What is the purpose of MBW?-To strengthen the career opportunities for women with a different cultural background than Danish -To establish a relationship between Danish companies and multicultural businesswomen

Who can become a member?-Anyone can become a member of MBW if they want to contribute to career development for multicultural businesswomen -Annual membership fee of DKK 150

Who are the target groups?-Experienced, multicultural businesswomen who grew up in Denmark or came to Denmark as an adult-Multicultural businesswomen - newly graduated with at least masters degree

Purpose and participants:

The purpose is to identify concrete, executable actions to improve multicultural womens positions up to top management positions in the Danish business environment.

MBW Think Tank will have around 10-20 female participants from the Danish business environment – from the private and public sector as well as from the different political parties. MBW Think Tank meetings are held 2-3 times annually.
