with his wife B and her son C whose father was D who died before B was married with A. A had two children, daughter E and son F, whose mother was G. But, A and G divorced.

A had made a testamentary will and it stipulated that all inheritance shall be given to E. After that A died. However, begore E redistricted the acquisition of A’s heritage, F applied for the registration of the acquisition of a share of one-forth of the piece of land which included in A’s inheritance in accordance with the provision of legal inheritance and sold the share to H, and registered it. H knew that A had left the testamentary will to the effect that all the inheritance shall be given to E.
