What apartment? Why?

How will you pay? To pay for the apartment, I would need a good job so

that I could make the monthly payments.

If I ever came into a situation where I couldn’t pay, I would see my parents for advice or help.

I would also possibly have the help of a roommate to pay, so that both of us would only have to pay for half of the apartment.

I would also use some of my savings money if I ever needed to, to make a payment.

Roommates? I would probably want to have a roommate, to help

split the cost of the apartment. I would want to live with only one other person, and I would want to live with one of my good friends that I trusted and knew they would always pay for their part of the rent.

We would split the costs right down the middle, that way no one person would be paying more than the other, and it would be as fair as possible.

Furnishing Since the apartment would not come furnished, I would

have to provide all my own furniture and only some utilities. Utilities such as a refrigerator, stove, and oven would be

provided. The types of furnishings I would put in the apartment would

be:◦ Bed

◦ Couch

◦ TV

◦ Dining table

◦ Dining chairs

◦ Relaxing chairs

◦ Any additional lighting needed

◦ Bookcase

◦ Entertainment center

◦ Etc.

Obligations As the tenant, I would have to follow all of the rules of

the landlord

I would be obligated to abide by the contract

Since it would not be my apartment, I would abide by all the rules of the landlord and keep the apartment in excellent condition

I would not break any of the rules

If something became damaged or something needed fixing, I would contact the landlord first
