MPR and LCCI Certificate Upon successful completion of an HKVEP benchmarked workplace English course/module, learners will receive an HKVEP Module Performance Report (MPR) and LCCI Certificate. HKVEP MPR shows the details of the practical language competency acquired, while an LCCI Certificate offers international recognition for the achievements. The two documents form one complete qualification for career development and further studies.

學員成功完成以HKVEP 基準評核的職業英語課程後，將可獲得受國際認可的英國倫敦工商會考試局證書及由HKVEP發出的單元表現報告。單元表現報告(MPR)是記錄他們在該單元中達到的職業英語能力水平，而英國倫敦工商會考試局證書會記錄你已修讀並達到基準等級的單元成績，此學歷亦可作為日後求職及持續進修的英語資歷憑據。

單元表現報告及英國倫敦工商會考試局證書

London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualifications (LCCIIQ)LCCI International Qualifications are offered by Pearson and are among the best recognized and most highly regarded business-related qualifications in the world. The qualifications include vocationally-related qualifications that cover the key areas of business, as well as language and teaching qualifications.

The qualifications are available as single subjects or diplomas and group certificates and are available at different levels across the following subject areas:

There are more than 5,000 training centres, schools, colleges and universities in 120 countries offering LCCI International Qualifications, and every year approximately 250,000 students choose the Qualifications to further their professional and academic careers. HKVEP curriculum frameworkThe HKVEP curriculum framework consists of five levels, from basic to independent user. It also measures the level of English language competency based on appropriacy, fluency, accuracy and relevance. The table below shows how these levels compare with those of the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and the Workplace English Campaign (WEC) benchmarks.

香港職業英語計劃基準等級香港職業英語計劃的架構將英語能力按基本至優良程度分為五級，並根據恰當度、流暢度、準確度及相關度去釐定他們的能力。下表將香港職業英語計劃等級與歐洲議會的歐洲語文通用參照架構 (CEFR) 及職業英語基準 (WEC) 作比較。

Introduction The Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) was established by the Hong Kong Government and The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualifications (LCCIIQ) in 1994, with an aim to strengthen the practical English skills of the Hong Kong workforce.

Through working with course providers with its framework for curricula, assessment and certification, HKVEP helps to assure the quality of workplace English courses.

HKVEP has partnered with various local training providers including:

the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education;Youth College;Hong Kong Design Institute;Hospitality of Industry and Training Development Centre;Centre for Professional and Business English, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University; Christian Action, and;British Council Hong Kong.

Each year, the vocational English achievements of more than 25,000 learners are certificated through the HKVEP, awarding them an internationally recognized LCCI Certificate to help with their job application or further studies.

簡介九零年代初，香港政府為提升本港的職業英語技能，與英國倫敦工商會國際職業資格認證 (LCCIIQ) 合作成立香港職業英語計劃(HKVEP)。

英國倫敦工商會國際職業資格認證英國倫敦工商會國際職業資歷認證是國際廣泛承認及高度評價的商業界職業資格認證之一，認證範圍包括商業、語文及教育等職業資格認證。
