DESCRIPTION

I experimented with Four Hour Body hacks, written by Tim Ferriss. Specifically, my imperfect implementation of the Slow Carb Diet™ had a dramatic effect on my glucose readings.I stopped taking my diabetes medications, lowered my A1C from 7.8 to 5.5 in 90 days, slashed my triglycerides and cholesterol, and felt amazing.This is a small slice of what I did.
