Project - Enterprise Dashboard

• Purpose: Excel application that assist engineers in tracking bugs and issues.

• Interacts directly with Database to pull in and push data.

• Parse the data from Database using Regular Expression.

• Create presentation that contains graphs and text.

Project - Enterprise Checklist

• Purpose: A checklist that Enterprise Customers filled out when reporting an issue.

• After verification from engineer, the checklist can add a new bug to database with the help of Dashboard.

• With all the fields pre-populated to the way engineer wanted.

•Purpose: SLP Metrics were used to track how an individual (or group) met the service level plan.

•Automate process that generate a series of PowerPoint slides filled with graphs and text after pressing a single button.
