NON VOLUNTEERS When I need a volunteer

Rather than ask for a volunteer I will ask a question and will usually ask

you to discuss the answer with a partner.

When time to discuss is up, I will use my cell phone to randomly choose someone in the room to answer.

Why would I do this? This will keep you paying attention and help

you to learn the material faster.
