This is my room at the housing near Chula Vista Hotel; my workplace.
This is Chula Vista Hotel where I had to work for three months and a half.
There are some chairs and tables outside my room to take a rest after
working.
This is my name tag that I had to stick on my uniform while I worked.
In the first month, I had to work as a helper to practice any kinds of work.
In the second month, I had to work at the front of the kitchen to make omelet.
I also had to make pizza at the front, cheese pizza is the easiest one for me to
make.
Next, I changed my work to be a baker, the work that I love and very
enjoy.
The first thing that I had to do in the morning was making at least 100
buns.
Every day before 7 a.m., I had to put some foodstuffs at the front for
breakfast time.
Around 9 a.m., I had to make a lot of pizza dough for Beebe to make pizza at
the front.
If the pizza dough was in the refrigerator too long, it would
become very bad dough.
In the after noon, I had to prepare some breakfast foods for tomorrow
morning.
Jessica, who is my best friend, taught me every thing how to be a
good baker.
I love making cookies because it’s the easiest one to make and I love
eating it.
He is Jordan who is the biggest boy in the kitchen taking picture with the
smallest girl.
We went to the downtown of Wisconsin Dells, when we had the
same day off.
We shared very good time together when we were in the USA.
I learned from the program that our world is wider and more interesting
than I thought.
Thank you! Work and Travel
