Motion to dismiss due to no jurisdiction sent by Pete Eyre to Jeffrey A. Bengsten, Todd M. Dodge and William F. Mazenec on February, 14th, 2011.Another was sent for Adam Mueller.Eyre & Mueller were arrested on July 1st, 2010 in the lobby of the Franklin County House of Corrections when bailing out a friend.Both were charged with felony wiretapping, resisting arrest & trespassing. Eyre also faced another felony for having a box of .40cal ammo in his RV, that was illegally searched and a VIN manipulation charge.The pair went pro se, had their cases joined over their objection, had lawyers assigned over their objection, and did much outreach in Greenfield, MA to make public their situation. Plea deals were offered and declined. Five of eight charges were dropped. Over a year after being arrested the pair went in front of a jury for felony wiretapping and Mueller still had his resisting charge.. After a two-day trial the jury returned a not-guilty verdict.
