Sub: Commemoration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) by the rendering of the National Anthem of India at https://rashtragaan.in/ by Railway officials and their families.

Vide Board's circular of even number dated 05.08.2021 on the above mentioned subject, all officers and staff of Railway Board have been requested to participate along with their families in commemoration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahy tsav (AKAM) by the rendering of the National Anthem of India at https://rashtragaan.in/. A running band/ticker 'Contribute your rendering of the National Anthem of India at https://rashtragaan.in' has also been uploaded by C&IS Dte. in official websites of Ministry of Railways.

Following information in respect of Railway Board is required to be updated on the portalof e-Drishti on daily basis up to 14.08.2021.

A. For one time entry

) Number of employees rendered National Anthem and uploaded video on www.rashtragaan.in before 10.08.2021

(ii) Number of Family members & other associated persons to Railways rendered National Anthem and uploaded video on www.rashtragaan.in before 10.08.2021

B. For entry on daily basis w.e.f 10.08,2021 & onwards i) Number of employees rendered National Anthem and uploaded video on www.rashtragaan. in ii) Number of Family members & other associated persons to Railways rendered National Anthem

and uploaded video on www.rashtragaan.in All HODs of Railways Board are requested to give directives to their concerned officers to

ensure that the above information(duly compiled) of each day (say of dated 11.08.2021) of their Directorate is provided to G(Accom) Branch(Room No.103) upto 1.00 PM of next Day (i.e. 12.08.2021).
