Wish lists are the collections of desired products saved by customers to their user account,signifying their interest without immediate intent to purchase. Similarly, Multiple Wish Listsmodule allows the customers to store or save any particular item in their multiple wish listswhich they may buy later by returning to the Magento store.

This module is very helpful when the customers don’t want to buy the product of theirchoice right at the moment, they can use the multiple wish lists functionality. This modulegives customers an easy way to remind themselves of a product and help the admin tomeasure product interest of the customers beyond a sale.

Workflow

After the installation, the customers can easily use the multiple wish lists functionality. Thecustomers can save their desired products in their multiple wish lists to purchase themlater.

For this, the customers will navigate to any product and click the blue heart shape icon asper the image.

After clicking on the blue heart shape icon, the customer will get a pop-up page as per thebelow image.

Here, the customer will enter the wish list name as per the choice. Proceed further byclicking on Add Wishlist button and then the Save button. This will create a wish list andadd the desired product to that wish list.

The customer will get a success message for adding the product to the wish list.

Note: The uncategorized products will be added to “default” wish list as per the belowimage.

Add Product

The customer can add as many as products to the multiple wish lists from multiple points inthe Magento store.

Product Category Page-

When customers navigate to any product category page and move the cursor over thedesired product. The blue heart shape icon becomes visible as per the below image. Clickthis blue heart shape icon visible beside the “Add to Cart” button to add the product to thewish list.

Product Page-

The customers can add products to the wish list from the product page also.

Shopping Cart-

The customers can add products to the wish list from the shopping cart page as well.

Compare Products Page-

The customers can add products to the wish list from the Compare Products page also.

Multiple Wish lists

Magento 2 Multiple Wish lists Extension module allows the customers to create multiplewish lists as per their choice. When a new product is added to the wish list, the customerscan select if an existing wish list should be used or a new one created.

For creating a new wish list, the customers simply enter the wish list name in the blankfield. Proceed further by clicking on Add Wishlist button and then the Save button.

Manage Wish lists

When the wish list section is opened, all the wish list are organized in particularly definedpanels as per the below image. Customers can easily switch between them.

The Magento 2 Multiple Wish lists Extension module offers various functionalities like –Update, Move, Share, Add and Delete. Note: In this module, all the wish list functionalitiesexcept “Delete” gets disabled if the wish list is empty.

Move All to WishlistThis feature moves all the wish list items to the another wish list. When the customer clickson the Move All to Wishlist button will get a pop-up display with the list of the wish lists asper the image. The customer can select any existing wish list from the list to move all theproducts to that wish list.

Also, the customer can create the new wish list and move all the products to that new wishlist. For creating a new wish list, the customers simply enter the wish list name in the blankfield. Proceed further by clicking on Add Wishlist button. The new wish list gets added tothe existing list as per the image.

The customer will then select the created wish list from the list and click onthe Save button.

Share Wishlist

This feature allows customers to send email to their friends or relatives with the productdetails. This allows viral marketing for the E-commerce website as another person gets toknow about your E-commerce website and products.

When the customer clicks on the Share Wish list button will be redirected to the “wish listsharing” page as per the image.

Here, the customer will enter the email address along with the message(optional) and thenclick on Share Wish list button.

The recipient will get a mail for the wish list items details as per the image.

The receiver of the mail can click on the given link in the mail. On clicking on the link theuser will be redirected to the product page and can view the wish list items details.

Add All to CartThis feature allows customers to move all the products to the cart. When the customerclicks on the Add All to Cart button, all the products move to the cart and will get asuccess message as per the image.

Delete wishlistThis feature allows customers to delete the complete wish list. When the customer clickson the Delete Wishlist button, the complete wish list gets deleted and will get a successmessage as per the image.

Update WishlistThe customers can also update the wish list. For this, the customer will click on the wish listname on “Manage Wish list” page.

This will redirect the customer to the wish list page as per the image.

The customer can see the another functionality “Update Wish list” along with the otherfunctionality. This will allow updating the wish list like – the customer can add comments inthe comment section and also update the product quantity.

Note:

Instead of moving all the items from the wish list to the cart or deleting the complete wishlist at once, the customer can move/delete individual items one by one from multiple wishlists as per the choice. The customers navigate to “Manage Wish list” page and move thecursor over the desired product. The “Add to Cart” and “Remove item” option becomesvisible as per the below image.

Click the-

“Add to Cart” option for moving that item to the other wish list.“Remove item” option for removing that item from the wish list.

Admin End

The admin can view and manage the wish list items of all the customers. For this, theadmin can navigate to the Customers<All Customers in the admin panel as per theimage.

The admin gets redirected to the customer list page. Here, the admin will simply click onthe Edit button against any customer for whom the admin wants to view the wish list items.This will navigate the admin to the Customer Information page as per the below image.

Here, the admin will click on the Wish list tab under the Customer Information section andcan:

View all the wish list items of the customer and their details.Delete the wish list items of the customer by clicking on the Delete button.Place the order by clicking on the Create Order tab in the top menu section.

Place OrderFor placing the order on the behalf of a customer, the admin will click on the CreateOrder tab in the top menu section as per the below image.

This will navigate the admin to the Create New Order page as per the below image.

Here, the admin can select the wish list items and add them to the cart. And, then click onthe Update Changes button. After updating changes, the admin will provide the paymentmode and shipping method under the Payment & Shipping Information section. Andthen, place the order by clicking on the Submit Order button.

The customer also can view the details of the order created by the admin. Under MyOrders section, the customers can view the order in their customer account panel as perthe below image.

The customer can click on the View Order link to view the complete order details.
