Elvis Presley’s real name is Elvis Aaron

Presley. He was born on Aug. 19, 1935 in

Tupelo. He died on Aug. 16, 1977 in

Memphis.

The style of his music was Rock and

Roll. He had two songs called That’s All

Right Mama, and Heartbreak Hotel. Elvis’s

record label was Memphis Recording

Studio. Elvis’s special performances were at

nightclubs.

He was the first to have a gold record. In

rural areas he was billed as the Hillbilly Cat.

He was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1958.

Tom Petty was born October 20,1950 in

Gainesville, Fl., and he sings country music and two of his songs are “Honey bee , Wild flowers”. His record labels name is backstreet records and one special performance is live aid concert. Three interesting facts are the Heartbreakers brought good time music to stage , the Heartbreak were a tight muscular group and versatile baking band that provided for Petty’s songs and Tom Petty began playing music while he was still in high school.
