    We survived the Mayan Apocalypse and embark into a new era, one

    where your life is directed by you. The Mayans had a secret. They

    knew we have were always capable of doing such, yet not until the

    end of 2012 would we became fed up with the ho-hum of day-to-day,

    and completely have the resources to take matters, and destiny, into

    our own hands. You may now unfasten your seat belt, we have

    safely arrived!

    The is designed to be a guideline for accessing

    hidden delights and well-being. What better way to stay on course,

    than a manual that requires you check in? Even more, its not some

    to-do list that gets lost amongst computer files or on your desk. It

    is in the flesh, in plain sight where you can access & commune

    with it often. The words you inscribe will set into motion goals and

    accountability for every month of the year. Under six major

    categories: SELF, HEALTH, WEALTH, COMMUNITY,

    RELATIONSHIPS & CAREER, you identify the direction you wish to

    go, and implement the ACTION PLAN to do so.

    1. Download & print the .2. With the aid of a 3 prong hole punch, place the in a 3-ring

    binder or specially designated & labeled folder. Index dividers for quick accessto the 6 major categories or months are optional.

    3. The closing of each category ends with a P.S., for your own ingeniouslyinscribed thoughts on the matter.

    Pages 11 -22, are the January December Notes. These represent your reflection& recognition of goal accomplishments, or what you were not so great at & need

    to work on for the following month. It may be printed once, or print Printer

    Pages 12-23 5x under Printer Settings [after printing the entire] to be placed behind each of the 6 major categories. Loose leaf paper

    becomes a replacement option in this regard. Review youre often. Keep in eye range at all times. Haveat your workbook when you have free time rather than sit in front of the

    computer. Feel free to add articles, magazine clippings or images that tickle

    your fantastic goals!
