I chose the apartment because it is much more cheaper than town house. I want my house located in the downtown near the shopping mall which I can buy not only necessity but also luxury convenience and killing time in my free time.

I'd like to have one living room , dining room , kitchen , bathroom , balcony and two bedroom. The most important of all , I must have a wide living room with a large TV.

I can have party or watch movies every week with my friends.

Also , I want my balcony big enough to become a garden that can not only sun-dry my clothes but also plant the flowers.
