Thanks to All You Box Top and Label Clippers!!!

We at Moose Charities wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for 2014. Your assistance with the changing of the submission procedure for General Mills Box Tops and Campbell’s Labels for Education this past year is truly appreciated. The new process is working. In fact, in October alone, with your help, we sent in $5,632.70 of General Mills Box Tops. According to the Box Tops website, that ranks us as #1 in the Chicagoland area of 1,048. Again, keep up the good work. We have another deadline for Box tops on March 1, so, keep clipping box tops and labels and turn them in at the lodge. Midyears are coming up so here’s a thought. What will you get out of the challenge? You will get BRAGGING RIGHTS but most importantly, happy Mooseheart student’s smiles for what Mooseheart school will be able to get.

From Sara B. Harms Moose Charities, Moose Int’l

Please continue to help~ Our Moose P Thank you to Dominic Cacciapuoti and Scott Francis for all your help at our events! ---------------------------------------- Letter from the Senior Regent – Hello Co-Workers!!

December was a busy month for us and I would like to thank everyone that helped us at one of our events. On December 7 we had a family movie night. All the kids had a great time dressed in their cozy pajamas while they watched Elf and Polar Express. Even the adults dressed in their pajamas. The kids brought their sleeping bags and pillows and had a great time eating pizza, popcorn and other goodies. When Elf was playing the kids got elf hats to wear and while Polar Express was playing they got bell necklaces to go along with the movie. I want to thank Billy McGarry for supplying all the equipment to show the movies and Billy and Bruce Horton for setting everything up for us the morning of the movie.

We also had our annual kids Christmas party on December 14 which was another success. All the kids watched Santa arrive on a fire truck and the excitement on their faces was so amazing. They all enjoyed sitting on Santa’s lap and telling him what they want for Christmas. A special thank you goes to Ron Henderson for also being our Santa. Ron does an awesome job with the kids and they all love him. He is the best Santa

ever. I also want to thank all the elves that went shopping for all the gifts and for wrapping the gifts for all the kids.

I want to wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season.

Sincerely, Bernice Addonizio
