Jerald L. Rounds, PhD, PE, is Associated General Contractors(AGC) Endowed Chair in Construction Management andConstruction Engineering at the University of New Mexico. Asa certified Class “A” construction superintendent in Denver,he served as project manager on a number of commercialbuilding projects prior to more than 30 years as a constructioneducator. Concurrently, he has developed numerous trainingprograms in project management and supervision for theconstruction industry. Most recently, he co-developed theNECA Electrical Project Supervision training program withRobert Segner, with whom he has conducted "train the trainer"sessions for the past decade.

Robert O. Segner, Jr., is a professor of construction science inthe College of Architecture at Texas A&M University. Hefollowed years of construction practice with four decades inconstruction higher education. He has served as president ofthe American Council for Construction Education. Segner co-developed the NECA Electrical Project Supervision trainingprogram with Jerald Rounds and has conducted "train thetrainer" sessions for the past decade. He has developed andtaught numerous other continuing education programs.
