Notice of Default Judgment The Crown Prosecutor has failed to respond to Notices of

requirement for proof of claim, proof of contract, Notice of Default Judgment, Notice of Breachof Trust and ignored all attempts to resolve this matter outside the court room privately.

I am operating under Inherent birth rights in this common law jurisdiction since May of 2010. Entered as

EXHIBIT E into Court file 35900-1 is a copy of, certified A True Photostatic Print of a Record, of my

Statement of Birth or birth record showing physical proof of superior documentation of me, the man,

operating under Inherent God given birth rights. I am the sole share holder of the PATRIK BERNARD

KAPUSCINSKY Corporation. Due to former Director of the said corporations miss management,causing unacceptable insolvency, I have replaced the former Director of the corporation with a new one in

May of 2010. As the sole share holder of this Corporation, I have chosen to appoint myself as the new

director. Anyone willing to contest this uncontested claim of FACT can do so on paper with theirsignature signed onto the dispute along with bond particulars enclosed or attached.
