Start by thoroughly washing your vehicle. Take care to remove all dirt, debris, and stains from each fender in the areas corresponding to where the MudFlaps will be installed.

Begin driver’s side MudFlap installation by parking the vehicle on level ground.

Identify the driver’s side MudFlap by locating the “LH” mark located on the tire side of the MudFlap. Place the MudFlap on the fender. Line up the appro-priate holes in MudFlap to the corresponding holes in the fender lip of your particular vehicle. Make note of which holes you will be using.

Starting with the upper-most hole, use a box-end wrench (as shown) to hold the flange nut in-place behind the hole. Then place a machine screw (with a washer) through the proper hole in the MudFlap and through the hole in the fender threading it into the nut. Do not tighten at this time.

    1) Make sure MudFlap is fitted tightly against fender. 2) Ensure that the QuickTurn™ is in the fully unlocked position. 3) Turn the QuickTurn™ fastener, clockwise. 4) Verify that the QuickTurn™ fastener is in the fully locked position and continue turning until tightened.

Begin passenger side installation by parking the vehicle on a level surface. Repeat steps 3-8.

8 You can now tighten the (1 or 2) bolts remain-ing (make sure there is a tight fit between the MudFlap and the fender).

5 Depending on your vehicle, if you have access to the back of the hole, use the serrated nut and machine screw (with washer). If you do not have access to the back of the hole, use the plastic rivet. If using the machine screw, do not tighten at this time. If using the rivet, first remove the center pin. Place the outer portion of the rivet (base) through the lower hole and into the hole in the metal fender. Firmly press the rivet body com-pletely through the MudFlap and into the hole (the rivet body should be snug against the MudFlap). While holding the rivet body tightly to the MudFlap and against the fender, place the inner core of the rivet into the body and firmly press in core.

Now you are ready to use the QuickTurn™ fastener. Ensure that the QuickTurn™ fastener is in the fully unlocked position using the Hex key provided.6

Your WeatherTech® No-Drill MudFlap carries a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when installed correctly.

Congratulations! Your new WeatherTech® No-Drill MudFlaps have been installed!
