L’etichetta con il contenitore di spazzatura mobile barrato presente sul prodotto, indica che il prodotto non deve essere smaltito tramite la convenzionale procedura di smaltimento dei rifiuti domestici.

Per evitare eventuali danni per l’ambiente e per la salute umana, il prodotto deve essere separato dagli altri rifiuti domestici e consegnato al punto di raccolta designato per il riciclo dei rifiuti elettrici o elettronici. La raccolta differenziata ed il riciclo degli apparecchi di scarto servirà a conservare le risorse naturali ed a salvaguardare l’ambiente e la salute delle persone. INSTALLAZIONE

IMBALLO La macchina può essere imballata in tre modi: 1) CON FONDALE IN LEGNO E MACCHINA

AVVOLTA IN CELLOPHANE: formato da un fondale (che ne permette il sollevamento e lo spostamento con mezzi meccanici (paranchi, muletti). La macchina, imbullonata sul fondale nei piedini d’ancoraggio, è avvolta con un sacco di polietilene (PE) fissato con graffette sul fondale.

2) CON INDUPACK: con l’aggiunta di un involucro in cartone bloccato con regge metalliche su pallet.

3) SOLO INCARTATURA

TRASPORTO

Subito al ricevimento della macchina imballata, notificare per scritto al trasportatore eventuali danni subiti dall’imballo durante il trasporto. Infatti, qualora tali danni abbiano interessato anche la macchina, l’assicurazione del corriere risponderà solo se tali danni presunti sono stati subito segnalati. Tutte le operazioni di installazione devono essere eseguite da personale qualificato, munito delle necessarie protezioni (guanti, protezioni antinfortunistiche ecc.). Non usare getti di acqua contro la macchina per nessun motivo ed evitare bruschi movimenti o urti violenti. La macchina non deve essere trasportata da braccia umane, bensì con l'ausilio di muletti o paranchi meccanici. Trasportare la macchina completa di imballo nel luogo più prossimo al punto di installazione e procedere al suo disimballaggio.

DISIMBALLAGGIO DELLA MACCHINA

Procedere nel seguente modo: a) Togliere, se esistente, l’indupack munendosi di

appositi attrezzi meccanici. b) Togliere la copertura in polietilene (PE) che

avvolge la macchina. c) Verificare che la macchina non abbia subito

danneggiamenti durante il trasporto. d) Asportare dal fondale tutti gli accessori che

non sono fissati o imbullonati sul bancale perché, spostando la macchina dal bancale, possono cadere danneggiando cose, persone o animali.

e) Togliere i bulloni che fissano i piedini della macchina sul fondale.

f) Imbragare la macchina con due funi (verificare che siano idonee al peso totale della macchina rilevabile dal cartellino dati tecnici), l'una nella parte posteriore, l'altra nella parte anteriore della macchina; quindi, con l'ausilio di un muletto o paranco meccanico, sollevare la macchina e posizionarla nel luogo destinato all'installazione senza più muoverla con braccia umane.

g) Al termine dell'installazione rimontare con cura i pannelli e le protezioni della macchina assieme agli accessori in dotazione.

Devono essere osservate alcune misure di distanza dalle pareti e dalle altre macchine, al fine di garantire una lavorazione più scorrevole ed una perfetta manutenzione. La macchina non necessita di alcun ancoraggio al pavimento. Si raccomanda di sistemarla perfettamente in piano.

ALLACCIAMENTO VAPORE E RITORNO CONDENSA

(VEDI DISEGNI A PAG. 10-4)

E’ necessario effettuare un collegamento tradizionale, cioè con scaricatore di condensa, come illustrato nel disegno di pag. 10-4.

ITALIANO CAPITOLO 3 ITALIANO Per quest’ultimo tipo di collegamento, derivare dalla parte alta della conduttura centrale di vapore un tubo di ferro da 1/2" GAS e farlo arrivare a 100 cm dalla macchina. All’estremità di questo tubo montare un rubinetto a sfera “POS. 67”, onde poter escludere la macchina dall’impianto. Il collegamento del rubinetto a sfera al raccordo entrata vapore “POS. 4” si può fare con un tubo di rame avente un diametro interno di 14 mm. Vi ricordiamo che la macchina funziona con vapore alla pressione di 4 - 6 bar (58 - 87 psi) perciò, se la macchina viene allacciata ad un generatore di vapore funzionante ad una pressione più elevata, è necessario installare un riduttore di pressione. Collegare al raccordo ritorno condensa “POS. 3” uno scaricatore di condensa da 1/2" GAS a secchiello rovesciato con filtro (SPIRAX SARCO HM 007 oppure JUCKER SA8). A valle dello scaricatore si deve montare una valvola di ritegno a clappè onde evitare contropressioni allo scaricatore. E’ indispensabile montare un rubinetto a sfera sulla tubazione di ritorno condensa “POS. 68” (tubo da 1/2" GAS) onde permettere l’esclusione della macchina dall’impianto.

COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO

(VEDI DISEGNO A PAG. 10-6)

Accertarsi che la tensione e frequenza di linea corrispondano a quelle segnate sulla targa dati tecnici della macchina (vedere pag. 2-1). Per voltaggi 400V/3 e 440V/3, predisporre una linea elettrica trifase con neutro e terra e collegarla ai morsetti entrata corrente (bloccare il cavo nel pressacavo “POS. 8”). Per gli altri valori di voltaggio e per il dimensionamento della linea e dell’interruttore, vedere la tabella riportata nel disegno. La linea di corrente dovrà essere dotata di un interruttore automatico magnetotermico differenziale da 30 mA, con presa e spina ad interblocco meccanico. Si fa obbligo, pena la decadenza della garanzia, di collegare la macchina ad una buona messa a terra secondo le normative vigenti. Controllare, prima del collaudo iniziale, che i morsetti di tutti i componenti elettrici non si siano allentati durante il trasporto.

Dopo il collegamento, verificare il senso di rotazione dei motori (ventilatori) e, qualora fosse errato, invertire tra loro due delle tre fasi in ingresso. Rimontare tutte le pannellature e le protezioni della macchina.

COLLEGAMENTO ARIA COMPRESSA

(VEDI DISEGNO A PAG. 10-5)

La macchina deve essere alimentata con aria compressa pulita, senza condense né oli, ed avente una pressione di 7÷8 bar (101÷ 115 psi). Predisporre un tubo in ferro zincato o rilsan da 1/4” GAS fino ad 1 metro dalla macchina. Alla sua estremità montare un rubinetto a sfera a 3 vie oppure a slitta “POS. 25”. Questo rubinetto a 3 vie permette di alimentare la macchina (posizione 1=ON=OK) oppure di disattivarla (posizione 0=OFF=STOP), scaricando l’aria rimasta nella macchina attraverso il silenziatore. In questo modo, qualora fosse necessario eseguire una qualsiasi manutenzione alla macchina, si ha la garanzia, ruotando il rubinetto in posizione 0=OFF=STOP (oppure facendo scivolare la ghiera), che non esista più alcun pericolo di natura pneumatica (getti di aria, movimenti di pistoni, ecc.). Mediante un tubo in rilsan ∅interno=6mm (≅0,47 inches) resistente ad almeno 20 bar (290 psi) di pressione, collegare il rubinetto al filtro aria compressa “POS. 2” della macchina. Regolare il riduttore di pressione “POS. 10” a 7 bar.

USO DELLA MACCHINA

VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI (VEDI DISEGNO A PAG. 10-4)

Controllare che i rubinetti a sfera montati sulle tubazioni di alimentazione vapore “POS. 67” e ritorno condensa “POS. 68” siano aperti. Inizialmente, con la macchina fredda, il vapore in arrivo si condenserà rapidamente; è, quindi, consigliabile attendere qualche minuto prima di iniziare la lavorazione, affinché tutta la condensa formata si possa scaricare.

a) Accendere l’interruttore generale previsto

sulla linea elettrica di alimentazione e l’interruttore generale della macchina “POS. 69”.

b) Aprire il rubinetto di alimentazione dell’aria compressa, scaricare l’eventuale condensa depositatasi nella tazza filtro aria agendo sul volantino “POS. 1”. Regolare la pressione dell’aria compressa a 6÷7 bar (85÷100psi).

c) Aprire le saracinesche di alimentazione vapore e ritorno condensa.

2. Con Legs trolley e Photocell spente, premendo nuovamente il pedale 29 si determina la partenza del ciclo di stiratura.

3. Con Photocell (vedi uso della funzione

Photocell) spenta e Legs trolley accesa: 3-a. Inserire la gamba destra nella pinza

destra e premere il pedale 29 per chiuderla.

3-b. Inserire la gamba sinistra nella pinza sinistra e premere il pedale 29 per chiuderla.

A questo punto si ha la partenza del ciclo di stiratura precedentemente selezionato nelle due diverse modalità determinate dalla funzione

La funzione Automatic Manual permette all'operatore di eseguire il ciclo in modo automatico oppure manuale.

Quando Automatic Manual è attivata (led acceso), il ciclo viene eseguito in modo automatico. Qualora l'operatore desideri eseguire un ciclo particolare, dovrà disattivare la funzione

Automatic Manual (led spento), portandosi in modalità manuale. In quest'ultimo caso, eseguire le operazioni preliminari di caricamento del pantalone (vedi par. "Operazioni preliminari"), successivamente:

− tenendo premuto il tasto /Steam si attiva la vaporizzazione

− premendo il tasto /Air si attiva la ventilazione, premendolo nuovamente la si arresta.

È, inoltre, possibile attivare simultaneamente i due tasti, ottenendo, in tal modo vapore misto ad aria. Per ritornare nella funzione ciclo automatico, dopo aver sganciato il pantalone, attivare

USO DELLA FUNZIONE IMMEDIATE DELAYED:

MODALITÀ PARTENZA CICLO DI STIRATURA

La funzione Immediate Delayed permette all'operatore di scegliere tra due diverse modalità di partenza del ciclo di stiratura.

Quando Immediate Delayed è accesa, il ciclo parte subito dopo la chiusura della pinza

sinistra. Quando Immediate Delayed è spenta, il ciclo parte al termine della discesa del carrello tendi gambe.

In entrambi i casi, alla partenza del ciclo di

stiratura, si accenderà il led del tasto Start della scheda.

USO DEL DISPOSITIVO TENSIONAMENTO PANTALONE

Dopo che il carrello ha portato in tensione il pantalone, e’ possibile in qualsiasi momento, premere il pedale 29 per effettuare un ulteriore tensionamento ad impulsi del pantalone. Indipendentemente dal tempo in cui rimane premuto il pedale, il carrello tendigambe si abbasserà ogni volta di circa 2 cm. Terminato il ciclo le pinze si apriranno automaticamente.

(OPTIONAL) USO DELLA FUNZIONE PHOTOCELL:

DISPOSITIVO FOTOCELLULA Se Photocell e’ accesa, quando il pedale 29 verrà nuovamente premuto dopo aver calzato il pantalone sul bacino, le due pinze si chiuderanno automaticamente terminata la discesa del carrello tendigambe.

USO DEL DISPOSITIVO PALE PINCES

(TASTO PLEAT PADDLES) Inserire il tasto Pleat paddle per permettere l’utilizzo del dispositivo pale. Posizionare la pala destra in corrispondenza della relativa pince, spingendola verso la pince (durante questa operazione è possibile sistemare la pince con la mano sinistra finché la pala arriverà a circa 2 cm. dalla chiusura). Quindi, a questo punto, la pala si bloccherà automaticamente. Eseguire la stessa operazione per fissare la pince sinistra. Con la discesa della seconda pala parte immediatamente il ciclo di stiratura se

Immediate Delayed e’ accesa; invece se

Immediate Delayed e’ spenta il ciclo di stiratura parte un secondo in ritardo. Terminato il ciclo le pinze e le pale si apriranno automaticamente dopo 2 secondi.

Dopo aver fissato il pantalone sul bacino e’ possibile effettuare in qualsiasi momento operazioni di vaporizzazione premendo il pedale

“POS. 34”. Oppure, inserendo il tasto Steam / Air+ Steam e premendo il pedale “POS. 34” si ottiene una miscela di vapore mista ad aria.

USO DEL TASTO ROSSO (SULLA PEDALIERA)

Se venisse commesso un errore durante le operazioni di caricamento del pantalone, e’ possibile annullare l’ultima operazione svolta premendo una sola volta il tasto rosso. Premendolo due volte vengono annullate tutte le operazioni effettuate in precedenza.

USO DEL TASTO ESC / STOP

Premendo una sola volta il tasto Esc/Stop, e’ possibile arrestare il ciclo di stiratura.

USO DEL TASTO CUFF / QUALITY

Con tasto inserito (led acceso), al termine del ciclo di stiratura, il carrello tendi gambe si abbassa automaticamente per un tempo di 2 secondi, al fine di poter togliere agevolmente i pantaloni appena stirati senza stropicciare le estremità.

USO DEL TASTO FLY PADDLE Escludendo questo tasto (led spento) viene esclusa la paletta fermabacino

USO DEL TASTO END MODE (VEDI DISEGNO A PAG. 10-3)

Con il tasto inserito (led acceso) le 2 pinze (e le 2 pale pinces), al termine del ciclo di stiratura, si manterranno chiuse. In tal modo, premendo il pedale “29”, il ciclo di stiratura ripartirà, oppure si potranno effettuare operazioni di vaporizzazione o

ventilazione premendo i tasti Steam o Air. Premere poi il tasto rosso Stop per riaprire pinze e pale

OPERAZIONI DI SGANCIO DEL PANTALONE

(VEDI DISEGNO A PAG. 10-3) Una volta conclusa la fase di stiratura vera e propria, per sganciare il pantalone dalla macchina, procedere come segue: 1. Afferrare le gambe del pantalone, tirarle verso

di se e successivamente premere il pedale 29: dopo circa due secondi risalirà il carrello tendi-gambe.

A questo punto la macchina e’ pronta per il caricamento di un nuovo paio di pantaloni.

USO DEL TASTO MENU COME MEMORIZZARE I PROGRAMMI DI STIRATURA (PROGRAMMA)

Premendo una sola volta il tasto Menu comparirà il messaggio "SELEZIONE" con il numero e il nome del programma da memorizzare. E' possibile memorizzare un numero massimo di 100 programmi: da "00 " a "99".

Con i tasti /Steam e /Air selezionare il numero. Premendo una seconda volta il tasto

MANUTENZIONE

Quanto segue è di vitale importanza per avere una macchina sempre in perfetta efficienza, che vi darà sempre il massimo rendimento, evitandovi dispendiosi fermi-macchina. La prima parte di questa rubrica è divisa in capitoli a seconda della maggiore o minore frequenza delle singole manutenzioni. N.B.: la frequenza da noi indicata (settimanale, mensile, ecc.) è indicativa e si riferisce ad una macchina che lavori in condizioni “normali”. Sarete poi Voi stessi a stabilire l’esatta cadenza delle operazioni di manutenzione, in funzione dei seguenti parametri: • Quantità di lavoro eseguito dalla macchina;

• Pulviscolo nell’aria; • Altre particolari condizioni. Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione vanno eseguite a macchina completamente spenta ed in particolare: a) L’interruttore generale previsto sulla linea

elettrica deve essere spento e la spina deve essere tolta dalla presa.

b) Devono essere chiusi i rubinetti a sfera d’alimentazione vapore “POS. 67” e ritorno condensa “POS. 68” (vedi pag. 10-4).

c) Deve essere chiuso il rubinetto dell’alimentazione aria compressa e deve essere scaricata l’aria rimasta nella macchina.

d) Bisogna lasciare raffreddare le parti calde della macchina (tubi interni, valvole, ecc.) al fine di non ustionarsi.

Solo seguendo tutte queste precauzioni ed altre dettate da particolari condizioni contingenti, è possibile eseguire le manutenzioni sulla macchina in assoluta sicurezza, ricordandosi che “la prudenza non è mai troppa”. Per rendere più evidenti i pericoli, abbiamo posto nei punti critici della macchina, dei simboli adesivi il cui significato viene spiegato dettagliatamente nella pagina rossa all'inizio di questo manuale (“Segnali di prescrizione, pericolo e indicazione”).

MANUTENZIONE SETTIMANALE (VEDI DISEGNO A PAG. 10-5)

Controllare il filtro dell’aria compressa, scaricare l’acqua depositatasi nella tazza filtro agendo sul relativo rubinetto di scarico “POS. 2”.

MANUTENZIONE SEMESTRALE/ANNUALE

a) Pulire il filtro posto sulla tubazione di ritorno

condensa che, se sporco, ne impedisce lo scarico e favorisce i risucchi d’acqua.

b) Pulire il condotto ventilazione aria e la batteria del vapore da eventuali ostruzioni (lanetta, sporcizie) che ostruiscono il flusso di aria durante la fase di ventilazione.

c) Controllare le varie giunzioni e rubinetti a sfera in quanto, in seguito al continuo riscaldamento e raffreddamento, si possono verificare delle perdite. In questo caso si consiglia di smontare le giunzioni i rubinetti a sfera e ripristinare la tenuta.

d) Controllare lo stato di conservazione di tutte le targhette della macchina (di pericolo o di istruzione). Qualora fossero deteriorate, è indispensabile procedere alla loro sostituzione.

(dati da confrontare con quelli della targhetta dell'articolo guasto) far seguire al codice di ordinazione la lettera corrispondente alla tensione desiderata, come da seguente tabella:

ACCANTONAMENTO O DEMOLIZIONE

In caso di accantonamento per lungo periodo, occorre scollegare le fonti di alimentazione idrauliche, elettriche, pneumatiche. a) Scaricare l’eventuale serbatoio separatore

condense. b) Pulire i vari tubetti da eventuali tamponi di

calcare. c) Richiudere tutti i rubinetti a sfera di

alimentazione vapore e di ritorno condensa. Rimontare tutte le pannellature di chiusura della macchina e rivestirla con un telo per proteggerla dall'umidità e dalla polvere.

In caso di demolizione agire nel seguente modo: a) Scaricare direttamente nella fognatura l’acqua

rimasta nel serbatoio recupero condense, assicurandosi che siano privi di impurità nocive.

b) Rimuovere tutta la componentistica, elettrica, idraulica e pneumatica, dai pannelli su cui è fissata.

c) Raccogliere plastica, bachelite, ghisa, ferro, rame, ottone, acciaio, stoffe, gomma ecc. negli appositi contenitori e smaltirli secondo le norme vigenti.

INSTALLATION

PACKING The machine is packed into a special export cartoon (INDUPACK) fixed on a fumigated pallet.

TRANSPORT

Upon receipt of the machine packed, you are kindly requested to immediately report to the forwarding agent any damage suffered by the packing during the transport. In case of damages to the machine as well, the insurance company of the forwarding agent will be held responsible only if these damages have been reported immediately. All the installation operations must be undertaken only by competent personnel equipped with the necessary protection. Do not use water jets against the machine for any reason and avoid sudden movement or violent blows. Do not carry the machine by hand, but only by forklift truck or tackle. It is advisable to move the machine complete with the packing to where it is to be installed and then unpack the machine.

UNPACKING OF THE MACHINE

Proceed as following: a) Remove the indupack by using proper tools. b) Remove the plastic protection. c) Verify that the machine has not suffered

damages during the transport. d) Take away from the pallet all the accessories

not fixed or bolted, as they can damage property, persons or animals when falling down.

e) Remove the bolts fixing the machine to the pallet

f) Sling the machine by means of two ropes

(verify that are suitable for the total weight of the machine), one at the rear and the other at the front side of machine; then lift it by means of forklift truck or tackle and place it where it must be installed, without moving it by hand.

g) When installation has been completed, carefully refit all the panels, protection devices and the accessories.

Various distances from the walls and other equipment must be observed during the installation of the machine in order to ensure smooth operation and good maintenance. The equipment does not require any fixing to the floor. It is recommended that the equipment should be installed dead level

STEAM AND CONDENSATION RETURN CONNECTION

(SEE DRAWING PAGE 10-4)

It is necessary to make a traditional connection, using a condensation gate valve, as illustrated in Drawing page 10-4. For this type of connection, take a 1/2" steel gas pipe from the top of the central steam conduit and fit it 100 cm from the machine. Fit a ball valve “POS. 67” to this pipe so as to isolate the machine from the plant. The connection between the ball valve and the machine steam input “POS. 4” can be made using a copper tube with an internal diameter of 14 mm. Remember that the machine operates with steam at a pressure of 4 - 6 bars (58 - 87 psi), and therefore, if the machine is connected to a steam generator working at a higher pressure, a pressure reducer has to be installed. Connect a 1/2" basin-type condensation, fitted with a filter (SPIRAX SARCO HM 007 or JUCKER SA8), to the condensation return junction drain “POS. 3”. A gate valve must be fitted after the drain to avoid back pressure. A ball valve must be fitted on the condensation return pipe “POS. 68” (1/2" gas pipe) to allow the isolation of the machine from the plant.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTION


Ensure that the mains voltage and phase correspond with the data given on the machine specification plate (see page 2-1). In case of 400V/3 and 440V/3 lay a three phase electrical cable with neutral and earth and connect it to the electrical clamps fitted to the machine (clamp the cable through the rubber holder “POS. 8”). The cable and the switch in case of other voltages must be sized in accordance with the schedule reported on the drawing. The electrical supply line must be fitted with an automatic differential heat safety cut-out switch 30 mA with a mechanical plug and socket block. The machine as per the rules in force must be connected to a good earth, or the guarantee will not be honoured. Before first testing the machine, check that none of the electrical connectors have worked loose during transport. After connection to the electricity supply, check the rotation direction of the motors (fan). If the direction is wrong, invert the connection of two of the three phases supply wires. Replace all the panels and protection devices when the electrical connections have been completed.

COMPRESSED AIR CONNECTION


The machine needs to be fed with clean compressed air, without condensation or oil, at a pressure of 7÷8 bar (101÷115 psi). Fit a rilsan or zinc-platted 1/4” gas pipe to within 1 meter of the machine. Assemble a three-way ball tap or a sliding tap on its end “POS. 25”. This three-way ball valve serves to feed the machine (position 1=ON=OK) or to turn off the supply (position 0=OFF=STOP) by discharging the air remaining in the machine through the silencer. This ensures that whenever any maintenance is required, there is the guarantee that there is no danger from compressed air (jets of air, etc…..)

simply by turning the air ball valve to the 0= OFF=STOP position (or letting the ring nut slip). Using a pipe in rilsan, ∅inside=6mm (≅0,47 inches) resistant up to a pressure of at least 20 bars (290 psi), connect the tap to the compressed air filter “POS. 2” of the machine. Adjust to 7 bar the pressure reduction gear "POS. 10".

USE OF THE MACHINE

PRELIMINARY CONTROLS (SEE DRAWING PAG. 10-4)

Check that the ball valves fitted on the steam pipe “POS. 67” and on the condensation return pipe “POS. 68” are open. At first, when the machine is cold, the steam will condense rapidly and it is therefore advisable to wait a few minutes before starting work so that the condensation can be drained off. If this is not done, condensation formed will emerge from the steam pipes, damaging the garments being processed.

START-UP OF THE MACHINE (SEE DRAWING PAGE 10-3)

a) Turn on the general electrical supply switch

and the main switch of the machine “POS. 69”.

b) Open the compressed air cock, release the condensate collected in the air filter cup by pushing the hand wheel POS 1. Adjust the compressed air pressure to 6÷7 bar (85÷100psi).

c) Open the mains water gate valve for steam feeding and condensate return.

The last complete ironing program will appear. To see the complete list of programs in the

/ Air key. Proceed as follows to finish a trouser once you have selected the desired program (automatic ironing cycle):

1. Position the trousers into the waist shape after having buttoned the first button of the front fly opening and holding enlarged the waist up to the complete extension, press the pedal 29 to fix the trouser.

2. With Legs trolley and Photocell off, pressing again the pedal 29 the finishing cycle will start

There are some cases, where the extension/ stretching is not necessary, for example the ironing of short pants or elastic pants.

The function Legs trolley allows to connect when it is on and exclude when it is off the legs sliding trolley and the clamps from the ironing process.

USING THE FUNCTION AUTOMATIC MANUAL:

AUTOMATIC CYCLE/ MANUAL CYCLE

The function Automatic Manual allows to the operator to perform the cycle in automatic or manual way.

When Automatic Manual is switched on (the led light on), the cycle starts in automatic way. In case the operator desires to perform a special

ironing cycle, the selected function Automatic Manual (led off), must be the manual one. In this case perform the preliminary operations of trousers charging (see paragraph "PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS"), subsequently:

− Pressing the key /Steam steaming cycle starts

− Pressing the key /Air ventilation cycle starts, while pressing it again it will stop.

Besides it is also possible to press the two keys at the same time to obtain air/steam mix. To return to the function “automatic cycle” , after having released the trousers, switch on

Automatic Manual (the led light on).

USING THE FUNCTION IMMEDIATE DELAYED:

START OF THE IRONING CYCLE

The function Immediate Delayed allows to the operator to chose among two different formality of starting of the ironing cycle.

When Immediate Delayed is switched on, the cycle starts immediately after the closing of the left clamp.

When Immediate Delayed is switched off, the cycle starts at the end of the down stroke of the sliding trolley.

In both cases, the Start led of the panel control will light on when starting of the cycle.

USING THE TROUSER STRETCHING DEVICE

After the trolley has brought in tension the trouser, it is possible, pressing the pedal 29, to have a further impulsing stretching of the trouser. Independently from the time the pedal is pressed, the legs sliding trolley will lower every time of about 2 cm. At the end of the cycle the clamps will automatically open.

If Photocell is on, when pedal 29 will be pressed again, after having positioned the trousers into the waist shape, the two clamps will close automatically at the end of the descent of the legs sliding trolley.

USING THE PLEATS PADDLES DEVICE

(PLEAT PADDLES KEY)

Switch on the Pleat paddle key allowing the use of the paddles device. Move the right "pleat paddle" in correspondence of the relative pleat, pushing it toward the pleat (during this operation it is possible to set the pleat with the left hand till the paddle will be at about 2 cm. from closing). Now the paddle will automatically lock. Made the same operation to fix the left pleat. By closing of the second paddle the finishing cycle

starts immediately if Immediate Delayed is

on; on the contrary if Immediate Delayed is off the finishing cycle starts a second later. At the end of the cycle the clamps and the paddles will automatically open after 2 seconds.

USING THE STEAMING PEDAL AND MANUAL VENTILATION

After having positioned the trouser on the waist shape, it is possible to made steaming operations by pressing pedal “POS. 34”. However, by switching on the

Steam/Air+steam key and pressing the pedal “POS. 34” a steam and air mixture will be obtained.

If trouser setting operations are carried out in a wrong way, it is possible to cancel the last operation made by pressing one only time the red push button. By pressing it twice all operations made will be cancelled.

By pressing one only time the Esc/Stop key, it is possible to stop the finishing cycle.

USING THE CUFF/QUALITY KEY

With this key inserted (led on), at the end of the finishing cycle, the trouser bending trolley automatically lowers for a time of 2 seconds, with the purpose to easily remove the trousers just stretched without rubbing the extremities.

USING THE FLY PADDLE KEY Excluding this key (led off) the topper locking paddle is escluded.

USING THE END MODE KEY (SEE DRAWING PAGE 10-3)

With the key inserted (led on), the 2 clamps (and the 2 pinces paddles), at the end of the finishing cycle, will keep closed. In this way, pressing the pedal “29”, the finishing cycle will start again, or ventilation or steaming operation can be made

pressing Steam or Air keys. Then press Stop red key to open again clamps and paddles

TROUSERS' RELEASE OPERATIONS


Once completed the ironing phase, to release the trousers, proceed as follows:

1. Hold the legs and pull them toward you and subsequently press pedal 29: after about two seconds the leg sliding trolley will go up again.

At this point the machine is ready to start a new finishing cycle.

USING THE MENU KEY HOW TO MEMORISE IRONING PROGRAMS (PROGRAM)

By pressing the Menu key once the message "SELECTION" will appear with the number and the name of the program to be memorised. It is possible to memorise up to 100 programs from "00" to 99".

With the /Steam and /Air keys select a number. By pressing a second time the

appear, press Enter/Start key to enter in-side the finishing program for changing the times.

A screen will appear on the display where the following data can be stored:

a) The first two numbers on the left indicate the number of the program that you want to store

b) Following there are eight free digits used for giving a name to the ironing program. Push

the Enter/Start key and the cursor will move to the first of the eight digits. From here you can choose a letter or number by moving

either the /Steam or the /Air key. Confirm the digit chosen by pushing

Enter/Start. Automatically the cursor will move to the second digit. Repeat the same steps to complete the name of the program.

c) The last four digits on the right will show the number of ironing cycles completed using this program, which can be set to zero (to set them to zero read the section "How to set the program cycle to zero").

d) When you have finished selecting the eight

digits press the Enter/Start key. The cursor will move to the first of the four adjustable ironing times. Proceed with the setting of the four times.

MAINTENANCE

The following instructions are of prime importance in keeping the machine perfectly efficient, ensureing its maximum performance, and avoiding expensive down time. The first part of this section is divided into chapters according to periodic maintenance schedules.

N.B.: The frequency indicated (weekly, monthly, etc.) is indicative and refers to a machine that operates under ‘normal’ conditions.

The individual customer has to decide on the exact frequency of the maintenance work on the basis of the following guide lines: • the amount of work done by the machine; • the hardness of the water, which causes a

greater or lesser scaling of the boiler heating element;

• the amount of dust in the air; • other local working conditions. All the maintenance operations must be undertaken with the machine completely switched off, and in particular: a) The general electrical power switch must be

off and the plug removed from the socket; b) The two gate valves “POS. 67” fitted to the

steam line and the condensation return “POS. 68” (see page 10-4) must be closed.

c) The compressed air ball valve must be closed and all the compressed air in the machine must be discharged.

d) The hot parts of the machine must be left to cool (internal pipes, valves, etc.) in order to avoid burns.

Only by observing all these precautions, and the particular conditions relating to the individual maintenance jobs, is it possible to carry out maintenance work on the machine with complete safety. Remember ‘you can never by too careful’! In order to make potential dangers more evident, adhesive symbols have been applied to critical parts of the machine: the meaning of these symbols is explained in detail in the red section at the beginning of this manual (Prescription, danger and indication signals).

N.B. In any case, the maintenance work must be undertaken only by competent personnel who can take personal responsibility for their own safety and that of other persons, animals and property. The law, and in particular the latest EU Directives, severely punish the owner of a machine who allows maintenance work to be carried out by non-qualified personnel

c) Check the various gaskets and gate valves as continuous heating and cooling can cause leaks. Should there be leaks, remove the gaskets and gate valves and replace with new to prevent further leaks.

SIX MONTHLY / YEARLY MAINTENANCE

a) Clean the filter fitted on the condensation

return pipe that, if dirty, stops drainage and allows the siphoning back of water.

b) Clean the air pipe and the steam battery from any impediment (dirty) that stops the air flow during the ventilation phase.

d) Check the condition of all the labels and plates on the machine (warnings and instructions). If they are in poor condition, replace them.

BREAKDOWNS

PROBLEMS WITH THE STEAM CIRCUIT

1. Losses of water at the beginning of the steaming operation.

condensate return valves. Carefully refit all the panels of the machine and cover it with a cloth to shelter from the humidity and dust. In case of demolition of the machine, proceed as follows: a) Drain the condensate tank directly into the

sewerage system after having made sure that no harmful impurities are inside the water.

b) Remove all the electric, pneumatic and hydraulics components from the panels where they are fixed.

c) Collect into proper container the following parts: plastic, bakelite, cast iron, iron, copper, brass, steel, fabrics, rubber etc. and take them away according to the rules in force.

INSTALLATION

EMBALLAGE La machine est emballée dans un carton export spécial (INDUPACK) fixé sur une palette fumiguée.

TRANSPORT

À la livraison de la machine emballée, nous Vous prions de notifier immédiatement par écrit au transporteur les dommages éventuels subis par l’emballage pendant le transport. Dans le cas que ces dommages aient intéressé la machine, en effet, l’assurance du courrier répondra seulement si les dommages présumés ont été signalés immédiatement. Toutes les opérations d’installation doivent être exécutées par du personnel qualifié, muni des protections nécessaires (gants, protections contre les accidents, etc.). N’utiliser pas de jets d’eau contre la machine pour aucune raison, et éviter les mouvements soudains ou les chocs violents. La machine ne doit être jamais transportée à bras, mais avec l’aide de chariots élévateurs et palans mécaniques. Transporter la machine encore complètement emballée jusqu’à l’endroit le plus proche au point d’installation et procéder au déballage.

DEBALLAGE DE LA MACHINE

Procéder de la manière suivante: a) Enlever l’indupack en utilisant des outils

mécaniques appropriés. b) Enlever la couverture en polyéthylène (PE) qui

enveloppe la machine. c) Vérifier que la machine n’a subi aucun

dommage pendant le transport. d) Enlever du fond tous les accessoires qui ne

sont pas fixés ou boulonnés sur la palette, puisque quand la machine est déplacée, ils peuvent tomber et endommager les choses, les personnes ou les animaux.

e) Enlever les boulons qui fixent les pieds de la

machine sur le fond. f) Elinguer la machine avec deux cordes

(vérifier qu’elles sont appropriées pour le poids total de la machine, qui peut être relevé de la plaquette données techniques), l’une du côté postérieur et l’autre du côté antérieur de la machine; enfin, à l’aide d’un chariot élévateur ou d’un palan mécanique, soulever la machine et la positionner dans l’endroit destiné à l’installation sans plus la déplacer à bras.

g) À la fin de l’installation, remonter soigneusement les panneaux et les protections de la machine ainsi comme les accessoires fournis.

Il faut observer quelques mesures de distance des parois et des autres machines, afin d’assurer des opérations plus fluides et un entretien parfait. La machine ne nécessite d’aucun ancrage au sol. Nous Vous recommandons de la poser sur une surface parfaitement plane.

BRANCHEMENT VAPEUR ET RETOUR CONDENSAT

(VOIR DESSINS A LA PAGE 10-4)

Il faut effectuer un branchement traditionnel, c’est à dire avec une décharge du condensat à chaudière centrale, comme illustré dans le dessin à la page 10-4. Pour ce dernier type de branchement, dériver de la partie haute du conduit central vapeur un tuyau en fer de 1/2" GAS et le poser jusqu’à 100 cm de la machine. À l’extrémité de ce tuyau, monter un robinet à sphère “POS. 67”, pour avoir la possibilité d’exclure la machine du reste de l’installation, si nécessaire. Le branchement du robinet à sphère au raccord entrée vapeur “POS. 4” peut être effectué avec un tuyau en cuivre au diamètre interne de 14 mm. Nous Vous rappelons que la machine fonctionne avec de la vapeur à la pression de 4-6 bars (58- 87 psi) et pourtant, si la machine est branchée à un générateur de vapeur qui fonctionne à une pression plus élevée, il faut installer un réducteur de pression. Brancher au raccord retour condensat “POS. 3” une soupape décharge condensat de 1/2" GAS, à “seau inversé” avec filtre (SPIRAX SARCO HM 007 ou JUCKER SA8).

FRANCAIS CHAPITRE 5 FRANCAIS En aval de la décharge il faut monter une soupape de retenue à clapet, afin d’éviter des contre-pressions sur la soupape de décharge. Il est indispensable de monter un robinet à sphère “POS. 68” sur les conduits de retour condensat (tuyau de 1/2" GAS) pour avoir la possibilité d’exclure la machine du reste de l’installation, si nécessaire.

BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE

(VOIR DESSINS A LA PAGE 10-6)

S’assurer que la tension et la fréquence de ligne correspondent à celles indiquées sur la plaquette données techniques de la machine (voir page 2-1). Pour les voltages de 400V/3 et 440V/3, disposer une ligne électrique triphasée avec neutre et mise à terre et la brancher aux bornes entrée courant (bloquer le câble dans le chaumard “POS. 8”). Pour les autres valeurs de voltage et pour le dimensionnement de la ligne et de l’interrupteur, voir le schéma illustré dans le dessin. La ligne de courant devra être équipée avec un interrupteur automatique magnétothermique différentiel de 30 mA, avec prise et fiche de prise à interbloc mécanique. Il est obligatoire, sous peine de déchéance de la garantie, de brancher la machine à une bonne mise à terre selon les normes en vigueur. Contrôler, avant de l’essai initial, que les bornes de tous les composants électriques ne sont pas desserrés après le transport. Après la connexion, vérifier le sens de rotation des moteurs (ventilateurs) et, dans le cas où il soit incorrect, invertir deux des trois phases d’entrée. Remonter tous les panneaux et les protections de la machine.

BRANCHEMENT AIR COMPRIME

(VOIR DESSIN A LA PAGE 10-5)

La machine doit être alimentée avec de l’air comprimé propre, sans condensat ni huiles, ayant une pression de 7÷8 bars (101÷115 psi). Disposer un tuyau en fer zingué ou Rilsan de 1/4” GAS jusqu’à 1 mètre de la machine.

À son extrémité, monter un robinet à sphère à 3 voies ou à chariot “POS. 25”. Ce robinet à 3 voies permet d’alimenter la machine (position 1=ON=OK), ou de la désactiver (position 0=OFF=STOP) en déchargeant l’air qui reste dans la machine par le silencieux. De cette manière, dans le cas où il faut exécuter n’importe quelle opération d’entretien sur la machine, Vous aurez la garantie qu’il n’y a plus aucun danger de nature pneumatique (jets d’air, mouvements de pistons, etc.) lors que le robinet est tourné en position 0=OFF=STOP (ou si la frette a été glissée). Au moyen d’un tuyau en Rilsan au ∅ interne = 6 mm (≅ 0,47 pouces), résistant au moins à 20 bars (290 psi) de pression, brancher le robinet à l’éventuel filtre air comprimé “POS. 2” de la machine. Régler le réducteur de pression "POS. 10" à 7 bars.

USAGE DE LA MACHINE

VERIFICATIONS PRELIMINAIRES

(VOIR DESSIN A LA PAGE 10-4) Contrôler que les robinets à sphère montés sur les conduits d’alimentation vapeur “POS. 67” et retour condensat “POS. 68” sont ouverts. Au début, quand la machine est froide, la vapeur qui arrive se condensera rapidement; nous Vous recommandons pourtant d’attendre quelques minutes avant de commencer les opérations, de façon que tout le condensat puisse être déchargé. Si Vous manquez d’observer cette norme, le condensat abondant qui se forme sortira des conduits de vaporisation et endommagera le vêtement.

DEMARRAGE MACHINE (VOIR DESSINS A LA PAGE 10-3)

a) Allumer l’interrupteur général prévu sur la

ligne électrique d’alimentation et l’interrupteur général de la machine “POS. 69”.

b) Ouvrir le robinet d’alimentation de l’air comprimée, décharger l’éventuel condensat dans le godet filtre air en agissant sur le volant “POS. 1”. Régler la pression de l’air comprimée à 6÷7 bar (85÷100psi).

c) Ouvrir les vannes d’alimentation vapeur et retour condensat.

poussoir /Air. Quand le programme de repassage nécessaire a été sélectionné, charger le pantalon procédant de la manière suivante (cycle de repassage automatique):

1. Après avoir boutonné le premier bouton de l’ouverture antérieure enfiler le bassin du pantalon sur la forme spéciale et en tenant dilaté le bassin jusqu'à la complète détente presser la pédale 29 pour fixer le pantalon.

2. Avec Legs trolley et Photocell désactivées, en pressant de nouveau la pédale 29 se détermine le départ du cycle de repassage.

3. Avec Photocell (voir USAGE DE LA

Legs trolley activée: 3-a. Insérer la jambe droite dans la pince

droite et presser la pédale 29 pour la fermer.

Dans quelques cas, par exemple si on nécessite de repasser des pantalons courts ou élastiques, il faut exclure le chariot fermeture jambes du cycle.

Automatic Manual (led éteint), ainsi en se portant, en modalité manuelle. Dans ce dernier cas, exécuter les opérations préliminaires de chargement du pantalon (voir paragraphe "OPERATIONS PRELIMINAIRES"), par la suite:

− En pressant la touche /Steam on active la vaporisation,

− En pressant la touche /Air on active la ventilation, en la pressant de nouveau, la ventilation s’arrête.

Il est, en outre, possible activer les deux touches simultanément, en obtenant, de telle manière vapeur mixte avec air. Pour retourner dans la fonction cycle automatique, après avoir décroché le pantalon, activer

Automatic Manual (led allumé).

USAGE DE LA FONCTION IMMEDIATE DELAYED:

MODALITÉ DÉMARRAGE CYCLE DE REPASSAGE

La fonction Immediate Delayed permet à l'opérateur de choisir entre deux différentes modalités de démarrage du cycle de repassage.

Quand Immediate Delayed est allumée, le cycle se met en marche tout de suite après la fermeture de la deuxième des deux lames

intérieures. Quand Immediate Delayed est éteinte, le cycle se met en marche à la fin de la descente du chariot fermeture-jambes. Dans les deux cas, au départ du cycle de

repassage, il s'allumera le led de la touche Start de la carte.

USAGE DU DISPOSITIF FERMETURE PANTALON

Après que le chariot a porté en tension le pantalon, il est possible à n'importe quel moment, presser la pédale 29 pour effectuer un ultérieur fermeture à poussées du pantalon. Indépendamment du temps la pédale reste pressé, le chariot fermeture-jambes baisse chaque fois d'environ 2 cm.

Le cycle terminé, les pinces s'ouvrent automatiquement.

(OPTIONAL) USAGE DE LA FONCTION PHOTOCELL:

DISPOSITIF PHOTOCELLULE Si Photocell est allumée, quand la pédale 29 sera pressé de nouveau après avoir positionné le pantalon sur le bassin, les deux pinces se fermeront automatiquement une fois terminée la descente du chariot jambes

USAGE DU DISPOSITIF PALETTES PINCES

(POUSSOIR PLEAT PADDLES) Insérer la touche Pleat paddle pour permettre l’emploi du dispositif palettes. Positionner la palette droite en correspondance de la pince relative, en la poussant vers la pince (pendant cette opération il est possible de ranger la pince avec la main gauche jusqu'à ce que la palette arrivera à environ 2 cm. de la fermeture). Maintenant la palette se bloquera automatiquement. Effectuer la même opération pour fixer la pince gauche. Avec la descente de la deuxième palette le cycle se mettre en marche immédiatement si

Immediate Delayed est allumée; par contre

si Immediate Delayed est éteinte le cycle de repassage partira un seconde en retard. Le cycle terminé, les palettes et les pinces s'ouvrent automatiquement après 2 secondes.

USAGE DU PEDALE DE VAPORISATION ET

VENTILATION MANUELLE (34)ET DU POUSSOIR

STEAM /AIR+STEAM (VOIR DESSINS A LA PAGE 10-3)

Après avoir fixé le pantalon sur le bassin, il est possible à n'importe quel moment, effectuer opérations de vaporisation en pressant la pédale “POS. 34”.

USAGE DU POUSSOIR ROUGE (SUR LE GROUPE PEDALES)

Si les opérations de charge du pantalon sont faites en manière fausse il est possible annuler la dernière opération faite, pressant une seule fois le poussoir rouge. En le pressant deux fois toutes les opérations précédemment effectuées sont annulées.

USAGE DU POUSSOIR ESC/STOP

En pressant une seule fois la touche Esc/Stop, il est possible fermer le cycle de repassage.

USAGE DU POUSSOIR CUFF / QUALITY

Avec la touche insérée (led allumé), à la fin du cycle de repassage, le chariot tension-pantalon se baisse automatiquement pour un temps de 2 secondes, afin de pouvoir facilement enlever les pantalons repassés sans frotter les extrémités.

USAGE DU POUSSOIR FLY PADDLE

En excluant cette touche (led éteint) on exclu la palette blocage bassin

USAGE DU POUSSOIR END MODE

Maintenant la machine est prête pour le chargement d'une nouvelle paire de pantalons.

USAGE DU POUSSOIR MENU COMMENT MEMORISER LES PROGRAMMES DE REPASSAGE (PROGRAMME) En appuyant une seule fois sur le poussoir

Menu il paraîtra le message “SÉLECTION” avec le numéro et le nom du programme à mémoriser. Il est possible de mémoriser un nombre maximum de 100 programmes: ”00“ à ”99“. Avec les

touches /Steam et /Air sélectionner le numéro. En pressant une deuxième fois le

poussoir Menu le message "PROGRAMME"

paraît, en pressant la touche Enter/Start on pourra accéder à l'intérieur du programme de repassage pour changer les temps. Sur l’affichage il paraîtra une page-écran où l’on peut mémoriser les données suivantes: a) Les deux premiers numéros à la gauche

indiquent le numéro de programme que l’on désire mémoriser.

b) Il y a enfin huit caractères libres, qui sont utiles pour attribuer le nom désiré au programme de repassage. Quand l’on appuie une première fois sur le poussoir

Enter/Start le curseur mobil se position-nera sur le premier des huit caractères. A ce point-la, il est possible de choisir la lettre ou le numéro désiré en agissant sur le poussoir

/Steam ou sur le poussoir /Air.

Pour confirmer le caractère choisi, presser

Enter/Start..Le curseur se déplacera automatiquement dans l’espace du deuxième caractère à choisir: répéter les mêmes opérations pour compléter le choix du nom.

c) Les quatre derniers numéros à la droite indiqueront le numéro de cycles de repassage effectués avec ce programme là, qui pourront être remis à zéro (pour la mise à zéro, voir le paragraphe “Comment mettre à zéro les cycles d’un programme”).

d) Quand le choix du huitième caractère est complet, appuyer sur le poussoir

Enter/Start..Le curseur se positionnera sur le premier des quatre temps de repassage réglables. Procéder pourtant à régler les quatre temps:

♦ Temps de vaporisation (indiqué par la lettre “V”)

♦ Temps de vaporisation mélangée avec air (indiqué par les lettres “VA”).

♦ Temps de pause (indiqué par la lettre “P“) ♦ Temps de séchage (indiqué par la lettre

“A”).

Pour régler les quatre temps, d’un minimum de 0 secondes à un maximum de 99 secondes, il faut positionner le curseur mobil sur le temps qui

intéresse, appuyer sur le poussoir /Steam our incrémenter le temps ou sur le poussoir

/Air pour le diminuer.

Presser en tout cas le poussoir Enter/Start pour confirmer le temps choisi et pour passer au réglage du temps successif. Quand le réglage du quatrième temps a été

complété, presser le poussoir Enter/Start qui montrera sur l’affichage pour quelques secondes le message “PROGRAMME MEMORISE”. COMMENT EFFACER UN PROGRAMME DE LA MEMOIRE (EFFACER)

Appuyer sur le poussoir Menu jusqu’à quand il paraît le message “EFFACER” avec le numéro et le nom du programme. Appuyer sur le poussoir

/Steam ou sur le poussoir /Air pour rechercher le numéro et le nom du programme à effacer. Quand le programme désiré a été visualisé,

appuyer sur le poussoir Enter/Start: il paraîtra pour quelques secondes le message “PROGRAMME EFFACE”.

Appuyer sur le poussoir Esc/Stop pour sortir de la programmation.

COMMENT METTRE A ZERO LES CYCLES D’UN PROGRAMME (METTRE A ZERO LES CYCLES)

Appuyer sur le poussoir Menu jusqu’à quand il paraît le message “METTRE A ZERO LES CYCLES” avec le numéro et le nom du pro-

gramme. Appuyer sur le poussoir /Steam

ou le poussoir /Air pour rechercher le numéro et le nom du programme dans lequel Vous voulez mettre à zéro le numéro des cycles de travail effectués. Quand le programme désiré a été visualisé,

appuyer sur le poussoir Enter/Start il paraîtra pour quelques secondes le message “CONTE- CYCLES MIS A ZERO”.

Appuyer sur le poussoir Esc/Stop pour sortir de la programmation. Les autres réglages de la carte électronique peuvent être effectués seulement par des techniciens réparateurs qualifiés par le producteur (paragraphe “personnalisation de la carte électronique: menu technique”).

OPERATIONSA EFFECTUER A LA FIN DU TRAVAIL (VOIR DESSINS AUX PAGES 10-4)

a) Éteindre la fonction Legs trolley de manière que le chariot descende complètement en bas.

b) Fermer les deux vannes placées sur les conduits d’alimentation vapeur “POS. 67” et retour condensat “POS. 68”.

c) Débrancher l’interrupteur général de la machine “POS. 69”, et enfin l’interrupteur général prévu sur la ligne d’alimentation.

ENTRETIEN

Les renseignements suivants sont d’importance vitale pour avoir une machine toujours parfaitement efficiente, qui Vous donnera le maximum de performance et Vous évitera des arrêts de production très dispendieux. La première partie de cette section est divisée en chapitres, selon une fréquence majeure ou mineure de chaque opération d’entretien. N.B.: La fréquence que nous avons indiquée (par semaine, mensuel, etc.) est indicative et elle concerne une machine qui travaille en conditions “normales”. Vous pouvez établir vous-mêmes la cadence exacte des opérations d’entretien, en fonction des paramètres suivants: • Quantité du travail exécuté par la machine; • Dureté de l’eau, qui cause des dépôts

calcaires plus ou moins grands sur les éléments chauffants de la chaudière;

• Poudres dans l’air; • Autres conditions particulières. Toutes opérations d’entretien doivent être exécutées en s’assurant que la machine est complètement arrêtée, et en particulier:

électrique doit être éteint et la fiche doit être débranchée de la prise.

b) Les robinets à sphère d’alimentation vapeur “POS. 67” et retour condensat “POS. 68” (voir à la page 10-4) doivent être serrés.

c) Le robinet de l’alimentation air comprimé doit être serré et l’air qui reste dans la machine doit être déchargé.

d) Il faut laisser refroidir les parties chaudes de la machine (tuyaux internes, soupapes, etc.) afin de ne pas se brûler.

Seulement si Vous observez toutes ces précautions, et les autres suggérées par des conditions contingentes particulières, on peut exécuter les opérations d’entretien sur la machine dans une sécurité absolue, et en se rappelant que “on n’est jamais trop prudent”. Pour mieux mettre en évidence ces dangers, nous avons placé des étiquettes autocollantes sur les points critiques de la machine, dont la signification est expliquée en détail à la page rouge au début de ce manuel (“Signaux de prescription, danger et indication”). N.B.: En tout cas, les entretiens doivent être effectués exclusivement par du personnel compétent, qui répond personnellement de sa propre intégrité et de celle des autres personnes/animaux/choses éventuellement intéressées. La loi, et notamment les dernières directives de la CEE, punit sévèrement le propriétaire de la machine s’il fait exécuter des entretiens par du personnel non compétent.

ENTRETIEN PAR SEMAINE (VOIR DESSINS A LA PAGE 10-5)

Contrôler le filtre air comprimé et décharger l’eau déposée dans le godet filtre en agissant sur le robinet de décharge relatif “POS. 2”.

ENTRETIEN SEMESTRIEL/ANNUEL

a) Nettoyer le filtre situé sur les conduits de

retour condensat, qui, si sale, en empêche la décharge et facilite les remous d’eau.

b) Nettoyer le conduit de ventilation air et la batterie de la vapeur des incrustations éventuelles (lainage, saleté) qui empêchent le flux d’air pendant la phase de ventilation.

c) Contrôler toutes les jonctions et les robinets à sphère, du moment que, ensuite au chauffage et au refroidissement continu, on peut avoir des pertes. Dans ce cas là, on conseille de démonter les jonctions et les robinets à sphère et de rétablir l’étanchéité.

d) Contrôler l’état de conservation de toutes les plaquettes de la machine (danger ou instruction). Dans le cas où elles sont détériorées, il est indispensable de les remplacer.

décharge à la fin du conduit, entre le tuyau d’alimentation vapeur et le retour condensat;

d) Eliminer les siphonnages de manière à créer une pente vers la décharge.

PANNES AU VENTILATEUR 1. Le ventilateur ne fonctionne

pas. 1. Causes:

a) Le moteur du ventilateur est brûlé;

b) La bobine du télérupteur est brûlée;

1. Remèdes: a) Remplacer le moteur du

ventilateur; b) Remplacer la bobine du

télérupteur;

PANNES AU CIRCUIT DE VAPORISATION 1. Pertes d’eau pendant la

vaporisation au début du repassage.

1. Dans le réservoir séparateur de condensat il y a un excès de condensat à cause de la machine qui est encore froide.

1. Atteindre quelques minutes avant de commencer à travailler permettant ainsi à la machine d’atteindre la température de régime.

2. Pertes d’eau pendant la

vaporisation après quelques heures de fonctionnement de la machine.

2. Dans le réservoir séparateur il y a un excès de condensat que le purgeur ne peut pas éliminer.

2. Vérifier le fonctionnement du purgeur de condensat et éventuellement le remplacer.

STOCKAGE OU DEMOLITION

Dans le cas de stockage pour une période prolongée, il faut débrancher les sources d’alimentation hydrauliques, électriques, pneumatiques. a) Décharger l’éventuel réservoir séparateur du

condensat. b) Nettoyer les petits tuyaux des éventuels

tampons calcaires. c) Resserrer tous les robinets à sphère

d’alimentation vapeur et de retour condensat. Remonter tous les panneaux de fermeture de la machine et l’envelopper dans une toile pour la protéger de l’humidité et de la poudre. Dans le cas de démolition, agir de la manière suivante: a) Décharger directement dans les égouts

l’eau restée dans le réservoir de récupération du condensat, en s’assurant qu’elle est privée d’impuretés nocives.

b) Enlever tous les composants électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques des panneaux où ils sont fixés.

c) Ramasser plastique, bakélite, fonte, fer, cuivre, laiton, acier, étoffes, caoutchouc dans les réservoir appropriés et les traiter selon les normes en vigueur.

INSTALLATION

VERPACKUNG Die Maschine wird in einem Sonderexportkarton (INDUPACK) verpackt und auf einer (mit Fumigation) behandelten Holzpalette befestigt.

TRANSPORT

Gleich beim Erhalt der verpackten Maschine sind sofort alle an der Verpackung auffälligen Beschädigungen, die möglicherweise während des Transports geschehen sind, dem Transportunternehmen schriftlich mitzuteilen. Werden dann auch an der Maschine Schäden festgestellt, vergütet diese die Versicherung des Transportunternehmers, sofern vorher Meldung erstattet wurde. Alle Installationsarbeiten müssen von fachkundigen Personen durchgeführt werden, die mit entsprechendem Schutz ausgerüstet sind (Handschuhe, Unfallschutzmaßnahmen u.s.w.). Die Maschine darf mit Wasser, egal aus welchem Grund, nicht in Berührung kommen, ruckartige Bewegungen und Schläge sind zu vermeiden Die Maschine darf per Hand nicht transportiert werden, dazu sind Hubkarren oder mechanische Flaschenzüge zu verwenden. Die Maschine vollständig verpackt in die unmittelbare Nähe des Ortes bringen, wo sie installiert werden sollte, erst dann auspacken.

AUSPACKEN DER MASCHINE

Wie folgt vorgehen: a) Die Indupack-Verpackung beseitigen, indem

man sich mit den entsprechenden mechanischen Mitteln ausrüstet.

b) Die Polyäthylenumhüllung (PE), mit der die Maschine eingewickelt ist, entfernen.

c) Sicherstellen, daß die Maschine während des Transports nicht beschädigt wurde.

d) Von der Basis alle nicht befestigten oder

angeschraubten Zubehöre entfernen, da diese, beim Abheben der Maschine von der Palette fallen könnten, wobei Gegenstände beschädigt, Personen oder Tiere verletzt werden könnten.

e) Die Schrauben, mit welchen die Füsschen der Maschine auf der Basis befestigt sind, entfernen.

f) Die Maschine mit zwei Seilen umschlingen (sich vorher vergewissern, daß sie dem Gesamtgewicht der Maschine, welches auf dem Schild mit den technischen Daten steht, standhalten). Eine Schlinge um den hinteren, die andere um den vordere Teil der Maschine legen, dann mit Hilfe eines Hubkarrens oder eines mechanischen Flaschenzuges die Maschine hochheben und an den Ort stellen an dem sie installiert werden sollte, ohne daß sie noch per Hand bewegt werden muß.

g) Nach Beendigung der Installation, sorgfältig die Verkleidungen und Schutzvorrichtungen der Maschine anmontieren, ebenso die mitgelieferten Zubehöre,

Es müssen gewisse Abstände von der Mauer und anderen Maschinen berücksichtigt werden, so daß ein reibungsloser Arbeitsvorgang gewährleistet ist und die perfekte Wartung. Die Maschine muß nicht verankert werden. Wichtig ist, daß die Maschine exakt eben positioniert ist.

DAMPFANSCHLUSS UND KONDENSRÜCKLAUF

(SIEHE ZEICHNUNG AUF SEITE. 10-4)

Es ist ein herkömmlicher Anschluss notwendig, das heißt mit Kondensatablaß, wie auf der Zeichnung von Seite 10-4 gezeigt. Für diesen letztgenannten Anschluß einen Eisenschlauch mit 1/2" GAS vom oberen Teil der zentralen Dampfleitung ableiten, bis zu 100 cm von der Maschine. Am Ende dieses Schlauchs einen Kugelhahn montieren "POS. 67", so daß die Maschine von der Anlage ausgeschlossen werden kann. Die Verbindung des Kugelhans an den Anschluß für den Dampfeingang "POS.4" kann mit einem Kupferschlauch geschehen, bei internem Durchmesser von 14 mm.

DEUTSCH KAPITEL 6 DEUTSCH Wir möchten sie daran erinnern, daß die Maschine mit Druckdampf von 4 – 6 bar (58 – 87 psi) funktioniert. Wird diese an einen Generator mit höherer Druckleistung angeschlossen, ist ein Druckreduzierer zu installieren. Am der Verbindungsteil des Kondensrücklaufs "POS. 3" einen Kondensablauf zu 1/2" GAS mit umgekehrtem Eimer mit Filter anschließen (SPIRAX SARCO HM 007 oder JUCKER SA8). Unterhalb am Ablauf muß ein Rückschlagventil mit Klappe montiert werden, um den Gegendruck beim Ablauf zu vermeiden. Unbedingt muß ein Kugelhahn am Schlauch für den Kondensrücklauf "POS. 68" (Schlauch zu 1/2" GAS) montiert werden, um die Maschine von der Anlage ausschließen zu können.

ELEKTRISCHER ANSCHLUSS

(SIEHE ZEICHNUNG AUF SEITE 10-6)

Sich vergewissern, daß die Spannung und die Linienfrequenz mit den Daten übereinstimmen, die am technischen Hinweisschild der Maschine angegeben sind (siehe Seite 2-1). Für Spannungen von 400V/3 und 440V/3, eine elektrische Dreifasenlinie mit Nulleiter und Erdung vorbereiten und diese an den Klemmen des Stromeingangs anschließen (das Kabel in der Kabelschelle "POS.8" befestigen). Für die anderen Spannungswerte und die Bemaßung der Linie und des Schalters sich an die Angaben der Tabelle in der Zeichnung halten. Die Stromlinie ist mit einem automatischen, magnetometrischen Differenzialschalter zu versehen, zu 30 mA, mit mechanisch verblockter Steckdose und Stecker. Es ist Pflicht die Maschine, entsprechend den bestehenden Vorschriften zu erden, im gegenteiligen Fall erlischt die Garantie aufgehoben. Vor Beginn der Abnahme ist zu kontrollieren, ob sich während des Transports nicht eventuell die Klemmen der elektrischen Bestandteile gelockert haben. Nach dem Anschluß die Drehrichtung der Motoren (Ventilatoren) kontrollieren und bei falscher Drehung zwei von den drei Eingangsfasen umschalten. Alle Abdeckungen und Schutzvorrichtungen der Maschine wiedermontieren.

DRUCKLUFTANSCHLUSS

(SIEHE ZEICHNUNG AUF SEITE. 10-5)

Die Maschine muß mit reiner Druckluft versorgt werden, ohne Kondenswasser und ohne Öl, und der Druck muß 7÷8 bar (101÷ 115 psi) betragen. Einen verzinkten Eisenschlauch vorbereiten oder RILSAN zu 1/4 GAS bis 1 Meter von der Maschine. An seinem Ende einen Dreiweg- oder Schlitten-Kugelhahn anbringen, "POS. 25". Dieser Dreiweghahn erlaubt die Versorgung (1 = ON=OK) oder das Ausschalten (0=OFF=STOP) der Maschine, indem die, in der Maschine verbliebene Luft, durch den Geräuschdämpfer abgeführt wird. Dreht man den Hahn in Position 0=OFF=STOP (oder lässt man die Nutmutter gleiten), besteht die Gewissheit, daß im Falle einer erforderlichen Wartung keine Gefahr pneumatischer Art (Luftstoß, Bewegung der Kolben u.s.w.) zu befürchten ist. Mittels eines RILSAN Schlauches mit internem Durchmesser von 6 mm (=~0,47 Inches) und einem Druckwiderstand von mindestens 20 bar (290 psi), den Hahn an den eventuell vorhandenen Druckluftfilter, "POS. 2", der Maschine anschließen. Den Druckregler “POS.10” auf 7 bar einstellen.

EINLEITENDE KONTROLLEN (SIEHE ABBILDUNG AUF SEITE 10-4)

Kontrollieren, daß die, auf den Dampfzufuhrschläuchen montierten Kugelhähne, "POS. 67", und dem Dampfrücklauf, "POS. 68", offen sind. Zu Anfang, bei kalter Maschine, kondensiert der ausströmende Dampf rasch ab. Es ist ratsam einige Minuten zu warten, bevor mit der Arbeit begonnen wird, und bis das gesamte gebildete Kondenswasser abgelassen werden kann. Hält man sich nicht an diese Vorschrift, würde das im Überschuss, aus den Schläuchen ausströmende Kondenswasser, das Kleidungsstück beschädigen.

Bei Einschaltung des Maschinenhauptschalters wird das Display der Mikroprozessorkarte beleuchtet, indem der letzte vollkommene durchgeführte Bügelprozeß gezeigt wird.

Um die Liste der gespeicherten Programme zunehmend laufen zu lassen, die Taste

/Steam drücken, für abnehmende Ordnung

die Taste /Air drücken. Nachdem das benötigte Bügelprogramm ausgewählt worden ist, die Hose wie folgt anziehen (automatischer Bügelzyklus):

1. Den ersten Knopf des Hosenschlitzens zuknöpfen, dann den Hosenbund auf die dazu gemeinte Form anziehen und, indem den Hosenbund bis zur kompletten Ausdehnung gespannt gehalten wird, auf das Pedal 29 treten, um die Hose zu blockieren.

2. Bei ausgeschalteten Legs trolley und

Photocell, auf Pedal 29 wieder treten, um den Bügelzyklus zu beginnen.

3. Bei ausgeschalteter Photocell (siehe

Gebrauch der Funktion Photocell) und

eingeschalteter Legs trolley:

3-a. Das rechte Hosenbein in die rechte Klammer einführen und auf das Pedal 29 treten, um die Klammer zu schliessen.

3-b. Das linke Hosenbein in die linke Klammer einführen und auf das Pedal 29 treten, um die Klammer zu schliessen.

Jetzt beginnt der im voraus gewählte Bügelprozess in einer der zwei verschiedenen

von der Funktion Immediate Delayed bestimmten Weise (siehe "Gebrauch der Funktion

Immediate Delayed...").

GEBRAUCH DER FUNKTION GEBRAUCH DER FUNKTION LEGS TROLLEY:

HOSENBEINSCHLITTEN Manchmal braucht man den Hosenbeinschlitten aus dem Zyklus auszuschalten, z.B. beim Bügeln von kurzer Hose oder Hose aus dehnbarem Material.

Wenn die Funktion Legs trolley betätigt wird, erlaubt sie die Betätigung des Hosenbeinschlittens und dessen Außen – und Innen-klammern im Bügelzyklus; wenn die Funktion ausgeschaltet ist, betätigt die Ausschaltung des Hosenbeinschlittens und dessen Außen – und Innenklammern vom Bügelprozeß.

GEBRAUCH DER FUNKTION AUTOMATIC MANUAL :

AUTOMATISCHER ZYKLUS / MANUELLER ZYKLUS

Durch die Funktion Automatic Manual kann die Ausführung des Zyklus manuell oder automatisch erfolgen.

Wenn Automatic Manual eingeschaltet ist (LED angeschaltet), wird der Zyklus automatisch durchgeführt. Wenn der Bediener einen Sonderzyklus ausführen will, braucht er die Funktion

Automatic Manual (LED aus) auszuschalten und so erreicht er die manuelle Arbeitsart. Bei manueller Arbeitsart sind zuerst die einleitenden Vorgänge für das Anziehen der Hose durchzuführen (siehe Abschnitt “Einleitende Vorgänge“) und dann :

− beim Drücken der Taste /Steam betätigt man die Dämpfung

− beim Drücken der Taste /Air beginnt man die Lüftungsphase, beim wieder Drücken bringt man sie zum Stehen.

Außerdem kann man beide Tasten gleichzeitig betätigen, indem man einen mit Luft gemischten Dampfaustritt bekommt. Zum automatischen Zyklus kehrt man nach Entladung der Hose durch Betätigung der

Funktion Automatic Manual (Led angeschaltet) zurück.

GEBRAUCH DER FUNKTION IMMEDIATE DELAYED:

ART DES BÜGELZYKLUSSTARTS

Die Funktion Immediate Delayed gibt dem Bediener die Möglichkeit, zwischen zwei verschiedenen Bügelzyklusstarts zu wählen.

Wenn Immediate Delayed eingeschaltet ist, beginnt der Zyklus sofort nach der Schließung der

linken Klammer. Wenn Immediate Delayed ausgeschaltet ist, beginnt der Zyklus am Ende des Abstieges des Hosenbeinschlittens. In beiden Fällen wird am Anfang des Bügelzyklus

das LED der Taste Start der Mikroprozessorskarte beleuchtet.

GEBRAUCH DER HOSEN-SPANNUNGSVORRICHTUNG

Nachdem der Schlitten die Hose gespannt hat, hat der Bediener jederzeit die Möglichkeit, durch wiederholtes Treten auf das Pedal 29 eine weitere aussetzende Ausdehnung der Hose durchzuführen. Unabhängig davon, wie lange das Pedal gedrückt bleibt, wird der Hosenbeinschlitten bei jedem Pedaltreten 2 cm niedriger absteigen. Am Ende des Zyklus werden sich Klammern automatisch öffnen.

GEBRAUCH DER (OPTIONALEN) FUNKTION

PHOTOCELL: VORRICHTUNG PHOTOZELLE

Wenn Photocell angeschaltet ist und nach Anziehen der Hose auf der Bundform, wenn der Bediener auf Pedal 29 wieder tritt, werden sich die zwei Klammern automatisch am Ende des Hosenbeinschlittenabstiegs schliessen.

GEBRAUCH DER GEBRAUCH DER HOSENBUNDFALTEN-

PATSCHEVORICHTUNG (TASTE PLEAT PADDLES)

Um die Patschenvorrichtung zu verwenden, die Taste PLEAT PADDLE einschalten. Die rechte Patsche in Beziehung der entsprechenden Hosenbundfalte einfahren, indem man die Patsche nach der Falte drückt : während dieses Vorgangs kann man die Bundfalte mit der linken Hand in Ordnung bringen, bis die Patsche 2 cm Entfernung von der Schliessungsposition erreicht. DANACH WIRD DIE PATSCHE AUTOMATISCH BLOCKIERT. Selber Vorgang, um die linke Hosenbundfalte zu blockieren. Mit Abstieg der zweiten Patsche beginnt der

Bügelzyklus sofort, wenn Immediate Delayed angeschaltet ist; dagegen, bei

ausgeschalteter Immediate Delayed wird der Bügelzyklus eine Sekunde später anfangen. Klammern und Patschen werden sich automatisch 2 Sekunden nach Ende des Zyklus öffnen.

GEBRAUCH DES DÄMPFUNGS- UND MANUELLE LÜFTUNGS-PEDALS (34) UND DER TASTE

DAMPF/LUFT DAMPF (SIEHE ZEICHNUNG AUF SEITE 10-3)

Nachdem die Hose auf der Bundform fixiert ist, kann man jederzeit dämpfen (durch Treten auf Pedal “POS. 34“). Dazu kann man eine Dampf/ Luftmischung herstellen, indem man die DAMPF/LUFT+ DAMPF Taste einschaltet und durch Treten auf Pedal “POS. 34“ .

GEBRAUCH DER ROTEN TASTE (AUF PEDALFUßLEISTE)

Sollte man einen Fehler beim Anziehen der Hose tun, ist es möglich, den letzten durchgeführten Schritt zu annullieren, indem man auf die rote Taste einmal drückt.

Wenn die Taste zweimal gedrückt wird, werden alle im voraus durchgeführten Schritte annulliert.

GEBRAUCH DER TASTE ESC/STOP

Der Bügelzyklus kann zum Stehen gebracht

werden, indem man auf die Taste Esc/Stop nur einmal drückt.

GEBRAUCH DER TASTE CUFF/QUALITY

Am Ende des Bügelzyklus wird bei eingeschalteter Taste ( Led an) der Hosen-beinspannungsschlitten für 2 Sek. automatisch gesenkt, um die gebügelten Hose störungsfrei abnehmen zu können, und so daß die Hosensäume die Bügelqualität behalten können.

GEBRAUCH DER TASTE FLY PADDLE

Bei Ausschaltung dieser Taste ( Led aus) wird die Hosenbundfixierungspatsche ausgeschaltet.

GEBRAUCH DER TASTE END MODE

(SIEHE ZEICHNUNG AUF SEITE 10-3)

Bei Einschaltung dieser Taste (Led angeschaltet) bleiben die zwei Klammern (und die zwei Hosenbundfaltenpatschen) am Ende des Zyklus geschlossen. Danach kann man durch Treten auf dem Pedal “29” den Bügelzyklus wiederholen; sonst kann man Dämpfungs- oder Lüftungsvorgänge

durchführen, indem die Tasten /Steam oder

/Air gedrückt werden. Um Klammern und Patschen zu öffnen, die rote

Taste Stop drücken.

VORGÄNGE, UM DIE HOSE VORGÄNGE, UM DIE HOSE ABZUHÄNGEN

(SIEHE ZEICHNUNG AUF SEITE 10-3) Wenn der Bügelprozeß beendet ist, wie folgt fortfahren, um die Hose von der Maschine abzuhängen: 1. Die Hosenbeine nehmen und nach sich

ziehen und danach auf Pedal 29 treten: in ca. 2 Sekunden wird der Hosenbeinschlitten hinaufsteigen.

Jetzt ist die Maschine für das Anziehen einer neuen Hose fertig.

GEBRAUCH DER TASTE MENU WIE DIE BÜGELPROGRAMME ZU SPEICHERN SIND

Einmal die Taste Menu drücken, um die Nachricht “AUSWAHL” mit der Nummer und dem Namen des zu speichernden Programms sichtbar zu machen. Es können maximal 100 Programme gespeichert werden: von "00" bis "99".

Mit den Tasten /Steam und /Air die

Nummer wählen. Die Taste Menu wiederdrücken und die Mitteilung „PROGRAMM“ sichtbar wird: beim Drücken der Taste

Enter/Start kann man die Zeiten des Bügelprogramms ändern. Auf dem Display erscheint ein Raum, auf dem die nachstehenden Daten gespeichert werden können: a) Die ersten zwei Nummern links, weisen auf

die Programmnummer hin, die gespeichert werden soll.

b) Es folgen acht freie Stellen für die Benennung des jeweiligen Bügelprogramms. Mit

Enter/Start positioniert sich der bewegliche Cursor auf die erste der acht freien Stellen. Nun mit den Tasten

/Steam oder /Air den ersten Buchstaben, oder die erste Zahl auswählen.

Mit Enter/Start bestätigen. Der Cursor wird sich automatisch auf der zweiten freien Stelle setzen.

Gleich fortfahren, bis daß das gewünschte Wort oder Zahlenfolge vollständig ist.

c) Die letzten vier Nummern rechts zeigen die Anzahl der Bügelprozesse an, die mit diesem Programm durchgeführt worden sind. Diese können gelöscht werden (sehen Sie Abschnitt "Annullierung der Vorgänge eines Programms)

d) Ist die Wahl der acht Buchstaben oder

Zahlen beendet, die Taste Enter/ Start drücken. Der Cursor positioniert sich nun auf die erste der vier einstellbaren Bügelzeiten. Jetzt die vier einstellbaren Zeiten einstellen:

• Dampfzyklus (mit dem Buchstabe "D" angegeben).

• Dampfdauer mit Luft gemischt (mit dem Buchstabe "DL" angegeben).

• Pausezeit (mit dem Buchstabe "P" angegeben).

• Trockenphase (mit dem Buchstabe "L" angegeben).

Um die vier Zeiten einzustellen - von Minimum 0 bis zu Maximum von 99 Sekunden - ist der bewegliche Cursor auf der gewünschte Zeit zu

positionieren, dann die Taste /Steam drücken um zu erhöhen und die Taste /Air, um zu verringern.

Zur Bestätigung immer Enter/Start drücken und um auf die nachfolgende Zeit zu springen. Ist die Einstellung der vierten Zeit vollendet, die

Taste Enter/Start drücken. Hier erscheint am Display, für einige Sekunden, die Nachricht "PROGRAMM GESPEICHERT".

WIE EIN GESPEICHERTES PROGRAMM ZU LÖSCHEN IST

Die Taste Menu drücken, bis die Nachricht "LÖSCHEN” mit Nummer und Namen des Programms erscheint.

Die Taste /Steam oder die Taste /Air drücken, um die Nummer und den Namen des zu löschenden Programms zu suchen. Das gewünschte Programm erscheinen lassen,

und die Taste Enter/Start drücken: für wenige Sekunden erscheint die Nachricht “PROGRAMM GELÖSCHT”.

Die Taste Esc/Stop drücken, um aus der Programmierung auszusteigen.

WIE DIE ZYKLEN EINES PROGRAMMS WIE DIE ZYKLEN EINES PROGRAMMS ZURÜCKZUSETZEN SIND (ZYKLEN ANNULLIERUNG)

Die Taste Menu drücken, bis die Nachricht “ZYKLUS ANNULLIERUNG" mit der Nummer und dem Namen des Programms erscheint.

Die Taste /Steam oder die Taste /Air drücken, um die Nummer und den Namen des Programms zu suchen, in dem man die Anzahl der durchgeführten Arbeitszyklen annullieren möchte. Hat man das gewünschte Programm

gefunden, die Taste Enter/Start drücken: für einige Sekunden erscheint die Nachricht “ZYKLUSZÄHLER ANNULLIERT”.

Die Taste Esc/Stop drücken um aus der Programmierung auszusteigen. Weitere Standsetzung der elektronischen Mikroprozessorkarte ist nur Technikern vorbehalten, die vom Hersteller qualifiziert sind (Absatz "persönliche Gestaltung der elektronischen Mikroprozessorkarte: technisches Menü").

DURCHZUFÜHRENDE ARBEIT NACH BEENDIGUNG

DES GEBRAUCHS (SIEHE ZEICHNUNG AUF SEITE. 10-4)

a) Die Funktion Legs trolley ausschalten, um den Hosenbeinschlitten komplett nach unten herabsteigen zu lassen.

b) Die beiden, an den Versorgungsschläuchen für Dampf, "POS. 67, und den Kondensrücklauf, "POS, 68", angebrachten Schieber schließen.

c) Der Maschinenhauptschalter “POS. 69” ausschalten und zuletzt den Hauptschalter der elektrischen Zuleitung.

DEUTSCH KAPITEL 6 DEUTSCH Hier sieht man die Gesamtanzahl der Zyklen die von der Maschine, im Laufe ihres Arbeitslebens durchgeführt wurden. Die Taste Esc/Stop drücken, um aus der Programmierung herauszukommen

WARTUNG

Nachfolgendes ist von fundamentaler Wichtigkeit für eine immer perfekt funktionierende Maschine mit maximaler Leistungsfähigkeit und der Vermeidung von kostspieligem Arbeitsausfall. Der erste Teil dieses Verzeichnisses ist nach Kapiteln aufgeteilt; für oft vorzunehmende Wartungen und solche, die weniger oft durchzuführen sind. ZU BEACHTEN: Die von uns angegebene Häufigkeit (wöchentlich, monatlich u.s.w.) ist hinweisend und bezieht sich auf eine Maschine die unter "normalen" Bedingungen arbeitet. Es liegt an ihnen, anhand der nachstehenden Richtlinien festzulegen, in welchen Abständen die Wartungsarbeiten durchzuführen sind: • Menge der Arbeiten die von der Maschine zu

bewältigen sind; • Wasserhärte: hauptsächliche Ursache von

größeren oder kleineren Kalk-Ablagerungen auf den Heizelementen;

• Staub in der Luft; • andere besondere Umstände. Alle Wartungsarbeiten müssen bei vollkommen abgeschalteter Maschine durchgeführt werden. Zu beachten: a) Der Hauptschalter der elektrischen

Zuleitung muß ausgeschaltet sein und der Stecker aus der Steckdose gezogen.

b) Bei Maschinen ohne Kessel, müssen die Kugelhähne der Dampfzufuhr, "POS. 67", und dem Kondensrücklauf, "POS. 68" (siehe Seite 10-4), geschlossen sein.

c) Geschlossen muß der Hahn für die Versorgung von Druckluft sein, und die noch vorhandene Luft in der Maschine muß abgelassen werden

d) Noch heiße Teile der Maschine abkühlen lassen (interne Schläuche, Ventile, eventueller Kessel, u.s.w.) um Verbrennungen vorzubeugen.

Nur unter Berücksichtigung aller dieser Vorkehrungen, ist die Intervention an der Maschine unter absoluter Sicherheit

gewährleistet. Sich immer daran erinnern, daß "Vorsicht nie zuviel sein kann".

Um Gefahren deutlicher erkennen zu können, haben wir Symbole aufgeklebt, deren Bedeutung ausführlich auf der roten Seite, am Anfang dieses Handbuchs, erklärt ist ("Verbots-, Gebots- und Warnzeichen”). ZU BEACHTEN: Unter allen Umständen dürfen Wartungsarbeiten ausschließlich nur von fachkundigem Personal durchgeführt werden, welche für die eigene Sicherheit, als auch die Sicherheit anderer Personen, Gegenstände oder Tiere verantwortlich sind, die mit der Maschine in Berührung kommen könnten. Das Gesetz, und insbesondere die neuesten EU- Richtlinien, strafen jene Maschinenbesitzer, welche die Wartung von nicht kompetenten Personen durchführen lassen.

WÖCHENTLICHE WARTUNG (SIEHE ZEICHNUNG AUF SEITE 10-2)

Den Filter der Druckluft prüfen und das Wasser, das sich in der Filtertasse gebildet hat, ausleeren, indem der dafür bestimmte Hahn “POS. 2” aufgedreht wird.

a) Den Filter reinigen, der am Schlauch des

Kondensrücklaufs montiert ist, der den Ausfluß verstopft wenn er verschmutzt ist und den Wassersog fördert.

b) Den Leitkanal für die Luftventilation und die Dampfbatterie von eventuellen Verstopfungen (Wollfasern, Schmutz) reinigen, welche die Luftströmung, während der Ventilation, behindern könnten.

c) Die verschiedenen Schlauchverbindungen und Kugelhähne kontrollieren, bei denen, aufgrund der dauernden Erwärmung und Abkühlung undichte Stellen auftreten könnten. In diesem Fall empfiehlt es sich, die Verbindungen und. Kugelhähne abzumontieren und den Halt wieder herzustellen.

d) Den Zustand aller Hinweisschilder der Maschine kontrollieren (Gefahrenhinweiseund Anleitungen). Sofern diese beschädigt sind, müssen sie ersetzt werden.

d) die Siphone beseitigen, so daß sich eine Neigung zum Auslauf hin ergibt.

BEISEITELEGUNG ODER VERSCHROTTUNG

Im Falle einer Beiseitelegung für eine lange Periode, müssen die hydraulischen, elektrischen und pneumatischen Versorgungsquellen abgeschlossen werden. b) Den eventuell vorhandenen

Kondensatbehälter entleeren. c) Die verschiedenen Schläuche von

Kalktampons befreien. d) Alle Kugelhähne für die Wasserversorgung

und den Kondensrücklauf schließen. Alle Abdeckplatten der Maschine wieder montieren und diese mit einem Tuch umhüllen, zum Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit und Staub. Bei Verschrottung wie folgt handeln: a) Direkt in den Abguß zu den Abwassern das

verbliebene Wasser des Kessels leeren. Aus den eventuell vorhandenen Behälter die aufgefangene Kondens entnehmen ebenso wie aus dem Wassertank das Wasser und kontrollieren, daß sie frei von Schadstoffen sind, bevor sie weggeleert werden.

b) Die gesamten elektrischen, hydraulischen und pneumatischen Bestandteile von den Schalttafeln beseitigen.

c) Plastik, Bakelit, Gußeisen, Gummi, Stoffe, Kupfer, Messing, Stahl u.s.w. zusammennehmen, in den entsprechenden Behältern, nach den gültigen Vorschriften, entsorgen

INSTALACION

EMBALAJE La máquina esté embalada en un carton especial (INDUPACK) fijado sobre un palet fumigado.

TRANSPORTE

Inmediatamente luego de la recepción de la máquina embalada, notificar por escrito al transportador, eventuales daños sufridos por el embalaje durante el transporte. En efecto, cuando tales daños hayan interesado también la máquina, el agente de seguros del transportador responderá solo si estos presuntos daños fueron señalados inmediatamente. Todas las operaciones de instalación deben ser efectuadas por personal calificado, equipado con las protecciones necesarias (guantes, protecciones anti-accidentes, etc.) Por ningún motivo usar chorros de agua contra la máquina y evitar movimientos bruscos o choques violentos. La máquina no debe ser transportada por brazos humanos, en caso contrario con el auxilio de carros elevadores o aparejos mecánicos. Transportar la máquina completa con el embalaje en el lugar más cercano al punto de instalación y proceder a su desembalaje.

DESEMBALAJE Y UBICACIÓN DE LA MÁQUINA

Proceder de la siguiente manera: a) Quitar l’indupack equipándose con las

herramientas correspondientes. b) Quitar la cubierta en polietileno (PE) que

envuelve la máquina. c) Verificar que la máquina no haya sufrido

daños durante el transporte. d) Quitar del fondo todos los accesorios que no

están fijados o abulonados sobre el bancal y

que, desplazando la máquina del bancal, pueden caer dañando cosas, personas o animales.

e) Quitar los bulones que fijan los pies de la máquina sobre el fondo.

f) Embragar la máquina con dos correas (verificar que sean adecuadas al peso total de la máquina legible en el cartel de los datos técnicos), una en la parte posterior, la otra en la parte anterior de la máquina; entonces, con el auxilio de un carro elevador o un aparejo mecánico, levantar la máquina y ubicarla en el lugar destinado a la instalación sin moverla con fuerza humana.

g) Al final de la instalación, volver a montar con cuidado los paneles y las protecciones de la máquina junto con los accesorios en dotación.

Deben observarse algunas medidas de distancia desde las paredes y desde las otras máquinas, con la finalidad de garantizar un trabajo más fácil y un mantenimiento perfecto. La máquina no necesita ningún tipo de anclaje al suelo. Se recomienda ubicarla perfectamente en plano.

CONEXIÓN VAPOR Y RETORNO DE CONDENSADO

(VER LOS DIBUJOS EN LA PÁG. 10-4)

Es necesario efectuar una conexión tradicional, es decir con descargador de condensados, como se ilustra en el dibujo de la pág. 10-4. Para este último tipo de conexión, derivar de la parte alta del conducto central de vapor, un tubo de hierro de 1/2" GAS y hacerlo llegar a 100 cm de la máquina. En la extremidad de este tubo, montar una llave de bola “POS. 67”, para poder excluir la máquina de la instalación. La conexión de la llave de bola a la unión de entrada del vapor “POS. 4” se puede hacer con un tubo de cobre con un diámetro interno de 14 mm. Les recordamos que la máquina funciona con vapor a la presión de 4–6 bar (58 – 87 psi) por lo tanto, si la máquina se conecta a un generador de vapor que funciona a una presión más elevada, es necesario instalar un reductor de presión. Conectar a la unión de retorno de los condensa-dos “POS. 3”, un purgador de condensados de ½” GAS con un balde volcado con filtro (SPIRAX SARCO HM 007 o JUCKER SA8).

ESPAÑOL CAPÍTULO 7 ESPAÑOL Después del purgador se debe montar una válvula de retención con clappé para evitar contrapresiones al purgador. Es indispensable montar una llave de bola en la cañería de retorno de condensados “POS. 68”, (tubo de ½” GAS) para permitir la exclusión de la máquina de la instalación.

CONEXION ELECTRICA

(VER EL DIBUJO EN LA PÁG. 10-6)

Asegurarse que la tensión y la frecuencia de línea correspondan a aquellas señaladas en la placa de los datos técnicos de la máquina (ver la pág. 2-1). Para voltajes 400V/3 y 440V/3, predisponer una línea eléctrica trifásica con neutro y tierra y conectarla a los bornes de ingreso de la corriente (bloquear el cable en el prensacable “POS. 8”). Para los otros valores de voltaje y para el dimensionamiento de la línea y del interruptor, ver la tabla indicada en el dibujo. La línea de corriente deberá estar equipada con un interruptor automático magnetotérmico diferencial de 30 mA, con toma y enchufe con interbloqueo mecánico. Es obligatorio, bajo pena de decadencia de la garantía, conectar la máquina a una buena puesta a tierra según las normas vigentes. Controlar antes de la prueba inicial, que los bornes de todos los componentes eléctricos no se hayan aflojados durante el transporte. Luego de la conexión, verificar el sentido de rotación de los motores (ventiladores) y, cuando fuera errado, invertir entre sí dos de las tres fases en ingreso. Volver a montar todos los paneles y las protecciones de la máquina.

CONEXIÓN AL AIRE COMPRIMIDO


La máquina debe ser alimentada con aire comprimido limpio, sin condensaciones ni aceites, y con una presión de 7÷8 bar (101÷115 psi). Predisponer un tubo en hierro galvanizado o rilsan de 1/4” GAS hasta 1 metro de la máquina.

En su extremidad montar una llave de bola con 3 vías o con corredera “POS. 25”. Esta llave con 3 vías permite alimentar la máquina (posición 1=ON=OK) o desactivarla (posición 0=OFF=STOP), descargando el aire que ha permanecido en la máquina a través del silenciador. De esta manera, cuando fuera necesario efectuar cualquier mantenimiento a la máquina, se tiene la garantía, girando el grifo en posición 0=OFF=STOP (o haciendo deslizar la virola), que no exista ningún peligro de naturaleza neumática (chorros de aire, movimientos de pistones, etc.). Mediante un tubo in rilsan ∅interno=6mm (≅0,23 pulgadas) resistente a por lo menos 20 bar (290 psi) de presión, conectar el grifo al filtro del aire comprimido “POS. 2” de la máquina Regular el reductor de presión "POS. 10" a 7 bar.

EMPLEO DE LA MÁQUINA

VERIFICACIONES PRELIMINARES


Controlar que las llaves de bola montadas sobre los tubos de alimentación vapor “POS. 67” y regreso de la condensación “POS. 68”, estén abiertos. Al principio, con la máquina fría, el vapor en llegada se condensará rápidamente; por lo tanto, se aconseja esperar algunos minutos antes de comenzar la elaboración, para que toda la condensación formada se pueda descargar. Si no se atienen a esta norma, la condensación abundante que se forma saldría de las cañerías de vaporización, dañando la prenda.

ENCENDIDO DE LA MÁQUINA (VER LOS DIBUJOS EN LA PÁG. 10-3)

a) Encender el interruptor general previsto en la línea eléctrica de alimentación y el interruptor general de la máquina “POS. 69”.

b) Abrir la llave de la alimentación de aire comprimido, descargar la eventual agua de condensación depositada en la taza filtro aire actuando sobre la octavilla “POS. 1”. Ajustar la presión de l’aire comprimido a 6÷7 bar (85÷100psi).

c) Abrir las válvulas de alimentación vapor y retorno de condensado.

Encendiendo el interruptor general de la máquina, se iluminará el display de la tarjeta con visualizado el último programa de planchado completamente desarrollado.

Para hacer correr la lista de los programas memorizados en sentido creciente, presionar la

tecla /Steam, en sentido decreciente presionar

la tecla /Air.

Una vez seleccionado el programa de planchado necesario, cargar el pantalón procediendo como sigue (ciclo de planchado automático): 1. Después de haber abrochado el primero

botón de la abertura del pantalón, calzar la caja del pantalón sobre la adecuada forma y teniendo dilatado la caja hasta la completa distención, presionar el pedal 29 para fijar del pantalón.

2. Con Legs trolley y Photocell apagadas, presionando de nuevo el pedal 29 se determina el arranque del ciclo de planchado.

3. Con Photocell (ver EMPLEO DE LA

FUNCIÓN Photocell) apagada y Legs trolley encendido:

3-a. Introducir la pernera derecha en la pinza derecha y presionar el pedal 29 para cerrarla.

3-b. Introducir la pernera izquierda en la pinza izquierda y presionar el pedal 29 para cerrarla.

EMPLEO DE LA FUNCIÓN LEGS TROLLEY: CARRO TENSOR

PERNERAS

En algunos casos, por ejemplo cuando se desee planchar pantalones cortos o elásticos, hace falta excluir el carro tensor perneras del ciclo.

La función Legs trolley permite de incluir, si activada y excluir, si desactivada el carro tensor perneras y las relativas pinzas externas (y interiores) del proceso de planchado.

EMPLEO DE LA FUNCIÓN EMPLEO DE LA FUNCIÓN AUTOMATIC MANUAL:

CICLO AUTOMÁTICO / CICLO MANUAL

La función Automatic Manual permite al operador de ejecutar el ciclo de manera

automática o bien manual. Cuando Automatic Manual es activada (led encendido), el ciclo es ejecutado de manera automática. En caso de que el operador desea ejecutar un ciclo particular, tiene que desactivar la función

Automatic Manual (led apagado), llevándose, así haciendo, en modalidad manual. En este último caso, ejecutar las operaciones preliminares de carga del pantalón (ver párrafo "Operaciones preliminares"), sucesivamente:

− Presionando la tecla /Steam se activa la vaporización.

− Presionando la tecla / Air se activa la ventilación, presionándolo de nuevo la ventilación se para.

Es, además, posible activar simultáneamente las dos teclas, consiguiendo, en tal manera vapor mixto a aire. Para volver en la función ciclo automático, después de haber desenganchado el pantalón,

activar Automatic Manual (led encendido)

EMPLEO DE LA FUNCIÓN IMMEDIATE DELAYED:

MODALIDAD INICIO CICLO DE PLANCHADO

La función Immediate Delayed permite al operador de elegir entre dos modalidades diferentes de inicio del ciclo de planchado.

Cuando Immediate Delayed es activada, el ciclo parte inmediatamente después del cierre de

la pinza izquierda. Cuando Immediate Delayed es desactivada, el ciclo parte al final de la bajada del carro tensor perneras. En ambos casos, al inicio del ciclo de planchado,

se encenderá el led de la tecla Start de la tarjeta.

EMPLEO DEL DISPOSITIVO TENSIÓN PANTALÓN

Después de que el carro ha llevado en tensión el pantalón, es posible en cualquier momento, presionar el pedal 29 para efectuar un ulterior tensión a impulsos del pantalón. Independientemente del tiempo en que queda presionado el pedal, el carro tensor perneras bajará cada vez acerca de 2 cm. Al final del ciclo las pinces se abren automáticamente

(OPTIONAL) EMPLEO DE LA FUNCIÓN PHOTOCELL:

DISPOSITIVO FOTOCÉLULA

Si Photocell es encendido cuando el pedal 29 será presionado de nuevo después de haber calzado el pantalón sobre la presa, las dos pinzas se cerrarán automáticamente acabada la bajada del carro tensor perneras.

EMPLEO DEL DISPOSITIVO PALAS PINCES

(TECLA PLEAT PADDLES)

Encender la tecla Pleat paddle para permitir el empleo del dispositivo palas. Posicionar la pala derecha en correspondencia de la relativa pinza, empujándola hacia la pinza se blocará automáticamente (durante esta operación es posible ajustar la pinza con la mano izquierda) hasta que la pala apretará perfectamente la pinza. Ejecutar la misma operación para fijar la pinza izquierda. Con la bajada de la segunda pala parte inmediatamente el ciclo de planchado si

Immediate Delayed es encendida; al

contrario si Immediate Delayed es apagada el ciclo de planchado parte después un según. Al final del ciclo las pinces y las palas se abren automáticamente después de 2 segundos.

PEDALES) Si las operaciones de carga del pantalón son ejecutadas equivocadamente es posible anular la última operación realizada presionando una sola vez el pulsador rojo. Presionándolo dos veces son anuladas todas las operaciones efectuadas en precedencia.

EMPLEO DE LA TECLA ESC/STOP

Presionando una sola vez el pulsador

Esc/Stop, es posible interrumpir el ciclo de planchado.

EMPLEO DE LA TECLA CUFF / QUALITY

Con tecla activada (led encendido), al final del ciclo de planchado, el carro tensor perneras se baja automáticamente por un tiempo de 2 segundos, para poder sacar cómodamente los pantalones apenas planchados sin arrugar las extremidades.

EMPLEO DE LA TECLA FLY PADDLE

Con tecla activada (led encendido), las 2 pinzas y las 2 palas pinces, al final del ciclo de planchado, se mantendrán cerradas. De esta manera, apretando el pedal "29", el ciclo de planchado repartirá, o bien se podrán efectuar operaciones de pulverización o ventilación apretando las teclas

Steam o Air. Presionar luego la tecla roja Stop para reabrir pinzas y palas.

OPERACIONES DE DESENGANCHE DEL PANTALÓN


Una vez concluida la fase de planchado real, para desenganchar el pantalón de la máquina, proceder como sigue: 1. Empuñar las perneras del pantalón y tirarlas

hacia sí mismo y sucesivamente presionar el pedal 29: después de dos segundos remontará el carro tensor perneras.

A este punto la máquina está lista para la carga de un nuevo pantalon.

EMPLEO DE LA TECLA MENU

COMO MEMORIZAR LOS PROGRAMAS DE PLANCHADO (PROGRAMA)

Presionando una sola vez la tecla Menu aparecerá el mensaje “SELECCIÓN” con el número y el nombre del programa a memorizar. Es posible memorizar un número máximo de 100 programas de ”00“ a ”99“. Con las teclas

/Steam y /Air seleccionar el número.

tecla /Steam o sobre la tecla /Air. Confirmar el carácter elegido presionando

Enter/Start. Automáticamente el cursor se correrá en el espacio del segundo carácter a elegir: repetir las mismas operaciones para completar la elección del nombre.

c) Los últimos cuatro números a la derecha, indicarán el número de ciclos de planchado cumplidos con este programa, que podrán ser acerados (para su aceramiento leer el párrafo “Cómo acerar los ciclos de un programa”).

DISPOSICIÓN DIP-SWITCH Los interruptores (dip switch) en la tarjeta electrónica interna (cpu), deben ser regulados como en los dibujos de más abajo:

MENÚ TÉCNICO Para acceder al menú técnico es necesario: a) Apagar el interruptor general de la máquina

“POS. 69” (ver la pág. 13-2). b) Manteniendo contemporáneamente

presionadas las teclas Esc/Stop y

Enter/Start, volver a encender el in-terruptor general “POS. 69” (ver la pág. 13-2).

OPERACIONES A REALIZAR AL FINAL DEL TRABAJO (VER LOS DIBUJOS EN LAS PÁG. 10-3,4)

a) Cerrar las dos válvulas ubicadas sobre los tubos de alimentación del vapor “POS. 67” y de retorno de condensados “POS. 68”.

b) Desconectar los interruptores del cuadro eléctrico de la máquina, luego el interruptor eléctrico general previsto en la línea de alimentación.

MANTENIMIENTO

Lo siguiente es de vital importancia para tener una máquina siempre en perfecta eficiencia, que les dará siempre el máximo rendimiento, evitándoles costosas detenciones de la máquina.

ESPAÑOL CAPÍTULO 7 ESPAÑOL La primera parte de ésta sección está dividida en capítulos según la mayor o menor frecuencia de cada uno de los mantenimientos. NOTA: La frecuencia indicada por nosotros (semanal, mensual, etc.), es indicativa y se refiere a una máquina que trabaje en condiciones “normales”. Serán Uds. Mismos a establecer la frecuencia exacta de las operaciones de mantenimiento, en función de los siguientes parámetros: • Cantidad de trabajo efectuado por la máquina; • Dureza del agua, que causa mayores o

menores depósitos de calcáreo sobre los elementos calentadores de la caldera;

• Polvo en el aire; • Otras condiciones particulares. Todas las operaciones de mantenimiento deben ser efectuadas con la máquina completamente apagada y en particular: a) El interruptor general previsto sobre la línea

eléctrica debe ser apagado y el enchufe debe ser quitado de la forma.

b) Debe ser cerradas las llaves de bola de alimentación del vapor “POS. 67” y retorno de condensados “POS. 68” (ver la pág. 10-4).

c) Debe cerrarse la llave de la alimentación de aire comprimido y debe ser descargado el aire que ha permanecido en la máquina.

d) Es necesario dejar enfriar las partes calientes de la máquina (tubos internos, válvulas, etc.) con la finalidad de no provocar quemaduras.

Siguiendo solamente estas precauciones y otras dictadas por particulares condiciones contingentes, es posible efectuar los mantenimientos sobre la máquina en absoluta seguridad, recordándose que “la prudencia nunca es demasiada”. Para evidenciar aún más los peligros, hemos ubicado en los puntos críticos de la máquina, símbolos adhesivos cuyo significado se explica detalladamente en la página roja al comienzo de éste manual (“Señales de prescripción, peligro y indicación”).

NOTA: De todas maneras, los mantenimientos deben ser efectuados solo y exclusivamente por personal competente, el cual responde en primera persona sobre la seguridad propia y de las otras personas/animales/cosas eventualmente interesadas. La ley, y especialmente las últimas directivas CEE, castigan severamente al propietario de la máquina cuando hiciera efectuar mantenimientos a personal no competente.

MANTENIMIENTO SEMANAL (VER LOS DIBUJOS EN LA PÁG. 10-2)

Controlar el filtro del aire comprimido, descargar el agua depositada en la taza del filtro actuando sobre el grifo de descarga correspondiente “POS. 2”.

MANTENIMIENTO SEMESTRAL/ANUAL

a) Limpiar el filtro ubicado sobre el tubo de

regreso de la condensación que, si está sucio, impide la descarga y favorece las reabsorciones del agua.

b) Limpiar el conducto de ventilación del aire y la batería del vapor de eventuales obstrucciones (lanilla, suciedades) que obstaculizan el flujo de aire durante la fase de ventilación.

c) Controlar las diferentes uniones y llaves de bola ya que, luego de un calentamiento y enfriamiento continuo, se pueden verificar pérdidas. En este caso, se aconseja desmontar las uniones, las llavess de bola y restablecer la retención.

d) Controlar el estado de conservación de todas las placas de la máquina (de peligro o de instrucciones). Cuando estuvieran deterioradas, es indispensable proceder a su sustitución.

AVERÍAS

Inconvenientes: Causas: Soluciones:

AVERÍAS INMEDIATAMENTE DESPUÉS DE LA INSTALACIÓN 1. Vapor mojado aún luego de

los primeros ciclos de trabajo. 1. Causas:

a) Purgador instalado en posición equivocada o purgador no adecuado;

b) Válvula de retención instalada con dirección equivocada o no instalada;

c) Agua en los tubos de envío del vapor;

d) Sifonar tubo retorno condensados.

1. Soluciones: a) Verificar que el purgador esté

montado sobre los tubos de retorno de la condensados, y sea del tipo a balde volcado (ver el párrafo “Conexión del vapor…”);

b) Controlar la dirección exacta del flujo de la válvula de retención, o instalar una;

c) Instalar un purgador al final de la cañería entre el tubo de alimentación del vapor y el retorno de condensados o mejor antes de la máquina;

d) Eliminar las sifonaduras de manera tal de crear una pendiente hacia la descarga.

AVERÍAS EN EL VENTILADOR 1. El ventilador no funciona.

1. Causas: a) El motor del ventilador

bomba está quemado. b) Bobina teleruptor

quemada.

1. Soluciones: a) Sustituir el motor del

ventilador. b) Sustituir la bobina del

teleruptor.

AVERIAS EN EL CIRCUITO DE VAPOR 1. Perdida de agua durante la

vaporización al inicio del planchado.

1. La maquina está fria todavia y en el deposito separador hay demasiado condensados.

1. Esperar unos minutos antes de comenzar a trabajar, de manera que la maquina pueda llegar hasta la temperatura ideal.

2. Perdida de agua durante la

vaporización después unas horas de funcionamiento de la maquina.

2. Hay un exceso de condensados en el deposito separadorque impide al purgador de descargar.

2. Verificar el funcionamiento del purgador y eventualmente reemplazarlo.

MODALIDAD PARA EL PEDIDO DE REPUESTOS

Los repuestos deben ser pedidos exclusivamente a través de fax proveyendo códigos y descripciones con la finalidad de poder garantizar el envío de las piezas en tiempos breves. IMPORTANTE: Para los componentes eléctricos con tensión y frecuencia diferentes de 220V/230V/240V50Hz. (datos a confrontar con aquellos de la placa del artículo averiado) junto con el código de pedido, se debe enviar la carta correspondiente a la tensión deseada, como en la siguiente tabla:

ALMACENAJE O DEMOLICIÓN

En caso de almacenaje por un largo período, es necesario desconectar las fuentes de alimentación hidráulicas, eléctricas y neumáticas. a) Descargar el tanque del separador de las

condensaciones. b) Limpiar los diferentes tubos de eventuales

tapones de calcáreo. c) Volver a cerrar los grifos a esfera de

alimentación del vapor y de regreso de la condensación.

Volver a montar todos los paneles de cierre de la máquina y cubrirla con una tela para protegerla de la humedad y del polvo. En caso de demolición actuar de la siguiente manera: a) Descargar directamente en la cloaca el agua

que ha permanecido en el tanque de recuperación de las condensaciones, asegurándose que no tengan impurezas nocivas.

b) Quitar todos los componentes, eléctricos, hidráulicos y neumáticos, de los paneles sobre los cuales están fijados.

c) Recoger el plástico, la baquelita, el hierro fundido, hierro, cobre, latón, acero, telas, goma, etc. en los recipientes correspondientes y eliminarlos según las normas vigentes.
