CAROL  DANNA  –  PIANO,  VOICE  

Carol  Danna  has  been   teaching  music   for  over   30  years,   directed   children's   choral   programs   and  worked   as   accompanist   for   school   districts.   Carol  has   served   in  Worship  Ministry   for   over   35   years,  the  past  31  years  being  at  Cornerstone  Church.  Her  passion   is   to   mentor   the   next   generation   of  worshipers   by   focusing   on   worship   discipleship  and   techniques   for  all  her   students.  She  currently  teaches  beginning  piano  and  voice.    Her  preschool  CD,   “Songs   of   Faith   &   Fun”   shows   her   love   for  writing  as  well  as  inspiring  children.    

NICOLLE  MAYO  -­‐  VOICE  

With  over  7  years  of  experience  teaching  and  more  than  20  years  of   training,   singing  on   stage  and   in  recording  studios,  Nicolle  Mayo  has  a  desire  to  see  her   students   reach   their   full  potential.    Mrs.  Mayo  is   a   professional   singer   and   has  been   a   featured  artist   on  worship   recordings  produced   by   Caleb  Quaye.    Her   goal   is   to   teach   every   one   of   her  students   not   only   to   have   the   confidence   to  perform   and   minister   in   front   of   others,   but   to  learn   proper   vocal   technique,   stage  presence   and  have  a  heart  to  sing  for  the  Lord.    

MATTHEW  BUTLER  –  GUITAR,  BASS,  DRUMS  

Matt  Butler  has  20  years  experience  playing  guitar  in  a  wide  variety  of  styles  including  blues,  rock  and  classical.     He   has   been   a   part   of   the   Cornerstone  Church's   worship   ministry   for   the   past   15   years,  where   he   has   sought   to   give   God   honor   through  his   passion   and   commitment   to   excellence.     His  goal  is  to  impart  those  qualities  to  his  students  in  a  fun   and   challenging   environment,   as   well   as   to  cultivate  a  life-­‐long  love  of  music  and  learning.    He  holds   a   B.A.   from   CSU   Dominguez   Hills   and   an  M.A.  from  Claremont  Graduate  University  in  Music  Performance.  

 

 

CAPA  Lessons  are  30  minute  private  lessons  and  start  at  $20  each.    Lesson  availability  is  based  on  instructors

TYLER  HINDSLEY  –  BASS,  GUITAR,  DRUMS  

Tyler   HIndsley   was   born   into   a   Christian   family  where  music  was   a   part   of   life.    While   attending  OCHSA   and   Berklee   College   of  Music,   his  many  gifts   and   love   for   music   has   manifested   into   a  career   as   professional   musician,   music   teacher,  performer   and   composer.     Tyler   is   available   for  electric   or   upright   bass,   guitar,   drums,   or   music  theory.    Tyler  currently  teaches  at  Orange  County  High  School  of  Arts.  

 

MARGARET  HINDSLEY  –  PIANO,  PERCUSSION  

Margaret   graduated   from   Orange   County   High  School   of   Art   and   is   currently   a   Music   and  Business  Major   at  Chapman  University.     She  has  had   over   14   years   of   training   in   percussion   and  piano.    She  has  performed  all  over  the  world  with  such   organizations   as   Pacific   Symphony  Orchestra,   Golden   State   Pops   Orchestra,  Riverside  Concert  Band,  and  more.    Margaret  was  on   the   Board   of   Directors   for   the   Inland   Valley  Symphony   Orchestra   and   enjoys   not   only  performing,   but   also   enriching   the   community  and  leading  worship  with  her  gifts.
