….. Given the findings of the project, the partners have definedthe following four strategic priorities:
•Foster projects around existing and future public transport hubs
•Provide households with tools in order to rationalise theirresidential choices with regard to the residence/mobility costs
•Reduce commuting by car and encourage the use of collective means of transport
•Continue striving to objectively weigh up the respective costs of urban sprawl and rebuilding inner city sites or local authorities
These priorities for action will be backed up and made sustainable by the creation of a network in which the MORECO partners will continue exchanging experiences and good practices. …
