Research Experience
M.Sc. Full One-year research project in Nanochemistry
Project Title: “Synthesis of polyelectrolyte functionalized carbonaceous material decorated with Pd/ Pt-
Ni nanostructure as an electrocatalyst for polyelectrolyte membrane fuel cell application.”
Cost of platinum electrocatalyst as well as cost of polymer electrolyte membrane is primary barrier of
fuel cell commercialization. To overcome this problem we synthesis binary metal composite with carbaneous
material as an electrocatalyst by swollen liquid crystal growth method. Graphene oxides is functionalized with
nafion polymer then get decorated with platinum and Nickel by swollen liquid crystal growth method. Nafion
functionalized graphene oxide decorated with the platinum and nickel is check for methanol oxidation reaction
which applies in fuel cell as an electrocatalyst.
B.Sc.- One year project in Nanophysics
Project Title. “Synthesis of Copper Tin Zinc Sulphide by Hydrothermal method for solar cell
application”.
