1. VACATION & TIME OFF POLICIES

- 22 Vacation days per calendar year- 10 Public holidays per calendar year- 2 Floating holidays which can be used for birthdays, anniversaries or any other special occasion

2. NEED-BASED LEAVES - Bereavement Leave upto 5 days- Sick leaves upto 7 days- Additional sick time leaves upto 8 days- Relocation leaves upto 5 days

3. MATERNITY, PATERNITY OR ADOPTION LEAVE

- 12 weeks of paid maternity leave alongwith maternity expense coverage- 5 days paternity leave- 8 weeks of paid leave upon adoption

4. LEAVE OF ABSENCE (LOA)

- Personal LOA is an unpaid or paid authorized period of absence for emergency and special reasons - Education LOA is an unpaid but authorized period of absence from employment in order to pursue an educational/professional degree on a full time basis

- Confidential, free of cost program where in professional counselors from the organization 1to1help will assist you and your immediate family members to cope with life’s difficulties, develop coping skills, make important decisions or just explore new avenues for change and growth- Help is available through a variety of options like face-to-face counseling, telephone counseling, online counseling, self-assessment tests, articles on issues that affect personal and professional life

7. FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS

- Offers flexibility in the standard working hours- Options available are part time working arrangement and work from home for both long term and short term periods

8. FLY BACK POLICY

- Provides you an opportunity to meet with your family members during onsite travel or assignments- You accrue one return ticket, or fly back, for every 3 months completed on an onsite assignment- You can also delegate this fly back to your family members so they can visit you

9. DOMESTIC RELOCATION POLICY

- We bear the cost for travel components like transportation of goods, travel tickets for self/spouse/children, vendor support, interest subsidy, interim accommodation etc. for relocation due to “business need”- Relocation benefits include onetime relocation allowance and expense reimbursement, support towards housing brokerage, and towards relocating children to local schools

1. CAR LEASE PROGRAM - Enables you to save tax by leasing a car for personal and official purposes - This benefit is applicable for career stages Senior Associates and above; and all Associates, who have satisfactorily completed two years of continuous service, are also eligible to enroll in the car lease program

2. CAR FUEL AND MAINTENANCE REIMBURSEMENT - Entitled to reimbursement starting INR 3,000 upto INR 10,000 (depending upon your career stage) if you are enrolled under the car lease program; and INR 2,000 per month for self- owned cars

3. DRIVER’S SALARY REIMBURSEMENT - Entitled to reimbursement of upto INR 8,000 under the car lease program (for Managers and above) - Reimbursement for self-owned cars upto INR 1,000 per month (for all full-time and part time people)

4. MEDICAL EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT - Annual limit for reimbursement is INR 15,000 (i.e. INR 1250 per month). There are two reimbursement cycles in each financial year

5. LEAVE TRAVEL ALLOWANCE - Reimburse expenses starting INR 10,000 upto INR 200,000 (depending upon your career stage) incurred on domestic travel

6. MEAL COUPONS - Available upto INR 24,000 for a year (i.e. Rs.2000 per month)

7. LOCAL TRANSPORT POLICY - Pick and drop facility as per defined routes in Gurgaon Infospace, Noida, and Bangalore

1. TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

- When you complete one year of continuous service with Sapient, you become entitled for tuition reimbursement

of up to a maximum of INR 40,000 in a block of 2 years

- It will fund your tuition fees towards a degree or certification course on a part time basis while working at Sapient

1. GROUP LIFE INSURANCE POLICY

- It is a Basic life insurance

- In case of death during Sapient tenure, we will pay your dependents an insurance benefit starting from Rs 22,50,000 upto

Rs 1,85,00,000 depending upon your career stage

2. MEDICLAIM POLICY

- You are entitled for medical insurance cover of upto INR 3,00,000 along with a company buffer of INR 5,00,000

- Covers medical expenses incurred during hospitalization of the insured for treatment of illness, disease or injury.

It also has a sub-limit for maternity cover of INR 50,000 for normal delivery and INR 1,00,000 for caesarean

- Covers your spouse and first 2 children (a new born baby is covered from Day 1) and dependent parents (at additional cost)

3. PERSONAL ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE POLICY

- An insurance cover that provides for death or disablement resulting solely or directly from an accident by external,

violent and visible means

- In case of death or permanent disablement, a benefit of a maximum of INR 145,00,000 applicable as per career stage

will be paid to dependants

- In case of temporary total disablement, you will be entitled for a compensation of INR 5000 per week, or part thereof,

limited to 104 weeks

1. PROVIDENT FUND

- Provident Fund is calculated at 12 % of your basic salary and a matching contribution is paid by Sapient

- The fund is managed by the Employees Provident Fund Trust that that is administrated by a Board of Trustees

- The provident fund amount is refunded along with interest when you retire

2. GRATUITY

- Entitled for gratuity upto INR 10,00,000 when you retire or resign provided you have continuous service of

five years with Sapient
