ARRIVAL DATES AND TIMES

• JayhawkerTowers: Open 8 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 20.

• ResidenceandScholarshipHalls:Open 8 a.m., Friday, Aug. 23.

• Pre-approvedearlyarrival: Open 8 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 18. Pre-approved early arrivals receive information from their program coordinator.

Arrival times are by the first letter of your last name. A-K: noon – 4 p.m. L-Z: 8 a.m. – noon.

TRAVEL ROUTES

Lawrence is undergoing road construction this summer. The most updated information for both city of Lawrence and KU campus is at maps.ku.edu. You may also check housing.ku.edu for recommended routes to each hall.

MOVE-IN DAY

• Once you arrive, go to your building to register.

• Family and friends may begin carrying items to the room. We recommend you bring a baggage cart or dolly.

• Students will pick up their key on the assigned floor, then complete a room condition report.

• After move in, break down boxes and take to recycling locations in the halls.

• First community meeting, 7 p.m., Friday, Aug. 23.
