The franchisees will in a position to;

- Represent the Moroccan companies registered in the MTC

- Qualify the opportunities for Moroccan products in their Market

- Prospect on behalf of Moroccan companies business opportunities with local partners, importers and distributors

- Provide specific services to MTC members such as; Marketing, logistics, legal advisory, translation, company set-up, HR, etc.

- Organize local events and manage communication campaigns on behalf of the MTC

- Promote the Morocco Virtual Marketplace and customize it to your local Market

FRANCHISEES COMMITMENTS

After the selection process, the franchisees will be committed to;

- Provide an office to host the MTC

- Hire a dedicated human resources to manage the MTC

- To follow our training sessions and handle our ERM (Export Relation Management system)

- To stay in permanent connection with our teams and interact in a fast and efficient way and give feed-backs

- Attend our franchisees meetings and participate effectively in the expansion of our network

EXPORT RELATION MAGEMENT (ERM) SYSTEM

BUSINESS MODEL & REVENUE STREAMS :

The franchisees will have several revenue streams such as :

• A success fees on all the transactions of the MTC members through the franchisee

• A services fees for specific services to the MTC members

• Benefits from events organizing and Marketing campaigns

• After the pre-selection, we will send you the franchise agreement
