Congratulations on taking this brave step in applying for Organizing Committee President
for MOSEM 2015.
Please be sure your application package is consisted of:
•Application questionnaire: must be answered completely and submitted in .PDF file (max
10 pages).
• Cover video (maximum 5 minutes) which should include motivation and reason for
applying for OCP of MOSEM 2015
•2 Endorsement letters
The application package must be submitted to [email protected], no later
than Sunday 16thof August, 2015 -23:59 PM. Any applications after the deadline won’t be
considered as valid and won’t be taken in consideration.
The interviews will take place on Monday 17thof August 2015.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job purpose:
The OCP of a national conference provides leadership & management of the project ensuring
effective development of the team and quality conference realization.
Job responsibilities:
•Share & transmit conference strategy and goals
•Communicate with MC, Chair, Conference and Agenda managers
•Creation of the conference plan and preparation timeline.
•Identifying resources needed and dividing responsibilities in the team
•Control of realization of the project’s activities in compliance with the deadlines
•Creation together with his/her team members the identity of his/her team including vision, principles
and way of working
•Control of team’s level of education & their personal development
•Management of the team (Organization of weekly meetings with project team, Tracking and
evaluation team’s activity on a weekly basis, Motivation of a team to work together in the most
efficient manner, Keeping project team well informed of changes within the organization)
•Project’s evaluation
