entering the login, password, and, especially, session key – check for secure software connections and SSL-certification of a site.

A secure Internet connection icon shall appear in the address bar, next to the address bar or in the lower right corner of the browser screen. The icon may look different depending on the Internet browser you use, for example:

Click on the icon and open the certificate. Make sure you are using the site that actually belongs to Banca Intesa.

2.6. Virtual Keyboard Virtual keyboard is an effective tool used to protect against malware, intercepting passwords. When entering the “e-banking” system and pressing the “Password” button the virtual keyboard will appear on-screen automatically. Use this keyboard to type your password, then press “Enter” on the display.

3. Login to my.bancaintesa e-banking Visit the Banca Intesa website (www.bancaintesa.ru) and click the orange button “E-BANKING” in the top right part of the page.

In the next window click on the green button “Login”, in the “E-Banking for Individuals” field.

You will be redirected to the login page of my.bancaintesa e-banking. This page can be also visited by typing https://my.bancaintesa.ru directly into the address bar of your browser.

3.1. Login in Case of the Basic Access Use your login and password for entering. Use the virtual keyboard in order to enter the password for security reasons.

In case of incorrect input of your login and password, a message appears on the screen: “You made a mistake when entering a login or a password. Attention! In case that a wrong password is entered three times the account will be locked”. Click “Close” to repeat login attempts to the e-banking system

3.2. Login in Case of the Full Access In case of connection of the full access you must go through additional authentication using a session key after successful entering of a login and password.

4. Home Page The home page provides accessible information on all your cards, accounts, deposits, credits, history of operations, recent procedures of the system, e-mail and news.

The user menu is located in the left part of the screen. The main information is located in the central part. The right part of the screen contains: information about the Bank, assistance and information about exchange rates.

5. Settings

5.1. Home Page Settings The home page allows you to add widgets with brief information on products available for you.

It is necessary to select the product in the “Your Account” widget in order to adjust display of the account information on the home page.

A window will open, providing information about an account available for you; selection of the desired account and clicking of the “Finish” button in the widget will provide a summary on the selected account.

Appropriate steps shall be taken to customize displaying of information in the rest of widgets.

Use the “Settings” function to change a position, add/remove widgets. The configuration button is located in the upper right corner and is graphically displayed in the form of a gear:

After pressing of this button, you will see a drop down menu with two options.

The first option “Setup Mode” allows you to change a location of the widget on the home page by dragging it to the desired location.

The second option “Widget Showcase” allows adding/removal of home page widgets if necessary. Removal of a widget can also be carried out from the home page by clicking on the red cross, that appears when you place the mouse cursor over the widget.

5.2. Password Change and Other Settings Other settings of the e-banking can be opened by clicking on the name in the upper right corner. Here it is possible to change the following:

- password; - SMS-notifications.

5.2.1. Password

This setting allows you to change the old password to a new one. The password shall consist of at least 6 and not more than 10 characters.

5.2.2. SMS notifications

Here you can configure notifications in the form of an SMS message on performance of certain actions in the Internet bank.

Check those operations for which you would like to receive an SMS notification and click “Continue”.

Confirm the electronic instruction by a session key in accordance with paragraph 10.

6. Bank Products and Extracts

6.1. Cards Your cards (debit and credit) are displayed on this page. The cards list displays the following information for each card: name of the card (for example, Visa Classic), validity period and balance.

The information is available on your cards, as well as on cards attached to your account with Banca Intesa but issued to another person (cards of people who have close relationship with you).

You can also initiate certain operations with a card, for example, lock or unlock a card.

If you click on the name of a card, the window “Detailed information on the card” will be opened, where you can check the following sections:

- available balance on a card; - balance on a card account; - card number; - card account number; - card expiration date; - type of a card; - card group (main/additional).

Detailed data, additionally available for credit cards, includes information on the limit, debt, minimum payment, delay, etc. (Opened by clicking on the link “Show All”).

6.2. Accounts This page provides a summary of all your accounts opened with Banca Intesa, as well as the total balance of all accounts. Each widget shows: account number, opening date, balance and recent transactions on the account.

It is possible to perform the following for each account:

- request a statement (“Request Statement” button); - deposit your account by transferring funds from another account (or to another account), using the “Add Account” button;

- register transfer of funds from a certain account, using the “Transfer from the account” button; - request a transaction history.

Clicking on the name of an account opens a window with detailed data on such account, which provides the following information:

- account balance; - account number; - type of an account; - account opening date.

6.3. Loans This page provides available information on the general condition of all loans with Banca Intesa, as well as detailed information on each loan separately, including: amount of loan provided, outstanding balance, amount and date of the nearest payment.

You can see the payment schedule for each of the loans by clicking on the link “Payment Schedule”.

6.4. Deposits This page provides available information on all deposits opened with Banca Intesa, namely: General status on all deposits (balance of the accrued interest), detailed information on each separate contribution (interest rate, date of completion and remainder).

The following steps are available for all existing deposits: deposit the account (if such account is recurring), get a statement.

6.5. Statement The system provides an account statement (including a deposit account, credit card account) and card statement.

The account statement shows only transactions whose processing is in progress. Regarding card transactions, this means that registers of operations are received and processed within the corresponding payment system (Visa, Mastercard).

The statement on a card displays information including operations, processing of which is not yet completed. Such operations will be shown on your card statement but will not be shown in the account statement for a card.

The statement on your credit card account hides “technical” operations for loan provision and loan repayment for convenience of user perception. The balance of a credit card account shall always have a value equal to zero. In order to view information on loans received for a certain credit card, proceed to details of the card (see paragraph 6.1).

Transfer to receipt of a statement shall be carried out using a button located next to the corresponding product.

7. Transfers The “Transfers” menu item is intended to carry out:

- transfers between own accounts;

- exchange (conversion) of currencies; - bank transfers in roubles and foreign currency.

7.1. Transfers between own accounts Set the following values in the screen form fields:

- in the “From” field – a source of funds; - in the “To” field – value “My account or a card with Banca Intesa”; - in the “Account/card number” field – an account/card to which transfer of funds is performed.

The source of funds and destination account currencies shall match for transfers between accounts without conversion.

7.2. Currency Exchange

Set the following values in the screen form fields:

- in the “Transfer” field – a source of funds; - in the “To” field – value “My account or a card with Banca Intesa”; - in the “Account/card number” field – an account/card to which purchased currency shall

be transferred (or proceeds from the sold currency).

The source of funds and destination account currencies shall differ for transfers between accounts with conversion.

7.3. Rouble Transfers Rouble transfers allow you to transfer money from own accounts in roubles to any beneficiary registered with Banca Intesa or any other Bank. The recipient of a transfer can be an individual, organization (including budgets of different levels) or an individual entrepreneur.

Using the rouble transfer it is possible to perform the following:

pay for goods and services;

pay taxes, fines or make other payments to the budget;

provide your family with financial assistance;

repay a loan (in another bank);

make a donation to charity.

Please pay attention to the fact that your transfers shall not be associated with your business.

In order to make rouble transfers, set the following values in screen form fields:

in the “Transfer from” field – a source of funds (in roubles);

in the “To” field – one of the following values (depending on the transfer content): “My account with another bank” or “Account of a third person.”

7.3.1. Transfer to your account with another bank In the “To” field – set the value “My account with another bank”. Transfer fields “Recipient” and “Name” shall be filled automatically. In order to complete your order it is enough to fill the following fields:

In the “Account No.” field – provide a 20-digit number of your account in any other bank;

In the “BIC” field – provide a 9-digit Bank Identification Code of the bank, then click the button “Paste bank details”. The “Bank name” field will be filled automatically.

The “Payment” field shall contain a text with a description of transfer, such as “Transfer to my account”.

7.3.2. Transfer to a natural person In order to perform the transfer to a natural person recipient, set in the “Recipient” field the value “Natural person” and specify the recipient’s name. Other details of the translation are completed by analogy to paragraph 7.3.1.

7.3.3. Transfer to a legal entity In order to perform the transfer to a legal person recipient (organization):

in the “Recipient” field set “Legal entity, budget, payment with UPI/UIC”;

fill in the name of the Organization, its current account number, TIN (for foreign organizations FCC (foreign company code) is used instead of TIN);

If you know the recipient’s RRC, you can also enter its value;

In the field “BIC” enter the 9-digit Bank Identification Code of the bank of the recipient and then click “Paste bank details”. The “Bank name” field will be filled automatically.

In the “Purpose of payment” field enter a text that describes the purpose of the transfer,

for example, “Payment of bill No.… dated..., VAT is not applicable”.

If for the transfer to a legal person it is required to specify UPI/UIC (Unique Payment Identifier / Unique Identifier of Charge) parameter, for which designation the name “Code” can be also used), check the box “Details for payments to the budget, UPI/UIC” and fill in the value of UPI/UIC parameter.

7.3.4. Transfer to an individual entrepreneur

Transfers in favour of individual entrepreneurs are completed by analogy to the transfer to a legal entity (7.3.3) with the following features:

In the “Recipient” field, set the value “Individual entrepreneur”.

In the “Name” field, enter the name of the businessman, for example, “Individual Entrepreneur Kozlov Igor Borisovich”.

If for the transfer to an Individual Entrepreneur it is required to specify UPI/UIC (Unique Payment Identifier / Unique Identifier of Charge) parameter, for which designation the name “Code” can be also used), then in the “Recipient” field set the value “Legal person, budget, payment with UPI/UIC” and complete the order as described in paragraph 7.3.3.

7.3.5. Budget transfers Budget transfers (taxes, fees, fines, etc.) are completed by analogy to the transfers to a legal entity (see paragraph 7.3.3) with the following features:

Required field: “My TIN”.

You must specify the feature in the “Details for payments to the budget, UPI/UIC” field and fill in the values of the budgetary details.

Procedure for completing the budget details is defined in the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation dated 12.11.2013 N 107n “On approval of the Rules for entering information in the details of remittance orders in respect of payments to the budget system of the Russian Federation”.

As a rule, all necessary details are contained in document (receipt) on the basis of which you make the payment.

When filling in you can also follow these general recommendations (actual as of 29/03/16).

Attention! Listed recommendations are presented solely for the purpose of creating a fundamental understanding of how to use the budget details and the relationships between them.

Define the purpose of the transfer, which can be one of the following values:

tax payments - payment of taxes, fees and other payments into the budget system of

the Russian Federation, administered by the tax authorities;

customs charges - customs and other payments administered by the Customs authorities;

other payments to the budget system of the Russian Federation.

7.3.6. Important information on the processing of the ruble transfers

Ruble transfer fee is charged according to the Tariffs of the Bank. The amount of the commission is not included in the transfer amount and will be charged in addition to it.

Transfers are processed according to the established schedule, which is published on the website of the Bank.

If your transfer is sent to the Bank in the hours that, according to the schedule, are working, it is executed almost instantly.

It is possible to track the process of execution of the transfer according to its status.

The Bank may refuse to execute a transfer for various reasons, for example due to insufficient funds on your account. You can learn about the denial according to the status of the transfer. Refusal is final. The Bank does not make repeated attempts to execute transfers which were refused earlier.

In some cases, payments are subject to currency exchange regulation on the part of the Bank. In such situations you need to provide supporting documents to the Bank.

7.4. Currency transfer Currency transfer allows you to transfer money from your account in the currency of the recipient’s account with Banca Intesa or with any other Bank. The recipient of the transfer may be an individual, an organization or an individual entrepreneur.

Using the currency transfer you can:

pay for the goods and services denominated in a foreign currency, such as

studying at a foreign university or business school;

send to your relatives material assistance in a foreign currency;

repay a loan with another bank, obtained in a foreign currency.

It is important to know:

currency transfer fee is charged according to the Tariffs of the Bank.

transfers are processed according to the established schedule, which is published on the

website of the Bank;

if your transfer is sent to the Bank in the hours that, according to the schedule, are working, it is executed almost instantly;

it is possible to track the process of execution of the transfer according to its status;

Attention - IBAN! IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is the number of the customer’s account with the bank or with another financial institution, assigned in accordance with the international standard ISO 13616. It is currently used in more than 45 countries, including EU Member States, their territories and other countries.

Some IBANs are intended only for transfers between SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) countries, to which the Russian Federation does not belong. Before sending the transfer specify at the recipient of funds the details of IBAN provided to them.

The IBAN shall always be specified in the transfers sent to countries of the Euro Zone (for example, Italy). Otherwise the Bank will not be able to process your transfer.

Attention! A quick way to fill in the data of the Bank of the recipient: Enter in the SWIFT field (field No. 9) 11-digit code and click “Paste bank details”.

Commission - select the method of writing-off of the transfer fee. The following options are available “From my account” or “From the recipient’s account”. When choosing the option of the writing-off the commission “From my account,” it will also be necessary to select the writing-off account.

“Account holder” - FULL NAME (surname, name, patronymic name) of the recipient or name of company receiving the transfer.

“Country code” - a 3-digit code of the recipient’s country of location (you can choose from a list of countries by clicking on the button in the form of a book, next to the field);

“Account No./IBAN” - this field shows the account number of the recipient, or, upon the existence, IBAN;

SWIFT - recipient’s bank code. You must use the 11-digit SWIFT code. If the code length is less than 11, add the letter x at the end. For example: KMBBRUMM (8 characters)-KMBBRUMMXXX (11 characters);

Country code - country code of the recipient’s bank, chosen from the reference book of countries;

The City field is optional to fill up;

Address - the address of the recipient’s Bank;

“Purpose of payment” is a textual description of the content of the transfer, such as “personal transfer”.

If it is necessary to specify the details of the intermediary bank, select “Enter the intermediary bank details” and specify the necessary bank details. In the absence of information on the intermediary bank Banca Intesa independently determines the intermediary bank. Mandatory data on the intermediary bank are:

Name - name of the intermediary bank;

SWIFT - SWIFT code of the intermediary bank;

Country code - country code of the location of the intermediary bank;

Address - address of the location of the intermediary bank;

Recipient’s corr. bank account with the intermediary bank - number of the account with the intermediary bank;

City - location city of the intermediary bank, this field is to be filled in optionally;

If it is necessary to attach a document for the purposes of the currency exchange regulation, click on the line to attach the file. Specify the path to the location of the file and click Open. The file will be added to the payment order.

8. Payments With e-banking you can pay public services, cellular communication, Internet, TV, taxes and fines, as well as a number of other services with no queues, in the real time 24/7 mode.

Select the option Payments from the main menu. On the following page, you will see a list of services that can be paid using the Internet Bank. Select the service you are interested in and click on it.

Payment registration display looks as follows (for example, “Cell - Beeline” services):

In this form, the fields marked with * are mandatory for filling in.

In the “Pay from” field, select the account from which the payment will be made.

“Amount” - amount of transfer.

“Phone number” - the phone number to be credited.

9. Accruals

9.1. Receive invoices for payment through the Gorod Federal System

This menu item allows you to view invoices and your debts. Search can be done according to the Customer address, order number and according to the number of the Gorod System card. To select the search method, click on “Change ID” and check the required search method.

Enter the card number in the “Card number” field and click Continue. A window opens with the outstanding invoices. Select the required item and click Pay.

9.2. Payment of the bills of e-shops through the Robokassa System

You can pay the bills of e-shops from your personal my.bancaintesa account.

It is easy and convenient - you do not need to enter the details of your bank card on the Web Site of

the e-shop.

It is safe - your credit card details are stored in secret.

You can use the service anywhere you see the “ROBOKASSA” method of payment.

For payment:

in the e-shop, select a method of payment - ROBOKASSA;

in the list of the banks, find Banca Intesa, enter your e-mail and click “Proceed to payment”. The system will offer you the link to go to my.bancaintesa;

click on the link, enter your login and password in my.bancaintesa;

after you have successfully logged in my.bancaintesa the program will automatically ask you to pay for your order (e-invoice);

pay for your order and wait for the transfer payment into the status “executed”. You can check status on the “Account and debt” tab;

switch to ROBOKASSA site and then click “Continue”.

You can also search for previously billed and not yet paid bills. To do this, use the search form in the menu “Account and debt”. Select the search filter “Order number” by clicking on the button “Change ID”. In the “Order number” field, enter the order number and click “Continue”.

Then click the “Pay” button, a window with information on the order opens.

10. Confirmation of electronic orders by the session key The operational execution (including transfers and payments) is completed by its confirmation in the form of a simple digital signature setup.

10.1. Confirmation and verification using SMS password After completing the operation, press the “Continue” button. Validation details window appears and operation verification. An SMS message will automatically be sent to your mobile phone (cellular phone), which contains: recipient of payment, amount and session key.

Before you confirm the operation, carefully check the data received in the SMS message. If the data does not match the Electronic Order that you have created in the System, stop operation and contact your bank immediately.

If the operation data received in the SMS message you have created correspond to the Electronic Order, enter the value of the session key into the “Enter the SMS code number...” field to confirm and complete the operation. The document will be sent to the Bank for processing.

Attention! Sending the electronic orders for the processing does not mean its successful execution. The processing of orders and its result is displayed by changing the status (see 11).

10.2. Verification when using a token Confirmation is done by analogy to paragraph 10.1 with the following features:

You must enter the code with the token into the appropriate field. Enable a token, it will generate the code. Enter this code in the validation code input field of the operation and then click Continue.

11. Statuses Order status - information about at what stage of processing the electronic order is and the results of its processing.

In process - the order is received for processing according to the schedule of processing;

Executed – the order is successfully executed;

Rejected – in the execution of the order is denied;

Withdrawn - the order is withdrawn by you in the self-service mode.

12. Transactions history On this page it is possible to see the history and status of the processing the operations performed using the electronic means of payment including:

- payments and transfers made through my.bancaintesa; - debit transactions through the cards.

You can create a selection using the configurable parameters:

- per product (account or card); - per period; - type of operation (service payment, operation through the card, etc); - status of the operation (in the process, rejected, executed, withdrawn); - display information for all operations or only income/expenditure).

15. Creating templates The templates allow you to perform highly repetitive operations, once saving the details of the operation. The same templates created in my.bancaintesa e-banking can be used for making the transfers in a mobile application.

15.1. Creating a template for payment of the housing and community amenities

To create a template, for example when making payment for the housing and community amenities, after filling in all the fields, enter the template name in the bottom of the display and click “Save template”.

When the template is saved, a message appears confirming the save. Click “OK” or “Close”.
