TRANSCRIPT
Be Blessed:
Honor
your
Moms
Ephesians 6:2-3
2 “Honor your father and mother.”
This is the first commandment with a
promise:3 If you honor your father and
mother, “things will go well for you,
and you will have a long life on the
earth.”
Honor is a
decision to treat
your parents
with respect
and courtesy.
It is also a decision
to provide care and
seek their best interest.
You can obey
without honoring but
you cannot HONOR
without obeying
Psalm 139:13-14
13 For you created my inmost
being; you knit me together in my
mother’s womb.14 I praise you because I am fearfully
and wonderfully made; your works
are wonderful, I know that full well.
Psalm 139:16
16 You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in
your book.
Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed.
