Green Leaf Sifter and Ball Breaker:In this Sifter, balance is being

achieved by means of a Simple

Counter Weight & is so perfect where

one-third horse-power is required to

separate the machine at full load. The

driving pulley is situated above the

centre of the machine. This Sifter

travels in a series of hops and

ensure, efficient sifting, Cooling &

ball breaking action. It is perfectly

balanced, Silent & Vibration less &

Powered with 2H.P. Motor.

Air Chamber of Super quality:Tea Dryer: The Air Chamber

fabricated of quality steel sheet is

placed between Tea Dryer and

Multitubular Stove with I.D. fan at

top. Hot air passing through thischamber for Dryer.

Tea Roller :

It is high efficiency Tea Rolling

Machine, being for production of high

quality of orthodox tea. It is

manufactured in both 36” & 46” Single

action & Double action types. Single

action Tea Roller is meant where the

hood is stationary & table is moving &

Double action is meant where both the

table & hood are moving. Gear – box

of 30 : 1 with 10 & 15 H.P motors are

used for S.A. & D.A. Roller.

Jumbo Tea Dryer:

BEL has produced no. of

‘Jumbo” Tea-Dryer & Supplied

to Tea garden for achieving

higher productivity and

ensuring good quality of Tea.

Tea produced in this dryer is

250 Kgs./hr. with inlet temp of

110C. A 20 H.P Motor is used

for I.D Fan of Air-Chamber for

delivery hot air to dryer.

Myddleton Stalk Extractor & Tea

Grader: It is used for grading Tea. It

does not break the tea. The machine

performs a dual operation. It gives

Stalk free tea & during the Stalk

extracting operation, it also grades

the tea. The separation of the tea

from stalk is effected by the Sieves.

The Sieves are spl-designed of

aluminum. An oscillating motion is

imparted to the Sieves enabling the

fine tea to pass through the upper

sieves. The stalk, together with

larger particles of the tea is

discharged over the end and into the

head of the lower sieve. 1 H.P motor

is used for the machine.

Balanced Pucca Tea Sorter

Balanced Pucca Tea Sorter is NOT JUST

A SORTER, it is a machine specially

designed to produce clean, true grades

at one pass, without a vestige or

graying.

It embodies the following out standing

features not to be found in other Tea

Sorters. The dose not shuffle along the

screens and become greyed. It travels in

a series of hops ensuring true grading.

Tea Breaker:The involvement of Tea – Breaker is

to break the tea only. After

processing of tea from tea-dryer it is

often found to be too large where a

quit sizeable quantity of tea is

required & this ball type of tea is

breaking by this breaker. The speed

of the roller is within 60rpm. It

consists of a pair of roller that run in

mesh, through not in contact. The

rolls are spring-loaded & the gap

between the engaged teeth as well as

pressure upon them are adjustable.

Direct Find Heater:As designed & manufactured

Direct Fired Heater with higher

output with full efficient burning.

It is used in place of Multi

Tubular Stove. This can be used

for tea drying and supplying Hot

Air in weathering trough.

Provision of preheating of fuel to

take Care of winter season.

Outlet Air Temperature of ‘DFH’

to 107C(225F) where air flow

15” Rotorvane (Stainless Steel):

15” Rotorvane to produce tea for or orthodox and C.T.C.

machine. It is powered with 15 H.P Motor and 1:30 reducer. It

is a very high productive Continuous Tea- Rollers.

Rotorvanes are very Simple & robust in design & work on

the pressure Screw principle Comprising a vane type screw

rotor, working inside a cylinder provided with resistors to

impact the rolling action.
