I came to Austin’s colony on Austin’s ship the lively it was a tuff trip but we got there

safely.

This is my first investment im trying to get acres in Austin’s colony. there is one male 1 wife1child and 1 pet. My land payment was48.00$

Now it time for my fist investment, I spent 150 on cotton 250 on on lumber and 100 on cattle. cotton and cattle didn’t do good that year but lumber was great.

Dispute of Mexicans over exports of cotton. No lumber which means not a lot of buildings. And the lively sank.

It time for my 2nd year of investment. I spent 350 on cotton,350 on lumber and 350 on cattle.

The colonies thrived through the year .It had a bumper cotton crop. high demand of lumber lots of building. There also was a high demand of beef.
