Individual Starts with no representation rights, but will have access to benefits relevant to either Full or Associate category they will eventually fall into. - yes provides greater critical mass in branches and opportunities to engage/support/mentor

Transition & implementation

• If agreed this should be thought about:– Complete a business case– Goes to Board for approval

• If business case approved we would then need to:– Make rule changes– Hold a Special General Meeting to change constitution
