Since 2005 Barefoot in the ParkSM has awarded more than $60,000 to the Visual and Performing Arts Scholarships.

Proceeds from Barefoot in the ParkSM go to support arts education in the fine visual and performing arts through yearly awarded scholarships.

To further our mission, the two-day Artists Market provides Art Experiences for all ages; from the Children’s Art Park, Student Art Exhibit and the Learning Village, individuals have an opportunity to participate in artistic projects and watch professional Visual Artists demonstrate their talents. Performing Artists from across Metro Atlanta perform on the Main Stage and Second Stage throughout the weekend. An Artists Market, which draws outstanding regional artists, not only inspires visitors but also gives art buyers access to outstanding original art to add to their collections.

Donations to Barefoot in the Park Arts Education Scholarship Fund will make it possible to continue growing arts awareness and appreciation in our community and provide more Arts Education Scholarships in the future. Please join us in supporting the arts in our community. Barefoot in the Park is a 501(c)3 non-profit.

From Atlanta North on I-85 to Exit #120 - Hamilton Mill/Hamilton Mill Parkway and turn left to go over the Highway, continue on until you get to Buford Highway 13. Festival Center is straight ahead on your left. Follow the signs for “Artist Registration/Check-in and Parking”. We will direct you from there on access to setup and artist parking area.

From the NorthSouth on I-85 to Exit #120; turn right onto Hamilton Mill continue on until you reach Buford Highway 13. Festival Center will be straight ahead on your left. From Mall of GAHead west on Hwy 20 towards Buford Hwy 13. Turn Right at Buford Hwy 13 and travel north until you get to Hamilton Mill Parkway, the Community Center will be on your left.
