He graduated from Chung Ling High School in 1985 and has 28 years of experience in plasticsindustry and 6 years in solar industry. He is responsible for the operations of sales andmarketing divisions and expansion of the overseas market for the Group.

He is the brother of Mr. Loh Kok Beng, a Director and major shareholder and Mdm. Loh JooEng, a director of the Company and uncle of Mr. Loh Eng Chun, who is also a Director of theCompany. He does not have any conflict of interest in any business arrangement involving the

Mdm. Loh Joo Eng was appointed as a Director of Tek Seng on 16 August 2004.

She is responsible for the daily operations and procurement of raw materials for the Group. Shehas more than 33 years of experience in PVC based industry. She graduated from PenangChinese Girls’ High School in 1978 with Malaysia Certificate of Education.

She does not have any directorship in other public companies and listed corporations.

Dr. Kamarudin Bin Ngah was appointed as a Director of Tek Seng on 16 August 2004.

He was a Researcher with the Centreof Policy Research, University Sains Malaysia from July 1986 to August 2013. He is presently aProfessor at School of Government, College of Law, Government and International Studies (COLGIS ), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and also a director of Institute of Local GovernmentStudies, UUM.

Tuan Haji Mohamed Haniffah Bin S.M. Mydin was appointed as a Director of Tek Seng on 16October 2006.

Tuan Haji Mohamed Haniffah Bin S.M. Mydin graduated from Katholik University of Leuven,Belgium with a Master of Business Administration. He started his career as an officer inKoperasi Usaha Bersatu Malaysia Bhd in March 1981 and later was promoted to AssistantManager. In January 1983, Tuan Haji Mohamed Haniffah was seconded to JUB Credit &Leasing Sdn. Bhd. as a General Manager where he was in charge of the credit & leasingoperations. He left JUB Credit & Leasing Sdn. Bhd. in March 1985.

In April 1985, Tuan Haji Mohamed Haniffah joined Advanced Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd.(“AESB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Idris Hydraulic (Malaysia) Bhd as a Senior Manager. Hewas later promoted to the position of Group General Manager. Tuan Haji Mohamed Haniffahwas responsible for an array of business portfolios including the restructuring exercise, strategicplanning, business development and financial matters of AESB.

In November 1995, Tuan Haji Mohamed Haniffah left AESB and ventured into his own business.Shortly, he joined Instangreen Corporation Bhd which was under the Corporate DebtRestructuring Committee as the Chief Operating Officer. He was involved in the financial andbusiness restructuring of Instangreen Corporation Bhd until it was re-floated under its new nameof LBS Bina Bhd.

Tuan Haji Mohamed Haniffah re-joined AESB Group in August 1999 to re-strategise theconsumer home electrical business. In early 2005, he partnered with a senior officer of AESB’sholding company, jointly acquired the entire group of AESB under a Management Buy-OutScheme. AESB was later sold to a third party where he resigned as the Chief Executive Officerof AESB in July 2006.

He is an independent Director of Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad.

MR. LEOW CHAN KHIANG

Mr. Leow Chan Khiang was appointed as a Director of Tek Seng on 01 July 2017.

He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a CharteredAccountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He obtained a Bachelor degree inEconomics from the University of Malaya in 1990 and a Master’s degree in BusinessAdministration from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 1999.

Mr Leow began his career in 1991 as an executive in Hong Leong Bank Berhad and waspromoted to assistant manager in 1994. In 1996, he left Hong Leong Bank Berhad and joinedMalaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad as an assistant manager where he wasresponsible for various corporate fund raising exercises as well as general advisory work until2001. Subsequently, he joined a logistic company until 2002. In 2002, he joined CAB CakaranCorporation Berhad (“CAB”) as a director of corporate finance, and subsequently, wasappointed as an executive director in 2003 where he was responsible for corporate planning,accounting and tax as well as joint-venture matters. He resigned from his position as anexecutive director of CAB in 2007 and was appointed to the board of SLP Resources Berhad asNon-Independent Non-Executive Director in the same year.

Currently, He sits on the Board of SLP Resources Berhad as an Non-IndependentNon-Executive Director. He also sits on the Board of Ni Hsin Resources Berhad and SaluticaBerhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director, all of which are companies listed on BursaMalaysia Securities Berhad.

Mr. Loh Eng Chun was appointed as a Director of Tek Seng on 13 January 2015.

He graduated from University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce in BusinessManagement and Marketing.

Having completed his tertiary education, he began his career as an executive in a propertydevelopment company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad where hewas involved in product positioning strategy, presentations and property sales operation.Subsequently, he joined the property division of another Malaysian public company which islisted since 1964 with diverse business interests ranging from healthcare, automobile, financialservices, plantation to property business and development.

Currently, he is attached with Tek Seng Group in which his primary responsibility entails thePublic Relations tasks in strategising and implementation of revenue enhancement initiatives forthe Group’s businesses including the Investor Relations functions of the Group.
