My healthy lifestyle guide
You don’t have an idea for second breakfast? You want to spend time in an active and interesting way? You don’t know, what young people, from diff erent countries like playing outdoor? Open this guide and everything will be clear. “My healthy live style guide” – is all about it!
Our adventure started in autumn 2010. In programme COMENIUS Life Long Learning people with passion from fi ve European countries met. The countries were: Czech
Republic, Turkey, Wales, Hungary and Poland. Together we brought about some changes in our lives.
We know what a healthy diet is! Inside the guide you will fi nd the most interesting ideas for ideal breakfast sets. We were helped by our parents, grandparents and we could taste new dishes as well.
We are moving! Movement is our greatest passion! We have cycled diff erent routes, we walked, we even practiced canoeing – against all odds. Sometimes we had diffi cult time, but we have never given up!
A song is good for everything! While feasting together we learnt tolerance, we got informa-tion about other countries, their culture and languages. We also learnt some songs and integrative dances. But fi rst of all we learnt how to LEAD A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE! We gained self-confi dence, we are not afraid of travelling, because we know, that there are friends waiting for us out there!

Nevíte, co si dát na svačinku? Chcete trávit svůj volný čas aktivně a zajímavým způsobem? Víte, jak tráví svůj volný čas mládež v jiných zemích? Otevřete si naši příručku a vše se dozvíte. „Příručka mého zdravého životního stylu“ – zde se dozvíte vše potřebné.
Naše dobrodružná cesta začala na podzim v roce 2010. V programu COMENIUS se setkali lidé z 5 ze-mí v rámci celoživotního vzdělávání. Do programu se zapojily tyto země: Česká republika, Turecko, Wales, Maďarsko a Polsko. Postupně se měnily naše životy.
Víme, co je zdravé stravování! V příručce naleznete nejzajímavější nápady na přípravu zdravé snídaně, popř. svačinky. Pomáhali nám rodiče, prarodiče a měli jsme možnost všechny nové recepty i ochutnat.
Můžeme se pohybovat! Pohyb je naše vášeň. Jezdili jsme na kole, chodili jsme na výlety, vylezli jsme na skály, a dokonce jsme se plavili na kajaku – a to navzdory všem potížím! Někdy jsme měli krušné chvilky, ale nikdy jsme to nevzdali.
Píseň se vždy hodí! Při společném pobytu jsme se naučili toleranci, získali jsme informace o jiných zemích, jejich kultuře a jazycích. Zároveň jsme se naučili nějaké písně a společenské tance. Především jsme se naučili, jak vést „ZDRAVÝ ŽIVOTNÍ STYL“. Získali jsme sebejistotu a nebojíme se cestování, protože víme, že někde tam daleko na nás čekají naši přátelé!

Maceramız 2010 sonbaharında başladı. COMENIUS Yaşam Boyu Öğrenme Programı’nda beş Av-rupa ülkesi insanları tutkuyla buluştu. Bu ülkeler Çek Cumhuriyeti, Türkiye, Galler, Macaristan ve Polonya’ydı. Bu birliktelik yaşamlarımızda çeşitli değişiklikler meydana getirdi.Artık sağlıklı beslenmenin ne olduğu biliyoruz! Bu rehberin içinde ideal kahvaltı örneklerine dair en ilginç fi kirleri bulacaksınız. Ailelerimizden, büyükanne, büyük babalarımızdan yardım aldık ve aynı zamanda yeni yemekler tattık.

3Artık hareket ediyoruz! Hareket en büyük tutkumuz oldu. Farklı güzergahlarda bisiklet sürdük, yürüyüş yaptık, hatta her şeye rağmen kanoya bile bindik. Bazen zor zamanlarımız oldu. Ama asla vazgeçmedik.
Bir şarkı her şeye iyi gelir! Beraberken hoşgörüyü öğrendik, ülkelerimiz, kültürlerimiz ve dil-lerimiz hakkında bilgi sahibi olduk. Ayrıca şarkılar ve birbirimizi kaynaştıran danslar öğrendik. Ama her şeyden önemlisi SAĞLIKLI YAŞAM İÇİN LİDERLİK ETMEYİ öğrendik. Özgüven ka-zandık, artık seyahat etmekten korkmuyoruz çünkü biliyoruz ki orada bir yerlerde bizi bekleyen dostlarımız var!

A mi kalandunk 2010 őszén kezdődött. A COMENIUS „Élethosszig tartó tanulás” programjában öt európai ország elhivatott tanárai, diákjai és családjaik vettek részt. Az öt ország: a Cseh Köz-társaság, Törökország, Wales, Magyarország és Lengyelország. Mi együtt, megváltoztattuk egy kissé az életünket.
Ismerjük a helyes étrendet! Az útmutatóban megtalálod a legérdekesebb, ideális reggeli éte-leket. Szüleink és nagyszüleink segítettek nekünk, hogy új fogásokat is megkóstolhassunk.
Mozogjunk! A mozgás a legnagyobb szenvedélyünk. Kerékpároztunk különböző útvonalakon, gyalogoltunk, és – minden furcsasága ellenére – a kenuzást is kipróbáltuk. Néha nehézségeink támadtak, de soha nem adtuk fel.
Egy dal mindenre jó! Mialatt együtt ünnepeltünk, türelmet tanultunk, ismereteket szereztünk más országokról, kultúrákról, nyelvekről. Megtanultunk néhány dalt és részt vettünk közös tán-cokban. De legfőképpen megtanultuk, hogyan „Éljünk egészséges életet!” Önbizalmat sze-reztünk, nem félünk az utazástól, mert tudjuk, hogy barátok várnak minket a nagyvilágban.

Nasza przygoda zaczęła się jesienią 2010 r. W programie COMENIUS „Uczenie się przez całe życie”, spotkali się pełni pasji ludzie z pięciu krajów europejskich: Czech, Turcji, Walii, Węgier i Polski. Razem dokonaliśmy wielu przemian w naszym życiu.
Wiemy już, jak zdrowo się odżywiać! Zgromadziliśmy na tych stronach najciekawsze przepisy na śniadanko. Pomagali nam w tym rodzice, dziadkowie, no i sami próbowaliśmy różnych, nowych smaków.
Ruszaj się! Ruch to nasza pasja! Przemierzyliśmy liczne trasy na rowerach, własnych nogach, cza-sami nawet płynęliśmy pod prąd (pontonami :-). Na trasach bywało różnie, ale nigdy się nie pod-dawaliśmy!
Piosenka dobra na wszystko! Wspólne biesiadowanie nauczyło nas tolerancji, poznaliśmy in-ne kultury i języki, nauczyliśmy się wielu piosenek i tańców integracyjnych. Ale przede wszystkim, nauczyliśmy się ZDROWO ŻYĆ! Nabraliśmy pewności siebie, nie boimy się podróżować, lubimy na-wiązywać nowe kontakty, bo wiemy, że wszędzie na nas czekają nasi przyjaciele!

Interview with athletes1. How many hours do you sleep a day?About 6 hours.2. What is the rate of fruit and vegetable in your diet?More or less 50%3. What kind of food, and how long, do you eat before training?Approximately 2 hours before training. Just a small snack, mostly fruit.
4. How many hours do you do physical activities a week?Approximately 10 hours.5. What is the most suitable kind of moving activities for children at the age from 7 to 11 years old?Well, any kind of movement is great.

other with our hands crossed behind our back. We swing slightly from
the right to the left when singing the phrase “Slunce za hory” (“The
sun over the mountains”). In the following verse, we indicate the
directions we are singing about by moving our body in that direction,

you have the better it is.2. One person is the tagger. A tagger is someone who chases after the others and tries to touch them with their hand. This is called tagging them.
3. The tagger counts to ten and when the tagger counting the others runs away.
4. Once the tagger has counted to ten, they can then start running after the others.
5. When a person is tagged, they then help the tagger to run after the ones that haven’t been tagged.6. When all the people have been tagged, the tagger wins.7. You then choose a different tagger and it all starts again.

40Stalking game - gra w podchodyThis game is very old but enjoyable. It was played by our
great grandparents, grandparents and parents. Now we
play it too. To play this game you only need some sticks,
stones, chalk, a piece of paper and a pen. There are two
teams in the game. One team hides and leaves traces
and messages for the other team. On the notes there
are tasks that has to be fulfi lled. Team number two has
to follow the traces and fi nd the fi rst team at the end.
It’s a real fun!!!

43“Trojak” danceTrojak (“threesome”, “trio”, in Polish) is a Silesian folk dance. It is a double partner dance and performed in groups of three: one male dancer and two female dancers. The music of the dance has two parts: a slow one in 3/4 metre and a fast one in 2/4 metre. These parts are repeated several times, one after another.
Ignoring the footwork, the fi gures may have the following arrangements. All three move in sync from the same foot. The boy dances with one girl, the second one dances alone, then the boy switches the girl. Girls roll on and then roll off the arms. The trio forms a circle The boy and the girls separate and move in the opposite directions, then join again.
