Tai Chi
Join us Wednesday mornings at 10:45am with Darci Bobb for this doctor-recommended form of exercise/stretching. It has many health benefits: increases flexibility, lowers cholesterol, retards Alzheimer’s Disease and improves blood flow. Al-so, it improves focus, concentration, invigorates the brain, lowers blood sugar and helps eliminate stress.
Studies show people taking Tai Chi reduce risk of falling by 48%.
