When he was captured by the Japanese and he had no medicine he still tried to fix their injuries and found that if you have an infection you can put it in a bucket of fish that will eat the infected skin.

He was born in Wangaratta and so was I.
He went to Benalla secondary college which is were my mum taught.
My great grandpa , Ray, fought in Africa at Tobruk and he got shot in his shoulder and could have been operated on by Weary Dunlop.
