Founded in 1986, MSI operates in the repair and overhaul business for commercial

aircraft operators, airlines and government customers. MSI offers repair and

maintenance services for components and systems and provides spare parts and

components as well as the supply of standard hardware.

MSI has about 80 employees worldwide. Of these, 60 are employed in Ruesselsheim

which is the location of our headquarter and Warehouse/Logistic Center. Furthermore

we have two subsidiaries, one in Dubai and one in Moscow.

Engine WorkshopMSI is an approved EASA Part-145 Maintenance Organization for aircraft engines &

QECs as well as engines and fuel nozzles.

Our extensive stock ensures that we will get your aircraft back in the air with short

turnaround times.

On-Site Maintenance CrewIf needed, our On-Site Maintenance Crew can be dispatched within a very short time

to any place in the world.

The ability to have a crew on site anywhere within 48 hours is our promise. We provide

our services on scheduled or emergency basis.

For the Pratt & Whitney PW100 Series engines our services include but are not limited

• Technical engine support with our „On-Site Maintenance Crew“

• Hot Section Inspection / repair

Oxygen MasksAre PAX Oxygen Masks a consumable at your Airline? Why?

In today’s world no one can afford to scrap perfectly good parts.

Instead MSI can do the required inspections and recertify them for you.

These inspections costs a small percentage of the new price, and the TAT is on

average 3 days. Help your budget and the environment and contact us for your

personal quotation.

DOT Requalification CapabilityWe now have the capability to hydrostatically test between 100-11,000 psi.

Furthermore we now also have the possibility to perform pressure tests on other

equipment as needed up to 11,000 psi.

MSI also offers complete Overhauls and refill/recharge on almost all CO2, N2, and

CO2/N2 mixture Reservoirs.

Our new Full automatic Filling Station can fill to a 2 gram tolerance.

Our engineering- and programs team has performed and successfully completed several

Dubai Workshop

Located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, the MSI Dubai facility is an approved EASA Part-145,

FAA Part 145 and GCAA CAR 145 repair facility.

From lighting systems, headsets, hydraulic faucets, electro-mechanical shades to cargo

loading systems: this facility offers a large spectrum of repair & overhaul services.

MSI Avionics and Electronics workshops are constantly growing and adding more

& more components to its capabilities. MSI represents several OEMs in the region.

Besides distribution of components and spare parts, the facility serves operators in the

region on behalf of the OEMs.

MSI repairs a wide range of Franke hydraulic faucets and various other components of

the A380. This includes OEM warranties.

Furthermore, as exclusive MRO for the Middle East, we service & repair the controls of

Cassidian Cargo Loading System (CLS) covering the A300-660, A330, A340 and A380

fleets.

Other repair capabilities cover Sennheiser headsets, Souriau lighted panels, Diehl

ballast units and emergency power packs as well as Grimes light assemblies.

The latest addition to our capabilities is galley equipment such as coffee and beverage

makers of various types, water boilers and ovens.

Other ServicesIn its Dubai facility, MSI offers limited individual storage space in a temperature

controlled warehouse.

The MSI 24/7 AOG service is available through our hotline to facilitate customers and

general operators in situations of equipment failure.
