My every day job gives me a grade ofsatisfaction, but I would like to improveand get another job in which I couldpractice my profession.

Where would I like to be?

I would like to be working at a school asEnglish teacher ready.

Do I really enjoy my everydayactivities?

Yes I do, but my actual job does not haverelation with education.

How can I feel better on my ownperformance?

Practicing the knowledge obtained untilnow about my career.

Is there something I need to change?

Yes, Improve myself every day andstarting to work as a teacher.

In my personal case, I need to improve my ability

to speak in English and my actual situation in

technology, in this way I will be prepare to those

requirements of jobs

My main objective is to become a professional person and

graduated from college.

To work hard every day, improving myself to change my

weaknesses to strengths.

Study so hard and prepare more to become an excellent

educator.

In short term, evaluate the knowledge acquired and how I would

apply it.

It is important to remember and value all that actions that I achieved in the

past because they make me feel I can do every thing that I propose to

realize in my life and there are many, those achievements are like a motor

for each goal.

I always have lived the

experience of fight with

those weaknesses that I

have, because they appear

when I start something new

in my professional goals

specially it happened in my

academic degrees. I used to

start but when came

something difficult I gave

up. But I realized that it is

important to achieve each

objective of life and start

and finish to feel personal

satisfaction and motivation

for all life, and thank God I

changed my mind and I

ready finished the first step

of my actual career and I

am continue on that.

I really know what are my

strenghts too, and my

abilities, the sense of

responsibility, I am a hard

worker and all things I

propose I achieve them.

My actual environment is property

to work and I think there are not any

difficult, for example with time, my

actual job allows me to continue

studying and other personal factors.

I think this is good time to be active

and to say, to help, to share all those

things that can contribute with a

great plan.

There are many changes that are happening in my present situation,and my principal role is put in action all knowledge I already acquired.

The most important mission is to share with students many resourcesto develop their abilities and increase their level of knowledge.

I really am prepared to start working in the environment of teachingand learning, I will enjoy to teach others practice many informationlearned.

Give presentations: Organize the

ideas to share with students and

prepare a dynamic and interesting

presentation.

Manage People: Be prepared to

work with students of different

levels and different behaviors to

establish a positive relationship.

Conceptualize ideas: Be clear with

the content to translate students

to get them good information.

Verbal communication skills:

Develop activities in which could

be possible to speak many more.

Designing materials: Be creative

and dynamic with materials.

Written communication skills:

Create activities in which students

practice the written process.

It could be positive to work in

collaboration with others as

teachers, share ideas that could help

each other according to the

experience each one, those actions

allows to increase knowledge and be

better as professional people.

Teach the students cooperative work

too, to obtain good results in their

activities as learners.
