Motivation by Applicant:For this section of the application, please attach a motivation letter to motivate why a bursaryshould be granted to you. It is recommended you touch on your interest in your filed of studyand demonstrate your passion for the industry.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:• Every application must be accompanied by a certified copy of the learner’s ID document, theapplication form, motivation letter, proof of parent (s) or guardian’s income and expensestogether with the registration form and the pro-forma invoice from the training institution(on the institution’s letterhead).• Every application form must be completed fully, with all relevant motivation and signatures.• Complete in black ink, all signatories to sign where required and initial at the bottom righthand corner of each page.• Entrance criteria:• From 2nd year of study for Diploma / Degree in Film and TV or related qualification• A minimum of C + Aggregate• Applicants must ensure that all information included in their entry is valid and true.• All applicant information will be subject to credit, criminal and verification checks.• MultiChoice’s decision in the selection of the busrsary recepients is final.• MultiChoice shall not be responsible for any electronic system failure that results in anyparticular entry not being received for consideration.• MultiChoice is not liable for the costs any applicant incurs during the process of theirelectronic application (example: airtime usage or payment at Wi-Fi café)• MultiChoice has the right to expand, limit, downscale and/or terminate the Bursary scheme at its discretion.• Entry is limited to citizens of South Africa who meet the stated entry criteria.• There is no guarantee of employment at the end of the student’s studies.• Bursary recepients have to send quarterly results of performance.• Bursary awards are for a single year of study and applicants are required to applyannually when advertised.
