HOW TO MAKE YOUR MOVE-OUT STRESS FREE

• Provide at least 30 days written notice– Even if you don’t have orders yet, encourage residents to provide notice as soon as

a move is anticipated– Notice should be turned in within 48 hours of receiving orders– POA designating to stop allotment is required for non-lease holder

• Schedule a move-out date• Reserve time slot for Final Inspection

– Inspections are completed Monday through Friday and available as scheduling permits

– Morning appointments are conducted between 9:00-11:00AM– Afternoon appointments are conducted between 1:00-3:00PM

• Determine method for Cleaning home– Self Cleaning – Express Move-Out Cleaning


EXPRESS MOVE-OUT CLEANING PROGRAM

To facilitate a stress free transition, Corvias offers an optional cleaning service

• 1 Bedroom = $180.00• 2 Bedroom = $200.00• 3 Bedroom = $220.00• 4 Bedroom = $250.00• 5 Bedroom = $270.00


Express Cleaning doesn’tinclude:

Damages beyond normal wear & tearExcessive dirt, grime, or build up

Trash removalStain removal on carpets

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR MOVE OUT APPOINTMENT

• Remove all personal items• Home must be returned to original

move-in condition. Any changes must be reversed

• Remove all trash from inside, outside, and around home

• Thoroughly vacuum carpet and remove stains

• Empty and clean trashcan(s) and return to storage area

• Ensure all light bulbs working• Remove/clean any excessive

buildup in home

• Forward mail to future address• Cancel any subscription services to

the home• Remove satellite dish (if applicable)• Pay any outstanding balances• Prepare all door/mailbox/RV lot

keys, garage door openers, pool passes, and amenity key fobs for return


FINAL RENT AND UTILITY PAYMENTS

All residents will receive final Utility Bill on day of move-out and any balances must be paid before clearing.

Service Members remaining in Military:– BAH is received in arrears– Corvias receives full month’s BAH and may receive the portion after your move out– Any overpayments will be refunded by the 10th of the following month, and unpaid

charges will be subtracted before a refund is issued

Service Members ETS/Retiring:– Corvias won’t receive BAH for your final month and rent will need to be paid prior

clearing

Non-Military Residents: – Residents are required to pay rent ahead– By the 5th Rent should be paid through the move-out date

Walls & Painting


Walls should be free of dust or any other markings. Remove all tape, tacks, borders or other items that were installed.

Holes larger than 1” are considered damages


Walls & Painting


All walls that were painted a different color by resident must be either primed or a color light enough to be covered with one coat of paint.


Home Exterior & Yard


Please remove all trash, animal feces and other debris from all exterior areas. Repair and fill homes made in yard. Flower beds must be free of weeds.
