This is the response by the HLF Prosecutors to a motion Filed in Federal Court by CAIR

to have its name removed from the “Unindicted Co-Conspirator List” (2007)

The Federal Judge ruled that CAIR would remain on the

Unindicted Co-Conspirator list because of the evidence

demonstrating it is a Hamas entity.

ISNA – the largest Islamic organization in North

America - is an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism finance / Hamas

trial in U.S. history

NAIT (also an unindicted co-conspirator) is the “bank” for the

MB in North America. Funded primarily by Saudi Arabia and

holds the title for many mosques, Islamic schools, and Islamic

organizations in the U.S.

This is the response by the Prosecutors to a motion Filed in Federal Court by

ISNA/NAIT to have their names removed from the “Unindicted Co-Conspirator

List” (2007)

The Judge did not remove ISNA nor NAIT from the Unindicted Co-Conspirator list.

2009 Federal Court ruling unsealed in Fall of 2010. CAIR/ISNA/NAIT petitioned the courts. While the Court did find that the Government should not have made the Unindicted Co-Conspirator List public, it

also found CAIR, ISNA and NAIT have established relations with Hamas – a
