I constantly try to get you to go on a walk or jog with me, but you say

you’re either too tired or busy.

I’VE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!

On Sunday at 8 am, I challenge you to go for an hour bike ride with me around Tempe Town

Lake.

Cycling not only helps develop your cardio respiratory system, it also helps with muscle strength

and endurance in the lower extremities.

I know you how you’ve been dying to be more active.

And….it will give us a chance to chat and catch up on things.
