Who we are Incorporated in 1993, Delmar Petroleum Company Ltd is an Oil and Gas trading
company specializing in the sales, distribution and storage of Petroleum Products.
Delmar provides wholesale and retail distribution of Petroleum Products through its
networks, both locally and internationally.
Delmar Petroleum has storage facilities for coastal and inland Petroleum Products, as
well as the necessary skills, assets and infrastructure for supplying and trading refined
Petroleum Products across the world.
Delmar Petroleum business activities extend to a variety of Petroleum Services and
Products, making the company a highly significant player in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Delmar Petroleum transports Petroleum Products by Barges and Tanker Vessels to her
various offshore locations for numerous customers, while trucks are used to serve those
on land.
At Delmar Petroleum Company, we understand that Nigeria and indeed the entire world,
needs all the energy it can deliver to sustain life. With our expertise and advanced
technology, we are devising new and improved means to deliver needed energy from
conventional crude oil and natural gas to emerging energy sources of the future.
At Delmar Petroleum, we deliver everyday energy for sustaining life and this aspiration
has led to our expansion into South Africa, Switzerland and in future to part of some
countries in West Africa.

Our Corporate Outlook Delmar Marketing & Distribution Delmar Petroleum has a fleet of marine equipment and vessels which include
Ocean Tankers, Barges and Tugboats through our sister company Delta Marine
Shipping Company to meet the operational requirements of Delmar Petroleum
Company in a demanding and dynamic market place.
This arrangement between Delmar Petroleum Company and Delta Marine is
formalized in a memorandum of understanding.
This initiative complements Delmar’s business prerogative and thus has begun to
yield results, with 100% success in the execution of all contracts within specified
time frames.
Extensive trucking facilities and arrangements are also in place to ensure that we
deliver our products at the shortest possible notice to our onshore customers.
Delmar’s sophisticated storage facilities enable a minimum requirement time of
twenty four hours notice for truck load and forty eight hours for marine deliveries.
This is made possible through our state of the art loading bays and extensive storage
facility.

MANAGEMENT TEAM Within the first few years of the establishment, Delmar Petroleum Company
had accomplished a great deal, and has continued to grow exponentially.
This is attributable to the well trained, highly experienced and focused professionals
that run Delmar. Our Management team consists of people with the appropriate
multi-dimensional skills and exposure to continue fueling our expansion in the Oil
and Gas sector of the economy. The details below highlight just some of
our experience and achievements:

Dr. Austin Atimoh Odili, Ph.D Chairman/Group Managing Director As the Chairman of the Board and Group Managing Director of the Company, Dr. Austin Odili heads the Management team. His love for hard work has endowed him with several academic and professional qualifications within the Transport and Maritime Sectors. He has a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D) In Port Management and Development from the University of Port Harcourt (2000). He is a member of various world class Professional bodies within and outside Nigeria, such as the Chartered Institute of Transport (MCIT, UK), the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (MCILT, UK) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), as well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCTS, UK) and the Centre for Transport Studies (FCTS). Before the establishment of the company,Austin worked at the Marine Department of the Pipeline and Products Marketing Company (PPMC) for well over a decade, and he rose to the position of Senior Shipping Supervisor. During his tenure, he was in charge of vessels that lifted Petroleum Products from refineries. Dr. Odili is married with children.

‘Pekun TOMORI Managing Director (Nigeria) ‘Pekun had varied operations, management and leadership experience spanning over 33 years in Royal Dutch Shell and Shell associated Downstream companies in Nigeria and oversea. He spent his early career in Downstream Oil Supply/Distribution and Lubricating Oil Production where he had the opportunity of managing Shell Lube Oil Plants in Nigeria and Greece. For 10 years, he was in Retail and Commercial Sales and Corporate Planning before a four-year role in Lubricants marketing. Major project was execution of the marketing launch of Shell Helix range of lubricants in Nigeria. ‘Pekun championed the Marine, Supply and Distribution teams in Shell East and West Africa and established the logistics platform for the Downstream Market re-entry project of Shell in Nigeria. He assumed the role of Managing Director of Delmar Petroleum Company in July 2015. An alumnus of the IMD and an International Leadership Academy Laureate of the United Nations University, Jordan, ‘Pekun holds a B.Sc. (Hon) degree in Chemistry and MBA from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Ese Kerry Ojehomon Managing Director (South Africa) Ese Kerry Ojehomon (LLM, HCIB) holds the post of Managing Director, Delmar South Africa. Ese is a result oriented strategic, managerial expert with over 24 years in career spanning Legal Practice, Banking and Business. With a Law degree from the University of Ibadan and specialization in International Economic Law from the University of Jos. Ese has attended Financial, Managerial, and Oil & Gas Courses in Nigeria, Europe and North America. She has a proven skills in Administration, Organization, Negotiation And Decision making. Blessed with a lot of energy, Ese has a passion for setting up New ventures.
Morne’ Bowers Chief Operating Officer (South Africa) Morne’ Bowers has been active in the Downstream Oil industry for 21 years. He spent 8 years in BP Southern Africa and BP Eastern Hemisphere’s Supply & Trading Group in roles covering Trading, Supply Operations Management and Supply Planning & Optimization Management, where he was also a member of the South Africa Supply & Trading executive team. He also spent 8 years as an Engineer at SAPREF (Shell & BP JV refinery in South Africa), where he started off his career. His roles included that of Project Leader on a 3-year refinery upgrade project, from commercial justification to commissioning. Another role was that of project Leader on Y2K business continuity & contingency planning. During this period he worked across all the refinery process units, including the start-up of a new Crude Distiller Complex. Morne’ holds B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (UCT), B.Com (UNISA), MBA (UCT). He is also a founding Member and Director of the Sainsbury Management Fellows Society of South Africa, which provides funding to previously disadvantaged students, with an Engineering background, towards their MBA studies at the University of Cape Town (UCT).

Raphael Chukwu Head, Finance & Accounts Raphael is a Finance Expert with Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian Business Terrain. He possesses the requisite Financial Skills and Capabilities to help small, medium and large corporates grow and manage their investments optimally. Raphael has over 14 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. In terms of value to a business, his combined work experience has afforded him the opportunity to work closely in key business domains from marketing to manufacturing, retailing, corporate and business strategy formulation, brand management and Finance. This background has shaped his perspective on business and influenced his approach in delivering financial solutions. Raphael holds a B.Sc.(Hon) in Accounting and ACA.
Esentia Imah Edukere Head, Commercial Division Imah heads the Commercial Division. He holds an MBA from the University of Calabar (1999) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accountancy from the University of Maiduguri in 1990. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has over 20 years work experience in Business Development, Finance, Accounting and Risk Management in various industries including Oil and Gas.

Peter Tsado
Group General Manager, Business Dev. With a Masters in Transportation Planning Engineering from the University of Leeds, Peter started his career lecturing at the Federal Polytechnic, Bida, and later at the University of Technology, Minna. He joined NNPC/NAPIMS in 1992 where he supervised amongst other things joint venture Upstream Facilities, Procurement and Logistics services. He was also involved in the execution of many projects in Oil and Gas with the Joint venture (IOC's) companies with vast experience in Procurement and having earned the GMDS merit award for singular outstanding contribution leading to savings to NNPC/JV. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Transport (MCIT) UK, USA, Member Supply Chain Management of the Member Institute of Mechanical Engineers amongst others. Peter is married with children and is the Group General
Manager handling Business Development.
Oruche Tina
Marketing Executive Tina Oruche prides herself on excellent customer care gained from her experiences at various organizations such as HFP Engineering Nig. Ltd. She holds B.A Honors degree from Lagos State University in English Language. She is endowed with the attitude, passion, drive and energy needed to make an immediate and positive difference in a company. She also has an Advanced Certificate in Info-Tech Management. She drives Marketing and Sales in Lagos State.
